Unit #303 was perfectly located between Keystone and Breckenridge. We had a great time. Lots of little shops nearby for quick and easy access to coffee and groceries. The space was well-kept and updated. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything about our stay here was perfect. The condo is bright, airy, and beautifully decorated. It was clean and had bathroom amenities. Our location was perfect for our plan of skiing Copper and Abasin. There are tons of restaurants in the area. Exactly what we had wanted.

Beautiful unit at a very good price.
All good except that check in process is a hassle. The management company relys heavily on phone based apps with tons of data and call centers.
Would be nice to deal with a person.

I arrived at the unit and parked under the heated garage. It was an easy check in process.
When I arrived, it was night time, so I didn’t realize until I woke up the next morning that the view was amazing..
Beautiful mountain views from every angle.
The place was clean and had everything I needed including washer dryer and wash pods. The freezer drawer was off track so it wouldn’t close all the way and one of the living room blinds was off track but not an issue. Host answer questions promptly . I give this place a five ⭐️ I will definitely book again in the near future.

The condo is beautifully appointed, clean and so comfortable with lake and mountain views! The location is just steps away via the path to the lake and also close to the local restaurants. Definitely hope to return!

Aside from the codes for entry, and how they were delivered and wrong the stay was good. Had many emails with different codes and still had to call management for the correct code. One individual that owns a condo there came into the hallway and told us that there had been 4 or 5 other people who experienced the same thing. The bedrooms had no table lamp or alarm clock next to the beds.

Everything was great. The place is exactly as pictured and was clean and centrally located for our skiing at A-Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper (I think all 3 resorts were within about 20 minutes). Although we didn't ski Keystone, that is closer yet. Although this is not like Breckenridge with respect to restaurant options, we walked to two of our dinners from our rental and cooked the rest there. Also, there are nice mountain views out the windows. The following paled in comparison to the good things but here are the less significant things we didn't love: 1) a 4:30 pm check-in time was later than we are used to (Summit County Rentals charges for earlier check ins), 2) I don't blame the owners or managers for not trusting renters with garage remotes but every time we arrived my friend had to get out of the car, enter the digital code, go into the garage, press the open button, and after I drove in, press the close button. Similar procedure leaving minus entering the digital code (we chose to park in the garage, but one could park outside) and 3) you must memorize (or constantly look up) three different digital codes as follows: one for the garage entrance, one for the unit, and one for the ski locker in front of our parking space. There is a 4th but impossible to forget code for the garbage and recycling we only used as we were checking out. One other thing about the codes, there are two key lock boxes with codes adjacent to the storage locker door and both my friend and I assumed the top one, which I think said rental, was the appropriate one. After neither of us had any luck with that I tried the lower one which worked. So little things to complain about but all worth it for the nice place.

We booked this condo for a last minute stay and we were very happy with every aspect of the condo. It’s really new and the decor and features are all so nice. Parking in the garage was great and we loved the storage locker right by the parking spot (so helpful with all our ski gear). The kitchen and bathrooms were so nice. The beds were all comfortable. We really enjoyed lounging on the coach pulled out even though we didn’t need it for sleeping. Overall the space was nice for 4 of us (not too small). Dillion is a central location to several ski areas. We will
defiantly look into booking this condo again.

We were only in town for one night, but this rental property was perfect. Plenty of room for us. Walking distance to the Dillon Amphitheater where we were seeing a show in the evening. Lovely view from the balcony. Unit was sparkling clean and well appointed. A wonderful experience!
