pleasantly surprised. went in with hotel room thoughts, but was more of a BnB with appliances and extras. was clean and convenient. Also did realize it included heated garage parking. Will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is perfectly located and really great value for money. The building itself and the condo needs a few touch ups, so not a pristine place but plenty fine for a family of four and it’s hard to beat the location. Would definitely stay there again.

However, the furniture was a bit dated and the blinds over the deck doors fell down more than once when being opened. The chair had a sunken arm and the couch pillows were showing signs of regular wear and tear. The bed in the bedroom was a little outdated too. Basically all the furniture could use an update.

Good location for quick access to River Run base area without the noise the "courtyard" properties can have. Unit itself was perfect for two; probably would have been fine with a couple small children. Kitchen was well equipped. Supplies (soap, toilet paper, tissues, towels etc) were as expected. Only complaints were the condition of LR chair and sofa/hideabed which are more dilapidated than what you might find at the curb of a frat house on trash day and that the building owners decided to replace the deck three days before our arrival thus closing off to the deck.

Stayed here for a quick anniversary getaway. The town is great with lots to do. The condo is well taken care of and we would definitely stay here again. Close to other popular towns, which is also a plus.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was a little confusing and the roof construction literally on our balcony 6 days a week starting at 7 am was irritating however this was home away from home! I moved here from Texas due to a job promotion and it was very relaxing and comfortable. Not a hotel/motel by any means with loud and obnoxious guests running the halls and I really like the secure guest parking in the garage. I loved being able to cook breakfast lunch and dinner and not have to spend an arm and a leg on eating out. Items at the resort were over priced and then some in my opinion but again I came from Texas where there is not 4 different types of taxes. LOL God Bless TEXAS! The staff was very friendly the two times I did encounter them.

We do recognize the inconvenience of the construction that was happening during your stay. Unfortunately HOA's only have a few months of of the year to do any repairs or projects to the building and they typically like to schedule these repairs during the shoulder season. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We send check in instructions to all guests prior to the day of arrival so they can be viewed to avoid any confusion. We do recognize the inconvenience of the construction that was happening during your stay. Unfortunately HOA's only have a few months of of the year to do any repairs or projects to the building and they typically like to schedule these repairs during the shoulder season. The work has been completed now. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your interactions with our staff. We wish you the best of luck on your job promotion.

The only complaint I had was that the sofa and arm chair were not as comfy sad they look in the pictures. They were fine, but they could use some additional padding. Everything else was lovely, clean, and comfortable. A note; we did not utilize the sleeper sofa or sleep in the main living space. The lights from the clock on the oven and the microwave were quite bright so if you were sleeping out there you might want a sleep mask. For us, it made a perfect nightlight to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

My wife and I stayed here with one of our buddies over Thanksgiving. The apartment has a spacious back porch and the electric fireplace was awesome after a long day of skiing and snowboarding. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking Thanksgiving although many of the appliances were outdated. The heated parking was nice and we never had to move the car after check-in due to it being right in Keystone's little village at the bottom of the mountain. We would certain stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wishing for a convenient location for walking access to Keystone's main lifts.

The property was nice, clean, and just as promised. Enjoyed the hot tub Nd pool in the event. Close location to many sites. It seemed a little warm inside, so we opened the windows since it was nice and cool outside. The road noise was pretty loud.

Close to everything Keystone village has to offer. Cutlery and crockery are in great condition, but some of the pots, pans, and kitchen utensils are worn out or of poor quality. A decent set of kitchen knives would also be nice. The blinds in the main room were on the floor, so there was no way to block the harsh morning sun for the two of us sleeping there. We did get an immediate response after reporting this, and we were offered same day help. We loved our stay at Expedition Station! Everything was clean and very close to the gondola at Keystone, and the village. Once we locked ourselves out of our room and someone was there to let us back in 5 minutes later! He was so friendly and kind about it too. We can't wait to return.
