Place was very clean, nicely decorated, had amazing views, a great hiking trail just off the parking lot, and really appreciated the three beds in the second bedroom. We all actually slept because the beds were comfy and we're pretty picky. Very close to Dillon (farmer's market in Dillon was great). We will look for this place if we make another trek to Summit County!

Tell everyone how close the condo is to one golf course and hiking/biking trails! Fabulous location. And even being steps away from a golf clubhouse, there was no noise from golfers. An eagle's nest was in sight from the deck too. A great mountain vacation.

Condo was fantastic! Beautiful scenes, mattress topper for added comfort, loads of pillows to choose from, fans in every room to help us sleep cool, this place was great!! I didn't know it was an upstairs condo (climb a flight of stairs to get in the front door and another to stay in the master suite), but that's not a deal breaker...probably in the listing, but I missed it.If you drive a large vehicle, you're parking outside...or run the risk of getting stuck in the parking garage. I didn't risk it in my ridiculously oversized TX truck. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again!

My friend and I came to Dillon for the weekend to see a concert and hike. We chose this place bc it was much nicer and cheaper than the places in Dillon. It did not disappoint. It was quiet. Like most places in the mountains, it didn't have AC, but we were fine with the windows being open. The guidebook was nice.
The only worry I had was the lengthy contract I had to sign when we asked to stay. I know they were just protecting themselves, but I found it excessive. Also, my friend and I were just fine in the space. He slept in the room with multiple beds. It would be a tight squeeze for more than 3 people.
overall a great place. I'd visit again.

My wife and I and our teenage children vacationed for a week here. It could not have been a better experience. It's on a golf course if that's your thing, but even if not, it was never loud or obnoxious. The back porch was covered so we could enjoy outdoor seating even when it rained. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary cooking implements so we were able to make a couple of grocery runs and have most of our meals there. Though it felt in-between Keystone and Dillon, it was actually close to everywhere. We were able to enjoy hiking at Mt Sniktau over Loveland Pass and at Mt Royal over Frisco. We had two fabulous dinners, one at Cala Pub in Dillon (very casual but delicious Irish fare) and one at Michael's in Breckenridge (great Italian food). We shopped in Dillon, Frisco, and Silverthorne. We drove over to Mt Blue Sky for a day out and to Colorado Adventure Center for zip lining and challenge course fun. I'm short, this spot is a great location for all things in the area and is a luxurious experience for a vacation rental. I'll definitely save it for future stays!

It would be nice to have curtains over the master bedroom windows upstairs, so the sun isn’t right in your eyes at 5:30 in the morning. The communication was great. The parking garage is very tight and not easy to get in and out of with a truck. Our Ford F150 almost didn’t fit.

We loved the condo- great central location to Keystone, Dillion/Silverthorne, Breck. My non-skiing friends enjoyed the Keystone Nordic Center for snowshoeing and winter hiking trails. The hot tub in the recreation club house was a hit in the afternoon as well. Our condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen / laundry. Wonderful views of the mountain from the deck and upstairs master bedroom. We would definitely return to this lovely rental when we come back to the area this summer!

Amazing views of the mountains. Quiet location. Fully stocked kitchen with both a drip and K-cup coffee maker. Heated garage under is a nice treat in the mountains (but need to be less than 7'6" to fit). Convenient to all the Summit County mountain fun! Take note - the entrance to the condo is on the opposite side of the outdoor parking.

It was so cozy but spacious.We cooked dinner and the kitchen was stocked up with everything necessary for cooking.Very quiet and close to town. The only down side was the areas for kids to play in snow were very restricted. You can’t go outside and just play. We payed to do some tubbing. But other than that we had to drive out in town for sledding and just to play with the snow.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We enjoyed our Spring Break stay. We skied at both Copper and Keystone and went tubing right next door at the Nordic Center. Highly recommend for families with young kids!

The layout felt open and spacious. We really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub after a long day of skiing. The heated garage was a nice bonus.
