We had a wonderful stay in Keystone! The condo was beautiful, comfortable, and had absolutely gorgeous views. It was such a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the area, and we honestly wished we could have stayed longer. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!

Thanks so much for the kind review! We’re glad you enjoyed the condo and those beautiful Keystone views. Sounds like you’ll just have to plan a longer stay next time!

The condo is fantastic—open, spacious, and equipped with extremely comfortable beds. There are a few things that need to be fixed (as a few of the reviews have mentioned), but they are very minor and should not prevent anyone from renting this property in the future. We brought up our 4 kids to celebrate 3 kids and my wife’s birthday. Adam left us stuff to make birthday cake for everyone, party favors to celebrate, and a bottle of prosecco for me and my wife. Made the weekend that much more special. We would definitely come here again.

Nice, large condo, clean, with everything functioning. Walkable distance to the slopes, but with 3 lots that have free parking, and the shuttle stop a few steps outside the building, there is no need. The pictures represent the condo well. I would stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 stayed here for a few nights to ski. There was great communication with the property management company and everything went smoothly. This place has an amazing view with huge windows looking at the mountain and is a very short walk to 2 different keystone shuttles on the silver line to mountain house base area. It is a very easy transfer (short walk and short ride) over to the main river run area as well. It is also about a 10min walk to the mountain house base area, which my husband and sons wanted to do one afternoon. The place itself is spacious and very clean. The decor is a little dated, but it’s welcoming and warm and perfect for a ski condo. Furniture is all comfortable, kitchen is stocked with basics, and there are a couple of games to play. Ski locker in the lobby is convenient. You can use the stairs or take the elevator and there are a couple of luggage carts if needed.Everything is on one level in the unit, but you do have to go down two half flights of stairs when you first enter. This may have helped in thar that you couldn’t hear any hallway or neighbor noise in the unit, but would be an accessibility factor. One word of warning that the garbage room door locks from the inside and can trap you if you aren’t paying attention. Bring your phone just in case!Overall, we had a great relaxing stay with plenty of room, great views, and easy ski access. We recommend the unit and would stay again!

Check in was super easy, the house was stocked with everything we needed, and we had an amazing view of the mountain! It was less than 5mins to Keystone and a quick drive to other things around like Breckenridge and Dillon. We would love to stay here again if we come back!

It's unreasonable to rent a condo that sleeps 6 to 8 people and only allow one parking permit for that condo. The condo's parking lot among every other parking lot as far as the eye can see was empty. Understandable if parking lot was full however 98% of the lot wa empty .. I addressed with property management company they responded to take it up with Keystone Resort. We had 2 vehicles and had to pay to park our 2nd car each night. We still received a parking violation from Keystone resort. The paid parking was a 10 min walk from condo.

Check in was a little confusing until a kind staff member walked by and we asked her questions. We didn't know where the office was, (need a sign by the lockboxes saying it is upstairs), but found our packet easily in the lockbox. They are remodeling now so hopefully that will be better soon. We also had some problems trying to get into the pool but that was eventually worked out the next day. The condo is roomy and comfortable. We had 6 kids. We would stay again.

This was a great property! Nice and large and very kid friendly. I would only suggest check in times and checkout times be a little longer, checking in at 4pm and checkout 10am, 18 hours total for the amount was not worth it.

My husband and two of our friends were in Keystone for a wedding, and this rental had everything we needed! Comfortable, spacious, plenty of room for four people to sleep, lounge, cook, and relax! My husband and I also took advantage of the walking trails very close to the rental. Beautiful views.
Two notes: The rental did require us to provide our personal email to receive all of the instructions. All of the communication was fine and legitimate. Secondly, once taking an elevator to the third floor, we then had to walk downstairs to get into our unit, so not completely accessible for all.

This rental is conveniently located for events at Keystone Conference Center. The check-in process was easy so long as you read through the instructions. The rental could sleep 8, but that would be a bit of a stretch, would be very comfortable with 4 people. Parking is a bit of an issue if you plan to have multiple vehicles.

And we even got a king bed!! It was clean and def had a real "at home" feel about it. There were only a couple things that I would change if it were mine. There were zero condiments there. Just even essential like salt and pepper. Who want to buy that when your only there for 3 days? Also, the knives in ours were not hardly sharp enough to cut an apple. The pool and paddle boats were a huge hit with our older 3 kids. They have already asked when we can go back. :)

Great kitchen and bathrooms too. Parking is across the front of the property with easy access. Pool and hot tub are one block away and were fantastic. Little bit of up and down in order to get to the room (couple of steps up, elevator, and one flight down, so loading and unloading take some time). Laundry is one floor down and you can get change over at the lodge. Management provided clean towels upon request. We loved this place!

It is located so that you will need to go downstairs every time you enter the unit and then back up when you leave. It is about a 15 minute walk from any ski lift. Was convenient to Lakeside Village area. Would have liked to have recycling containers or bags so we could have done that. Also having more matches and having some kindling would have helped to light the wood burning fireplace.

We took this getaway with a group of friends for a 30th birthday bash and were not disappointed! I couldn't say enough about the layout, size of kitchen, and room to spread out. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub in the evening and then the next day took a short drive up to picturesque Loveland Pass.
Sometimes you want to camp, but when you want some creature comforts I'd suggest this as a perfect basecamp for a weekend in the mountains.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this place! It was a great location and was very quiet all around the town. This made it easy to do any activity we wanted to without having to worry about a reservation (we went during mid-august). It was great having a quiet base to come back to after a full day of activity mountain biking, snow tubing, etc.The apartment was very enjoyable and only had a few minor maintenance items that didn't impede anything. The management company was professional and helpful.

Just down the street from Keystone Resort, this is conveniently located to get around Summit County. The condo is quite large, with one full wall of windows along the living room. The view is blocked by trees, but may be better in the winter. The place is well updated, very comfy, and impressively clean. I'd have no problem recommending it.
You do have to walk down a full flight of stairs from the hallway to get down to the condo, so keep that in mind if you have guests with issues climbing stairs.

We had a great stay and the condo was spacious and quiet. It was kind of confusing on finding the actual room as the wrong number was written down but we found a staff member who was very helpful. I also requested a 3rd vehicle pass last minute and it was there before the time we checked in. Overall we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this property! Large comfy furniture, clean, quite, and nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable. There were 3 of us, but it could have accommodated 5 or 6. Reasonably Priced & Great location! Beautiful views - loved the large picture windows that spaned the entire length of the wall! Close to restaurants. Indoor pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, & grills available. We attended a conference and it was a great location with a walkway that went under the main road. Only a couple of minor hiccups, which would not stop me from staying here again; 1. Coffee pot did not work, but the maintenance come over within a couple of hours with a brand new coffee pot. 2. Sometimes the key card did not work, but we just kept trying it and finally got it to work. 3. There are 2 short flights of stairs that go down into the main area of property, which was a bit of an issue for my spouse who has bad knees. If you have trouble with stairs, this property may not be the best option for you. 4. Could not find the dumpster to dispose of trash at the end of our stay. Finally a person told us it was in the parking garage, but we could not access it. 5. Only 2 wine glasses available, but no worries because we brought our own nonbreakable wine glasses!

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the place which was great! Plenty of kitchen space to cook for a party of 12! It was off season so it was quiet and the walls were thick enough to not hear other tenants. There is absolutely no food left behind, which was weird coming from an Air BnB but it I was prepared as this is owned by a property management so I brought literally EVERYTHING. My only complaint is that since it was off season the hot tub and pool were drained and being worked on, that was super disappointing as we all planned to hot tub for the birthday evening. I would totally recommend this spot to anyone looking to get away and stay in a comfortable home. The property management was prompt with a response as I was afraid I had left something there. Super close to all the fun in Dillon!
