Description

This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with two king beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen sleeper chest. It features a private balcony that overlooks the pool and hot tub, also with scenic mountain views. It has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted over a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living area is a queen-sized sleeper chest. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony can be accessed through the living area and overlooks the shared pool and hot tub with scenic mountain views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and slate floors. The kitchen also includes Keurig coffee maker, making it easy to brew a fresh cup of coffee anytime. The dining area comfortably seats six people. The guest bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

There are two primary bedrooms. Both primaries feature king-sized beds with Ivory White Bedding and have flat screen TVs. Both have en suite bathrooms with double sinks and shower/tub combinations.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $4 a day from May 1st-November 30th and $8 a day for parking starting December 1st through April 30th*

3 nights at Expedition Station

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect! The unit was a nice size and especially liked the 2 master suites as we were traveling with another couple. The unit was well stocked and met our needs. The large sectional was great for watching the US Open and the underground free parking was so convenient.With that said, several updates should be made. The ironing board doesn't stand up, the hair dryer in one of the master baths has been torn from the wall, the cabinet in one of the masters was missing a drawer and a door, there was mold in the caulking around the shower in the hallway bath, the screen door to deck is difficult to use, the silverware drawer hits the frig when you pull the drawer open. These are not large repairs but they add up and would definitely make the renter's experience even better! And the hot tub was out of service which I know isn't related to the unit but still disappointing. Overall, we would still consider a return visit but with so many units available, it would benefit the owner and the renter for the owner to make the necessary updates.

Was surprised there was a third bathroom with a shower. Huge couch and also a fold out Murphy bed from the wall. Walking distance to everything. My only complaint would be that the community hot tub was always packed.

Beautiful condo

We loved the 2 master bedrooms. The check in process is a bit of a pain with needing to go to an other location. The heated garage is nice.

Stay it was great. It was a great location for the area and the things we wanted to do. My only thing that they could improve on is our rooms were very stuffy even with the air on.
