This was the perfect stay for us. It was even better than the pictures! It was clean, cozy, and it was a nice surprise that the hot tub was such a short walk away! We hope to come back to stay in the future!

We enjoyed our stay, location was great, and the space and beds were very comfortable. We appreciated being on the first floor and being able to walk right out to the heated pool and hot tub. It made our stay with two young children easy. There is also a playground right across the street. We were able to walk to many restaurants and the gondola and never had to get our car out.

This condo is in a great location and had plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms for the 6 of us. The unit is on the ground floor, right near the pool, which was perfect for our kids. The decor and fixtures are nice, but dated. Overall, great stay!

Next door to ski rental. Walking to the shops and restaurants. River Run gondola was very close, allowing the kids to ski and stop in for quick rest. The kids loved the pool, hot tub, and steam room. Covered parking was great. They also used the pool table in the common area for some down time. The kitchen had everything we needed, including blender to make smoothies. We ate in for breakfast and lunch, and only ate out for dinner. Fireplace, TV, Heating - all worked as expected. We would most likely rent this place again next year for our family ski trip and would recommend to others.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property exceeded our expectations. I brought my two teenage sons here for a hiking vacation. It is only 1.5 hours from the Denver Airport. Grabbing the keys from the office was easy, even at 11 PM! The parking garage and the unit were easy to access. We loved that it had three bathrooms with showers, a huge master, a nice guest BR with bunks, and the flip down bed in the living room. All appliances were nice, including a second fridge freezer, and a boot drying rack in the closet. The hot tub and pool are directly off the patio outside the unit! There is also a small climbing rock/wall, poolside pull up bars, and a gym inside. This unit is only a little over one hour from Buena Vista where we zip lined and white water rafted the Numbers. It was only 30 min to Breckenridge and another ten minutes to the trailhead for Quandary Peak. We didn't realize until we were leaving on May 19th that just down the road, Arapahoe Basin was still open for skiing! There are tons of stores and shops down the road in Dillon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time we’ve experienced a first floor condo and that was a big plus for us. It’s also close to the main entrance which we loved. The only negative involved the ceiling fan in the bunkbed room. It looked as though it hadn’t been dusted in several years, and we had to place a trash bag over it so someone could sleep in the top bunk without fear of dust, falling all over them during the night. I did take pictures to send to the company. The main refrigerator had issues and needed an ordered part but they quickly provide a mini fridge for our use. We love Keystone and will definitely be back!

We love Keystone and will definitely be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time we’ve experienced a first floor condo and that was a big plus for us. It’s also close to the main entrance which we loved. The only negative involved the ceiling fan in the bunkbed room. It looked as though it hadn’t been dusted in several years, and we had to place a trash bag over it so someone could sleep in the top bunk without fear of dust, falling all over them during the night. Family Group stayed for a 3 day weekend at this unit at Expedition Station. Ground floor location was excellent, convenient out to the pool/hot tub and not noisy. Short walk to Gondola. Parking situation for one car is great, additional car parking situation is not ideal. The unit was as described in pictures, overall a great layout with good separation between bedrooms and a very nice living/dining/family room and kitchen. Kitchen was good size and overall nice but pots/pans and cooking supplies could use an update. Plenty of nice glasses and plates. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Great location just a 3 minute walk to the main lift, heated outdoor pool and big hot tub with cool people hanging out at it every night. Also, a very short walk to a bunch of restaurants, rental shops, and a grocery/liquor store. Perfect spot!

Really cool layout and well thought out design. The boot heaters in the closet were cool. Everything was top notch. I would prefer not to be charged a large cleaning fee for an overnight stay and then asked to move trash etc, but highly recommended for anyone wanting to stay in Keystone.

Great location, ice skating out the door. Place is very clean and we will stay again. A few things could be improved- dishwasher was broken, fridge was broken, king mattress needs to be replaced, crock pot is cracked. But it’s very nice and clean. Just maybe a little older

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was perfect for our group of 4. It was super clean. The beds are so comfortable, the bathrooms are beautiful and having three full bathrooms made it so much easier to get everyone moving since we were all skiing/boarding together, and going out together, etc. Being on the first floor was ideal at the end of the day. The bath towels were nice and soft. It is only a 5 min walk to the gondola, & a 2 minute walk to shopping & dining. The ice rink is across the street, but was not open. Parking underground and having luggage carts to bring stuff up was a key amenity. Everything was in working order. They are stocked with salt and pepper, bring any other spices you want. Bring your own aluminum foil, ziplock bags and saran wrap. They provided TP and Paper Towels, dish soap and coffee. As far as the kitchen, my only wish was that there was a nonstick frying pan. We could have used a cookie sheet for the oven, but we improvised with aluminum foil. Unfortunately the hot tub, right behind the condo, was not hot while we were there, but we enjoyed a couple of games of pool in the common area. The gym is adequate although we did not need to use it because we skied everyday. My daughter did laundry, bring your own pods, the dispenser will take your quarters and give you nothing. I usually pack a few pods and dryer sheets when we travel. A recommendation for snowboard/skiers, check your equipment at the free check on the mountain or bring a lock. My daughters snowboard was taken on the last day we were there while we were eating lunch across the street. Luckily, the amazing mountain staff used a photo of it and recovered it from the thief who took it a few days later, but just beware because it was traumatizing. While the vibe is pretty awesome and the overall trust of your peers is abundant, there are those people who don't belong at a ski resort and cannot be trusted. Better safe than sorry. All is well that ends well. We will be back.

Now that we are aware of this we will have some delivered right away. SCMR only provides the initial supply of bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent, trash bags,pre-filtered coffee (no need for coffee filters) and sweeteners, and salt and pepper. This information is provided in our advertisement and in our check in instructions. The hot tub has since been repaired and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. I am so sorry to hear that the coin machine in the laundry was not working, we will have this reported to the building HOA for a repair right away. We would love it if you would come back to stay with us again – we have no doubt that the next time you would have the wonderful experience that the vast majority of our guests have.

Very nice one bedroom condo in keystone, in the middle of the River Run, walking to restaurants, stores and slopes, very well priced, all amenities. Definitely recommend to anybody traveling to keystone.

This property felt a lot more spacious than how it looks in the pictures. It was very easy to check in, check out, and find our room. There were a few things that didn’t work (I.e. screen door, garbage disposal), but overall we all enjoyed our stay and had a very memorable trip. Thank you for having us!
