This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 12 with a king bed, a queen bed, two bunk beds, and two twin beds. It features a wall of windows offering beautiful mountain views. The two-level design is perfect for large extended families allowing kids or grandparents to head to bed early downstairs. Ideally located near Keystone Lake so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. Guests of Decatur have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features a pool, hot tub, and sauna.
You're also within walking distance of the Mountain House Base Area lifts. Guests can choose to use the walking and biking path where they can reach the lifts in 8-10 minutes. Or you can take advantage of the resort shuttle and reach those same lifts in 2 minutes or the gondola at River Run in 6-8 minutes. The resort shuttle stop is conveniently located right outside the complex.
The entryway has mounted hooks, a bench and a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the spacious living area that offers mountain views through a wall of windows. There is a brand new 55 inch smart TV next to a beautiful wood-burning fireplace. Comfy furniture is perfect for curling up in front of a roaring fire. Take advantage of a quiet meal with a two-person bistro table or enjoy a game night with friends and family with the custom game table.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and black appliances. The dining area is set off from the main living area and comfortably seats six people and there are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a guest bathroom on this main level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Rude HOA. upset about our parking considering there was hardly anyone staying on the premises. This place is probably busiest during ski season. We had to move our cars, 3-4 of them although no one was parking there. Someone complained and was very rude, totally unnesessary.- Reviewed On: 9/3/2025

Great place, plenty of room. Great location near River Run with responsive shuttle service during the summer. Just a few steps away from the pool. There is a community grill near the pool and we were surprised to find a slow cooker in the kitchen. Only inconvenience was the parking. We loved our stay. It was close enough to the conference center that we could walk every morning. The place itself was safe. My only complaint is that for the six people that stayed at this unit. Amazing family vacation

Beautiful birthday weekend in the mountains
We went to celebrate my son‘s 31st birthday. We enjoyed the view the place was clean. There was everything except a blender, but we manage. We had a little problem with the toilet, but maintenance came and fixed it the same day. I would really recommend this place clean plenty of room. Thank you to everyone it was a great birthday weekend for for me and my family and we would definitely come back again.- Reviewed On: 5/8/2023

Even though this condo was in a building, it was very quiet and we could not hear any neighbors. The view from the front window was beautiful.- Reviewed On: 2/23/2023
