Wake up in the center of River Run Village and enjoy easy access to Keystone’s shops, restaurants, events, and gondola from this comfortable 1-bedroom condo. Accommodating up to 4 guests, this inviting mountain retreat features a private balcony overlooking Dercum Square with partial slope views, making it the perfect home base for both winter and summer adventures. Guests also enjoy access to Expedition Station's shared amenities, including a pool and hot tub.

Living Area
The cozy living area features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, DVD player, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. Extra linens are stored in a nearby closet. Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy views of Dercum Square, home to an ice rink during the winter and miniature golf during the summer, along with partial slope views to the south.

Kitchen and Dining
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and tableware needed to prepare meals during your stay. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats four guests.

pleasantly surprised. went in with hotel room thoughts, but was more of a BnB with appliances and extras. was clean and convenient. Also did realize it included heated garage parking. Will stay again.

Great central spot in Keystone

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is perfectly located and really great value for money. The building itself and the condo needs a few touch ups, so not a pristine place but plenty fine for a family of four and it’s hard to beat the location. Would definitely stay there again.
