The condo was very large and had plenty of space for games and relaxation. It was located within a drive time of 5 minutes of several restaurants. There is also a path so you can walk to the conference center or local shops.

Wonderful space for a large group, and great to have 3 bathrooms and steps from the nice indoor pool. I had forgotten this unit does not have a balcony, but when you're outdoors hiking and kayaking every day, you can take your coffee to the pond area seating or the patio at the pool house in the mornings. Nicest place I found for the price. Because of the 2 floors and steps, we recommend bringing a baby gate for the littles.

This was in a great location- right next to a lake to walk around , very close to keystone resort and restaurants. The condo was spacious for our group of 3 families. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool.

Great place, plenty of room. Great location near River Run with responsive shuttle service during the summer. Just a few steps away from the pool. There is a community grill near the pool and we were surprised to find a slow cooker in the kitchen. Only inconvenience was the parking. There was plenty of parking available so not sure why we were only allowed 1 vehicle during our stay. The nearest parking at the conference center was closed.

We loved our stay. It was close enough to the conference center that we could walk every morning. The place itself was safe. My only complaint is that for the six people that stayed at this unit. We only got one parking pass. Parking and the surrounding areas is $25 a night.

It was an amazing place to spend quality family time. I highly recommend one of the best properties in this area. However, I should mention that the internet is slower here. Apart from that, it is the perfect place for families, offering spacious living spaces and numerous rooms at an affordable price.

We went to celebrate my son‘s 31st birthday. We enjoyed the view the place was clean. There was everything except a blender, but we manage. We had a little problem with the toilet, but maintenance came and fixed it the same day. I would really recommend this place clean plenty of room. Thank you to everyone it was a great birthday weekend for for me and my family and we would definitely come back again.

The space was great for a group of 7 - two couples and 3 individuals. It was described perfectly and the pictures were accurate. We would definitely stay here again! One wish we had is that there was another parking spot available. The condo fits more people than can fit in one vehicle so it doesn’t really make sense. The kitchen trash can is also tiny, which is weird for a condo fitting so many people.

The space was great for a group of 7 - two couples and 3 individuals. It was described perfectly and the pictures were accurate. We would definitely stay here again! One wish we had is that there was another parking spot available. The condo fits more people than can fit in one vehicle so it doesn’t really make sense. The kitchen trash can is also tiny, which is weird for a condo fitting so many people.

The poker table was fun to gather around and play cards or games. Our group utilized the shuttle to the lift (Peru) one day and it was very easy. The shuttle stops right outside of the building. The shared hot tub was OK, much better when it wasn’t busy earlier in the day. The only negative was that we were only given one parking pass and had to find parking for our second car in a paid lot each day. We would recommend this property and would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was perfect for our group of 7. Very spacious with split level rooms (2 up / 2 down). Entry has large mud room for ski gear. Living area and dining was perfect for our group to spread out and enjoy the space. Base is walkable (10 mins) or shuttle picks up right in front with a 2 min ride to the lift. I would recommend... our group was parents and kids from age 13-22.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose VRBO due to covid. We wanted to have a place close to ski area that only our group went in and out. We didn't want to take the bus service that is provided. We had one of our group drive us back and forth, a 5 min drive. We were able to walk to Keystone Lake ice skating in 5 minutes. Since we cooked all meals, we found the kitchen to be a bit small for 10 people; however, it was stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses and utensils. Could have had some better frying pans for cooking and perhaps a sheet pan or two for oven. It has an induction range and took a bit of getting used to. We didn't want to call for extra towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags so we ended up buying what we could ourselves and reusing towels. This was a covid thing for us. I'm sure you could get them to deliver these things if you wanted them. Most VRBO places we have rented have games/cards/books. This one really didn't. Only could put together a deck of cards from random cards, no books. So, bring your own if you want to read or play games. One chair in dining room needs fixing...glue out of joint. Actually, all wood chairs could be looked at for maintenance. Furniture a bit dated but not a problem. All reported comfortable beds! Three baths with tubs. No walk-in showers if that's a need. On the whole, we had a good stay and would consider returning in the future.

This worked well for our large party of ten. The location was close to Keystone Lake, but also very close to the highway. The traffic noise at night was quite loud, but ear plugs helped. We had to scramble one night when we took our dinner to the grills and there wasn’t an ounce of propane anywhere. That was frustrating, especially with hungry kids. . Overall the check-in process was very smooth and the management company was responsive when the power went out for 4 hours. It was a large outage that had nothing to do with them or the house, but they were communicating, which was nice. One suggestion would be to add a chain or security lock to the entrance door. The bunk and twin rooms are on the lower level with the entrance door, but everything else is upstairs. Our young kids (3 and 6) were staying downstairs and I was worried they’d walk out the main door in the middle of the night if they woke up lost or confused. A chain or security lock would be a simple way to fix that. The number of storage closets in this place is very impressive. We didn’t need them for our short stay but they’d be nice for a longer vacation. No shortage of space, that’s for sure. Overall this place is what I expect from mountain houses. A little dated and tired but clean and functional. Not sure we’d stay again because of the traffic noise, but otherwise it was fine.

When have done this annual father and son ski trip for 4-5 years now. This was by far the best place we have stayed at yet. The space and layout are ideal for multiple families!

We had an amazing vacation and loved the property. Great location. Adults loved the hot tub and kids loved the playground. The only negative to know would be if you ride the bus on the trip home from the slopes. It’s the last stop so it took over an hour to get home. We ended up choosing to drive instead.

This was a great place, in a great location and we didn't realize it at the time but when we rented our ski from the ski shop in the same building we got a nice discount for using Summit!!!

We rented this place for a friends' trip with 3 families, all with small children and it was perfect! Tons of space inside and the location is so fun with the lake, playground and shops right next door. The indoor pool is huge and very clean!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean and spacious and perfect for family of five to spread out. Each kid had their own room, which was much appreciated. There is sufficient activities in the area to keep everyone occupied. Fishing in the stream, walks, biking, pool, etc. During the summer months it is not busy at all. The only complaint is the road noise but that could be minimized with a fan. My guess is any property in Keystone has the same issue due to the proximity of the road to the properties and the relatively narrow valley. If Keystone is your destination this condo is a good choice.

Excellent service. They accommodated 2 vehicles in the parking lot. Clean rooms and the kitchen had all needed utensils and all basic spices and ingredients. Extended the checkout time by 4 hours for just $20. Enough rooms to accommodate 10 guests. Highly recommended.
