Description

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 11 with one king bed, two queen beds, a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a twin sleeper sofa. It features vaulted ceilings that lend an open feel and the kitchen has granite countertops. There are two private decks with mountain views. A private sauna on the lower level. Private laundry, gas fireplace, and a private garage. The central Keystone location allows for easy access to all the resort and Arapahoe Basin.

The entryway has a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience. The living area features vaulted ceilings with wood beams, a beautiful gas fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone, and a flat screenTV. Just off the living area is the first private deck offering mountain and slope views in the distance. Sit back and enjoy the views!

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and has updated stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the family meals around the dining table that seats ten. There are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The laundry room is on the main level near the stairs.

The main level primary suite features a queen-sized bed. The second deck is just through this room, offering treed and mountain views, seating, and access to green-space. The bathroom for the main level is attached to this room and the kitchen. It has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Downstairs, just off the garage, is a room with a private sauna.

Upstairs are a primary suite and two guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination. The first guest bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk bed and a twin-sized sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The upstairs guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

**Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ultra-premium linens and ivory white bedding. Our ultra-premium linens rival those of The Four Seasons featuring extra soft, oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay.

Nostalgic Beauty

This rental is a bit dated, but shines on basically all the things that matter!!! Location is ideal! Beds are very comfy and unot is very spacious! Top quality appliances and cookware which we cooked in the entire time and kitchen was well equipped. The deck and deck furniture were very nice along with the outdoor grill. Thr family room, kitchen and dining all open and so spacious and nice! Plus the activity center on property is absolutely a perk too!!! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! My only complaints are the bathroom drains a bit slow, the screen door to the deck kinda hard to slide and the unit could use a few plastic dishes and cups for kids. But again this rental is wonderful!!!

Comfortable and great for big families

The unit, while a little dated, was clean, had plenty of room for our group of 9. Beds were comfortable, appreciated fans being provided simply bc I love sleeping with fan at night. Parking included garage and driveway which was nice compared to other rentals I was seeing. Overall, it suited our needs and we enjoyed our stay. Only complaint (but quickly resolved) was we didn’t have enough towels between the three bathrooms for our group of 9. But again, again, quickly resolved.

My little cabin in the woods

Family of 10 got to spend quality time together in this cozy property. The townhome/furnishings were a bit aged but very clean and all the beds were super comfortable. Provided with plenty of quality towels. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook several meals...gas grill was a plus. Adults and kids enjoyed the clubhouse. Location was great...across resort and close enough to Dillon Lake and Breckenridge. Plenty of parking space on property but would have been nice to be able to open/close garage doors from the outside using the garage keypad. Ceiling fans would be nice, though we were provided with some small box fans. Walmart/Safeway were a 20 min drive but worth the trip as the little liquor store across the street was pricey.

Awesome place! We will be back!

We stayed in the summer and the location was perfect! The keystone bike park is right across the street, club house was great for the kids and the house was well appointed and clean! We will definitely be back!

Perfect for our family gathering

Great location for skiing at Keystone. Well stocked kitchen, good seating in living room, large dining table. Two car garage was nice for keeping vehicles dry during heavy snow. Very clean. This was the perfect place for our family gathering with adult children and spouses. Four bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own space.

Nice Place, with heated garage, and clubhouse access

Stayed with ~10 people -- big enough for everyone, with plenty of beds. Nice to have the heated garage for two cars.

Wonderful stay

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. The set up is perfect for two families with plenty of space. It's across the street from keystone so an easy drive. We always check tk see if this property is available when we come up to keystone!

Great Keystone Getaway

42nd annual guys trip for a group of six High School friends. Close to the activities we'd planned. Nice place! Clean with comfortable beds. Would be an awesome place to stay if you were skiing Keystone. Directly across the street.

Super Nice Place!

Thank you very much, we really had a great experience at this place. I live on the front range, had some friends come into town from Arkansas to go mountain biking... the garage was perfect for our bikes and gear. Rode right out of the complex to the ski resort across the street, 2 minutes away! The townhouse was clean, well decorated, comfortable, and the bbq grill was awesome for our steaks! Thank you very much, we will be back.

Comfortable Keystone Townhome

We enjoyed this cozy Keystone townhome in convenient location with lovely and relaxing lush lot and decks. Very comfortable for our family of nine. We would return again to stay here. Home was well stocked with linens, dishes, cookware, TV. HOA Clubhouse is nearby with indoor pool, hot-tub, ping pong, etc. The HOA’s pool and hot-tub were cold which was disappointing, however, this is not the fault of the owner. I would highly recommend this rental home.

Great Stay!

The condo is in a great location for skiing at A-basin or Keystone. It is not walkable to keystone because there is no safe place to cross the highway. It is spacious and fit 8 adult guests comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked and we had no problems during our stay. Maintenance was responsive and quick to come out and replace smoke detector batteries when needed. The clubhouse is a great amenity and we enjoyed the hot tub and racketball court.

Beautiful, spacious townhouse with views of Keystone

This is a beautiful, spacious townhouse in a great location. We had a large group of 8 people, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The amenities are great and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make a big family dinner. We also took advantage of the pool and hot tub in the clubhouse. This townhome is right across from Keystone, and we had a great view of the mountain. It was especially beautiful at night when it was lit up for night skiing. Also, owner was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Family Home away from Home

The rental was more than adequate, had a lot of room, and just a short drive to Keystone. The only downside was that there is no shuttle and it's across Rte 6 so if you were to walk, you have to cross a busy highway. The management company was great to work with, very responsive to all our inquiries

Wonderful Family Vacation

I always know when I have picked a great vacation home! Our granddaughters squealed with delight as they went through the townhome! The beautiful townhome was the perfect stay for our Colorado vacation!

This property does not have air conditioning, but we do provide box fans in each bedroom! Air conditioning is very uncommon in the mountains as it is typically not needed!
