Great location. About a five minute walk to the gondola. Property was clean and as advertised. We would happily stay at this location again. Kitchen furnishings would benefit from an update. There were three very small coffee cups (about 4 oz). Simple coffee mugs 8-12 oz would have been greatly appreciated. I would also recommend a quick trip to Costco (or Sams Club) to buy some simple silverware. The utensils were very limited and numbered; 6 table spoons, 7 tea spoons.... Just buy some inexpensive silverware and don't worry about counting them.... With that said, as I mentioned, I would stay here again. We greatly appreciated that there were ample coffee filters for the week. A few bags of coffee grounds to get us started. A roll of paper towel and a few rolls of toilet paper. Thank you. The complex has it's own pool and hot tub and common area with a pool table. It's a one minute walk to the Keystone village area. The only downside was the pullout bed in the couch; the mattress needs to be replaced, as it slopes down and your head is lower than your body.- Reviewed On: 8/1/2022

This is the second time we have stayed in River Run Village. Although we had a direct view of mountain in our backyard last time, we still had a great location. Also, keep in mind COVID is happening right now. So yes, we had to wear a mask anytime we went into the village. Restaurants closing a little earlier than normal I think but we usually drive to Dillon, CO about a 8 miles down the road and eat at the great places there. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need!! We usually bring an ice chest with things to cook for ourself as there is a full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans etc. I have no complaints and plan to come back again when I return for another conference here in the future! COVID or not, it was still relaxing and did not impact our stay.- Reviewed On: 8/13/2020

Spontaneous trip!
We decided on a Thursday we were going to hop in the car after work and head to keystone to catch some early season powder. We left on our road trip and my wife looked for hotels/condos. We found this one as it was reasonably priced! Booked it. Showed up to keystone in the morning and rode all day. Checked in and it was smooth as can be. Our stay was great. Snow was on the forecast so I looked into adding a couple days to my stay. I called and they made it super simple. 10/10. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Snow was on the forecast so I looked into adding a couple days to my stay. I called and they made it super simple. 10/10. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Two minute walk to the gondola and the best part was probably the heated garage. It allowed my wife and I to get into a warm car before heading to restaurants in breckenridge and vail and allowed us to pack the night before and load the car then because we didn't have to worry about our things freezing. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was perfect for advertised room for 6 which is probably a bit of a stretch. We made it work, though, 2 beds (1 is a pullout couch), and 2 camping sleeping pads. One guy slept in the kitchen. So just be prepared for that if you plan on maxing out occupancy. We had 2 cars and they gave us 2 parking passes - 1 underground parking and 1 in the skiers lot not too far away. Location is definitely worth it - an easy walk to the lifts. I was a bit disappointed the lack of Keystone Village night life so you have to take a short drive if you want to hit the nearby bars (Goat or Snake River). Pretty small hot tub, but everyone on the slopes is generally cool so it's a great way to meet some people and swap life stories.- Reviewed On: 6/5/2015

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband & I drove in the night the winter storm made it's arrival. While the weather was not great, we were tired, SCMR made our arrival after hours so easy! The directions to the office and then to our condo were very detailed and simple! The condo was warm & clean upon entry. It had the things we needed. The king sized bed was very comfortable. There are extra blankets & pillows although we didn't need the blankets. This condo is about a 7-10 min walk to the gondola. Thanks to SCMR for the tip on the food! We found the biggest tips was use the wagons to cart our skis/boots to the gondola & rent a locker to put our shoes & snacks in (cheaper than their food). In between runs we had our snacks & at the end of the day, we had our shoes to put on and the wagon to pull back to the condo. Save money & spend $10 on a locker for snacks/drinks. You can carry up the gondola & eat them at the Summit House in the warmth! OH and the directions for the cable are on the backside of the SCMR welcome letter!- Reviewed On: 6/5/2015

Great Location & Clean Rooms

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was perfect for advertised room for 6 which is probably a bit of a stretch. We made it work, though, 2 beds (1 is a pullout couch), and 2 camping sleeping pads. One guy slept in the kitchen. So just be prepared for that if you plan on maxing out occupancy. We had 2 cars and they gave us 2 parking passes - 1 underground parking and 1 in the skiers lot not too far away. Location is definitely worth it - an easy walk to the lifts. I was a bit disappointed the lack of Keystone Village night life so you have to take a short drive if you want to hit the nearby bars (Goat or Snake River). Pretty small hot tub, but everyone on the slopes is generally cool so it's a great way to meet some people and swap life stories.- Reviewed On: 6/5/2015

The absolute only drawback was the lack of space for luggage which is why I wouldn't recommend 4 people staying here unless you don't mind clothes and bags everywhere! We put our luggage in the dining room. Other than that everything was perfect from the location to the accommodations. The kitchen is large and the bed was comfy. The fireplace made the place really cozy. We definitely recommend this condo as well as Summit County Mountain Retreats.
