To put it short and sweet. Book this property! I had zero complaints and loved this place. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking essentials you need. Pans, utensils, etc. check in and the duration of our stay was so peaceful. No hassle with a front desk. So simple and well organized. The house is so comfortable and comes with all the extra things you would need. Christmas Vacation

This was a beautiful spacious room with everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The views were amazing. Getting the keys from a different building and then locating the actual building and finding the right parking garage was a little chaotic after a 10 hr drive, but the host left enough detailed instructions that I figured it out eventually. After that it was exactly what I had hoped for and I could not be happier with our stay! Keystone is gorgeous and so close to many attractions and activities. We will definitely be going back.

It does deserve a 5 star rating because it was quiet, clean and comfortable. We slept well, the kitchen was equipped with what we needed, we loved the very HOT hot tub as well as the warm and welcoming pool every evening. The unit included a few games and a guest Netflix account, which was great. The queen over queen bunk bed was ideal for our 3 kids. The king bed was soft enough and we slept well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. We come to Keystone every single summer and book a condo. This one was just as good as the others we've booked through the years.Some cons: 1) The bedding is synthetic and not cotton so though it's soft to the touch, it is NOT breathable and you stick to it if you get hot. I personally hated it but the rest of the family didn’t mind. 2) The thermostat is permanently "off" so all you have is windows and a box fan to cool off. At arrival, the unit was 78 degrees inside. Having the windows open does cool it down significantly and we were comfortable and enjoyed the fresh, mountain air but this brings me to the next con. 3) Construction noise. Eeak. It's right outside the windows (August 2025) and it was loud and obnoxious. On weekdays it started early too...between 7-8am. Just something to be aware of. But it didn't affect us too badly cause we kept super busy while visiting with daily hikes and activities.All things considered, it's a great choice!

The kitchen had everything I needed, the parking was convenient, and there were soaps etc. in the bathrooms. I loved seeing the snowcapped mountains while I drank my coffee on the balcony. The management team was very responsive when needed. Easy to get to Breckenridge and Vail. We went horseback riding, hiked and did the Georgetown train loop. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Keystone Ski Location

Perfect spot for a fun family ski trip

Young kids hung out with grandparents while mom and dad got to ski during the days. We felt spoiled with an easy 5 minute walk to the River run base area. We enjoyed dinner out one evening. Ice skating rink is right downstairs along with the playground. The house was lovely. A few minor issues like half of the stovetop not working, and lots of debris under couches and beds. A deep, full cleaning will be needed soon, but it was generally quite clean. The fireplace was a lovely treat! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This was a great vacation spot. The open living room, dining room and kitchen made the place seem big even with 2 families hanging out. It was easy to get to the slopes, and the heated pool was awesome.

Great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect for us. It was just enough space for our family of five. Checking in and getting the cards was a little bit of a scavenger hunt. The check-in time was a little too late when you have kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Great rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so pleasantly surprised by this rental. The couch appeared to be brand new and was very comfy. The kitchen was nicely updated and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was very convenient to everything in Keystone. It was also only a short drive to Breckenridge and Vail. The pool was closed for renovation when we were there, but the management team allowed us to use the pool at another nearby property. Even though there wasn't air conditioning, the temperature in the unit was always very pleasant. There was plenty of room for our family of 6. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative I can think of is that the chairs on the balcony were really uncomfortable.

We loved it!

The location was beautiful and everything was so clean. Communication from Summit was frequent and their directions to the condo and instructions for picking up the keys were fool proof. My kids are already planning our next visit.

Perfect spot!

This was the perfect spot in Keystone! Location is walking distance to restaurants, shops, and anything you’d need from River Run Village. My teen boys loved being able to walk around on their own. Bike trail is right outside the door. The lobby pool table got its use as did the steam room, pool, and hot tub. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable, spacious dining area, and we loved the sectional couch. We loved having windows open and my only suggestion would be to have screens on all the windows to fully access the mountain air. We’d definitely stay again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is absolutely nothing to complain about. This home was clean, spacious for our needs, located conveniently near the stairs, and within walking distance to everything in River Run. The bedding was comfortable and bathrooms were spotless. We really appreciate the thoughtful touches of having paper towels, trash bags, soap, and toilet paper so we didn’t need to add that to our grocery list. We were able to eat out and dine in while enjoying the fresh air. Although there is active construction nearby, it didn’t stop us from enjoying all that the area and condo had to offer. When we weren’t out enjoying nature, our kids loved playing the board games, pool in the lobby, and swimming in the well-heated outdoor pool. My only recommendation would be to get a screen for the primary bedroom. We loved opening the windows, but I wasn’t comfortable with the primary bedroom not having a screen. Everything else was fabulous!

All around excellent

This unit was perfect. Spacious layout on the 1st floor, easy to unload and relaod the car in the heated garage as this unit was right by the stairs to garage. Didn't need the elevator at all. Short walk to the gondola and right in the center of the village!

Awesome Fam Vacation

Our stay started with a super easy check-in and spot on recommendations for local food places. The condo was stocked really well with kitchen items and bedding. The location was great for us close enough for our teens to walk to River Run village and for us to walk roughly 1/2 mile to the Gondola. If you needed a shuttle it was right in front of he building. Lastly appreciated the hot tub and the pool post ski days. While the gym was small, the equipment was adequate and my daughter used it daily. We will use Summit County again!
