Description

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 6 with a king bed and a full-sized bunk bed. It features a private patio with views of the shared pool and hot tub. Updated kitchen. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace and a cozy sectional. Just off the living area is the private patio. Take in the fresh mountain air and enjoy views of the courtyard with the shared pool and hot tub. Perfect for keeping watch to see when the hot tub is empty before you head out.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four and there is one additional chair. The first of two full bathrooms is just off of the living area and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master suite features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a shower/tub combination and a door separates the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a full-sized bunk bed and a flat screen TV.

Wonderful condo for skiing Keystone with a family

This is a perfect condo for a small family who wants to be close to the River Run base area for Keystone. The condo is in a great building, including 7'6 height heated garage.

Perfect Spring Break Ski Trip

Everything about this unit was perfect and as described. Check in and out was easy and the property was very clean. The pool/hot tub area was a perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay for skiing

We chose this unit because of the close proximity to the village and the gondola. We are a family of 5, so having two bedrooms and a living area, all separate, really helped us get the most out of our stay and not drive each other nuts.
The unit was clean, quiet, and convenient to the pool/hot tub. The ski locker fits 3 snowboards and a pair of skis.
The only negative experience was that we weren’t able to get I to the unit u til 5:30 instead of the advertised 4:30.

We Will Be Coming Back

The rental space was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were also very nice quality. It was great to sleep in a nice bed after boarding all day. The pool was also nice and could be accessed from the balcony. We are thinking about staying here again soon.

Great 2 Bedroom Condo

This unit was clean and well-suited for a family or even a group of six. The living area was a bit small, but plenty of seating. The beds were SO comfortable! We rented through Summit County Mountain Retreats and they are a great management company to work with! Check in and check out is so smooth. Definitely recommend this unit!

Great weekend getaway

Great location. Comfortable beds. Only recommendation is that they add a ladder to the bunk beds, was concerned my kids wouldn’t be able to get down in the middle of the night if needed without falling.

Awesome Location

This condo was in the perfect location, right in the village and walking distance to the gondola and all the restaurants. You can use the back porch to access the pool and hot tub which was great for my kids. The furniture is a little bulky for the size of the condo but besides that it's great.

Perfect Trip!

We are pleasantly surprised at the incredible convenience this property provided. A quick walk to the Gondola, coffee right out your door, and small grocery within walking distance. The heated outdoor pool was lovely and quick access from our own patio was key. The place was clean and well-equipped. We will visit again!

Pool warm, hot tub HOT, bunk bed inaccessible

Condo is in great condition. Sheets are ultra soft, mattresses are comfortable.

Kitchen is VERY well equipped.

Credit Card operated laundry is close by down the hallway.

Pool area is right outside your backdoor! Check out the arrow above the couch in the photo slideshow. Those are the complete directions for reaching the spa/pool.

Pool / Spa was very strong on the chemicals. I've had dried out skin and irritation for over a week since our visit as a result. One other person in our group had significant complications as well.

TV DVR is so old it takes forever to change channels or bring up menus. Its time for an upgrade.

There is a kitchen style step ladder to reach the top queen bunkbed. Its inadequate for children and adults for reaching the top bunk safely. A rope ladder or anything that attaches to the bed would be better.

Nice stay at Keystone

This location is great, right in River RunVillage. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants and skiing. We just stayed one night, but enjoyed our stay

Perfect Location for a ski get away

This condo was the perfect location for skiing. It is close to everything and within walking distance to the slopes. It is small best for a family of four. It is well stocked and convenient. It is on the ground floor. Which makes it easy to go in and out to the pool, the ski lockers, the lobby, the laundry, and other things. The pool and the Jacuzzi are an excellent location for a fun time. However in the Covid pandemic there was way too many people in the pool and the Jacuzzi to be safe.We avoided the pool and the Jacuzzi entirely. However another time and place, and it would’ve been really fun

Good location

Location was good. Walked to lifts!! Unit is located next to the pool. There was a few nights there were kids yelling and screaming in the pool. Not the best if you want to relax. Also the master bedroom mattress is old and needs to be replaced you could count the springs when laying.

Great Getaway

Quick Night in Town - Great Choice

My group of friends and I needed a quick, one-night stay. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The kitchen appliances need to be updated. You can walk right out of the ground floor condo to the pool and hot tub.

Good for family

Great location - not enough parking, hot water, & towels

Unit was as described. It is super close to the hot tub. However, parking was an issue. For a unit that fits 8 people, there was only one parking spot available, so you will end up having to pay for overnight parking or have to shuttle to a far lot to park your other car(s). The boiler was broken on our first night so we had to shower with barely lukewarm water. Also, there were not enough towels for us to use for both hot tub and shower. We could not ask for more towels because a towel refresh for stays shorter than 3 nights will cost additional. It's a great location, but there seems to be too many add-on charges and inconveniences that we were not aware of.
