This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, two full-sized beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features a wall of windows offering beautiful views. Ideally located near Keystone Lake so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. Guests of Decatur have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features a pool, hot tub and sauna.
You're also within walking distance of the Mountain House Base Area lifts. Some guests choose to use the walking and biking path where they can reach the lifts in 8-10 minutes. Or you can take advantage of the resort shuttle and reach those same lifts in 2 minutes or the gondola at River Run in 6-8 minutes. The resort shuttle stop is conveniently located right outside the complex.
The architectural design of this concrete building ensures a quiet and relaxing stay. The entryway has a small area for storage of vacation gear, then you can head downstairs to the spacious living area that offers mountain views through a wall of windows. There is a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. Comfy furniture is perfect for curling up in front of a roaring fire, and the sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed. Extra sheets and blankets are in the closet. The homeowner has provided a selection of board games for your enjoyment. Near the windows you have a bistro style table that seats four where you can enjoy a nice meal while taking in the mountain views.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware & tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area is set off from the main living area and comfortably seats six people and there are five additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom is just down the hall and has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The primary bedroom offers more beautiful views and features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The primary bathroom features double sinks and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has more great views and features two full-sized beds and a flat screen TV.

Spacious with amazing view
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 stayed here for a few nights to ski. There was great communication with the property management company and everything went smoothly. This place has an amazing view with huge windows looking at the mountain and is a very short walk to 2 different keystone shuttles on the silver line to mountain house base area. It is a very easy transfer (short walk and short ride) over to the main river run area as well. It is also about a 10min walk to the mountain house base area, which my husband and sons wanted to do one afternoon. The place itself is spacious and very clean. The decor is a little dated, but it’s welcoming and warm and perfect for a ski condo. Furniture is all comfortable, kitchen is stocked with basics, and there are a couple of games to play. Ski locker in the lobby is convenient. You can use the stairs or take the elevator and there are a couple of luggage carts if needed.Everything is on one level in the unit, but you do have to go down two half flights of stairs when you first enter. This may have helped in thar that you couldn’t hear any hallway or neighbor noise in the unit, but would be an accessibility factor.One word of warning that the garbage room door locks from the inside and can trap you if you aren’t paying attention. Bring your phone just in case!Overall, we had a great relaxing stay with plenty of room, great views, and easy ski access. We recommend the unit and would stay again!- Reviewed On: 2/17/2025

the place is wonderful and wide enough to accommodate us. we were a big family.
the only issue we had is the stairs in the entrance of the place. it was a bit hard with elderly people and huge luggage.- Reviewed On: 6/18/2023
