I was very pleased with the over all appearance and the stay was impressively quiet. I was expecting there to be disruptions because it is located in apartment style living with lots of people vacationing here. But it was peaceful. I will be returning again for sure.

Place was great and in very close proximity to Lake Dillon, where we spent a large part of the day before and day after we stayed at this place. Cute old decorations and plenty of places to get comfortable ,although there were only two of us this time. Very clean with a nice patio and kitchen. Went to some great restaraunts within walking distance. We will definitely stay again!

There were a couple gaps in the vertical blinds so they wouldn’t close all the way, and many stains on the carpeting, building a little run down. But comfortable and not bad for the price.

Great location & unit. As advertised, not the place to be if you want luxury. It is primarily residential. Perfect for our needs and price sig less than others in area. Wouldn't recd for more than 4 ppl. No way would 6 fit. Needs more lighting in living room by the trundle bed. Also need more blankets. Good laundry facility. Didnt use clubhouse. SCMR is great and responsive. Overall great week!

Generally as advertised & well equipped. Stained carpet only real negative. Some minior noise from trucks on I-70 from time to time.

This property served as a weekend retreat for us. It's in a good location that is fairly close to the grocery store, a brewery, and other amenities. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and cookware that we needed, and the bed was comfortable.
If you are wanting a posh, swanky pad, this is not the property for you. The decor is a bit of a time-warp, but we had a blast finding things that we remembered from when we were kids (owl macrame wall hangings, anyone?) This place had everything that we needed, and the price point was good. :)

We are a family of 3 and this small space was perfect for us. One more person and it would have been a bit crowded. I liked the eclectic decor, mismatched furniture, and oddities. Would highly recommend. Check in instructions seemed a bit overwhelming at first but wound up being a breeze.

They had everything didn’t have to worry about cooking if I brought food they had a roku ready in the room and they had balcony wish I used it more

Felt very homey and we loved that it wasn't neutral or a generic hotel room. The beds did sink in the middle so they weren't good back support for me since I have back pains.

We spend most of our day outdoors so it was great to go back to rest. The location was okay, had everything we needed in Dillon and hiking trails were only about 10-15mins away. Really felt like home. Fully furnished. I do have a wild 3 year old so it was kind hard trying to keep him calm since the home had a lot of decorations everywhere. But other that that it was good ��

Nice location in Dillon, near Silvertjorne, Keystone, Frisch, Breckinridge, lake, mountains. Cozy for 2 adults, nice location and size for parents and children. Residential family oriented area. Clean. Commend the cleaning service. Nice full kitchen.
Key experience a little challenging for me but worked out ok.
Summit communication and coordination excellent.
Adjacent to interstate. Easy access. No sleep issues for me due to noise.

We had a wonderful stay in Dillon. Condo was close to everything and had everything you need to have a great stay. We will definitely be back again.
