The place was perfect for the two of us! Any more people and it definitely would’ve been cramped. The condo had everything we needed. It was the perfect location for snowboarding. We went to Breck one day and it was only a 20 min drive. The water pressure in the shower was so nice. Then bed was a little creeky. The kitchen was stocked with good appliances, dish ware, and silverware. I do have to say the walls are thin in the complex, so if little noises keep you up at night, I would choose somewhere else. I’m from the city so it didn’t bother me. All in all, if you’re just looking for a basic place to rest your head after a long day of skiing or snowboarding, this place is perfect.

What a lovely spot. Being a Coloradan I love a deal in the mountains. Keystone provides perfect access to Breck, Vail, Copper, plus you get a ski town with a grocery store within walking distance, some lovely restaurants and more. I love summer at keystone. I biked Vail Pass, rose around Lake Dillon, biked up and over Swan Mountain to Breck and Frisco plus got to enjoy the pool, the hot tub and the steam room. The condo itself is exactly what I needed, a full kitchen, a balcony that overlooks a quiet part of town and east parking access under the building.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great - so well appointed and high end everything. The location is terrific and having parking right at River Run base is so convenient. The only downside we found was the non-compliance of other guests with the mask mandates. So, if you care about that - wear your mask and hope they are doing a good job of cleaning the elevator buttons. If you don't care; well, no worries for you then. The condo is great and the owners can't be held responsible for the actions of the other guests or enforcement of mask compliance. Maybe the property managers of Expedition Station should post an employee to keep an eye out, though.

Everything was great. Bed is great. Only suggestion I would like to make is that you don’t ask your guests when leaving to empty all trash cans and take to the garage. The dumpster is not next to the elevator it is at the exit garage door. You have to stop and get out of the car to throw it away and if anyone is behind you, you are delaying them. Also, you ask the guest to put everything in the dishwasher and turn it on upon checking out of the condo. This would be ok if we weren’t charged a cleaning fee. Isn’t that what we’re paying for? That is the only thing I was disappointed in. If I had not followed the instructions would I have been charged extra? Very clean, excellent location in River Run, restaurants very good. Keystone is a great location for bike riding. We kept our bikes in our vehicle and left from the garage. Great bike paths, swan mountain to Breckenridge, Frisco, Copper and Vail Pass. Had a great time!

We stayed a long weekend and enjoyed time with some friends who also had rented a condo in the area, had a really nice time. Bed Room was comfy, kitchen, living area and balcony were all great. Probably best suited for 2-3 people, not a large space, but certainly comfortable for us. Would definitely recommend location for ski season as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our cozy little condo and can't wait to go back! The kitchen was great and allowed us to make many meals there instead of always eating out. The bed was super comfy and even though there is no A/C, we stayed plenty cool at the end of June with the window open and a fan in the windowsill. Two TV's (netlix included) helped us relax after hikes or bike rides. Super convenient location close to several restaurants, stores, and beautiful sites! The condo was clean, stocked with more than we thought there would be. The small patio faces a parking lot, so there's really nothing super exciting about that but still a nice porch to read and drink coffee on! Our only complaint at all really had nothing to do with our condo, but with the amenities. The outdoor hottub was cold, and the pool area seemed much smaller than we expected by the pictures online. Summit County Mountain Retreats sent several emails and texts in preparation for our trip and after check in, assuring we knew how to get there, check in, and make the most of our trip. They even allow you to text them back if you have any questions or concerns. There were no surprises, and we felt confident they were there to help us should any arise. We were thoroughly pleased with the entire experience and plan to be back!

The unit is situated facing the outside of the village, so we loved having access to the fun, without having to hear all of the fun :) It was clean and comfortable with the most amazing selection of blankets. We shared the unit with another couple, and had so much space move around, even with four adults. We loved having a wide range of cooking tools, as we made most of our meals in the unit-making a quick bite and then hitting the slopes again was ideal because of its proximity to the runs. Again, we couldn't have lucked out with a more perfect place.

My family and I had a very memorable trip in Keystone, thanks to Summit County Mountain Retreats. When we arrived, check-in was a breeze and the place was clean and equipped with all we could ever need for a relaxing weekend in the snow. The kitchen had what you would need to prepare your meals (including a Crockpot) and the living room had a nice variety of board games, books, and magazines for a cozy night in. Since we had our toddler with us, we loved having covered parking on the ground floor. There's lots to do on the property including a coffee spot called Inxpot just a 3 minute walk away. If you want to stray from the resort, Silverthorne Outlets and the lake are close by. We tried Baker's Brewery, a restaurant that is very generous with their portions. Next time we'd love to trek to nearby cities like Breckinridge. Would highly recommend this location for those seeking a respite from the city.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this condo last minute with Summit County Mountain Retreats. They were great and very helpful. The unit is about a 3 minute walk to the Gondola. It's not the closest but it certainly is not far.The building is fine, parking ample. The unit itself has everything you need. I'd say it's perfect for 3 maybe 4 people, using the bedroom and couch. Anymore than that it's tight. So far I'm really happy with the folks at Summit County Mountain Retreats. They are on top of everything and we have booked another stay with them in the fabulous Lone Eagle next month.

Great location. The amenities on site are wonderful and the access to nearby outdoor fun or cool in town locations is really convenient. We hit a brewery in Silverthorn the night of our stay and it was a smooth ten minute drive. Great place overall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is very adequate for 2-3 people. The location in Expedition Station is excellent, close to all the activities of River Run at Keystone. Rooms were exactly as pictured and clean. Check in was quick and we had all we needed to get settled. Going in late August, afforded less crowds and our choice of meal times in the restaurants. One thing the condo needs is an updated hair dryer. It overheated so often and the cord was not very long and attached to the wall. It was very frustrating.

From entering the private parking garage, right up to the condo door all was as advertised, even the secure bike racks in the garage. We went to Breckinridge for dinner but the kitchen was well stocked. No AC but the few days in the summer you would need it . All was ok.. Closets well stocked with fans but our one night was a pleasant one after dark. We have favorited this condo and will return for the winter ski season
