The condo was very nice. it met out needs perfectly. Only suggestion was that there was no access to the gym? It looks like it was closed? Access would have been nice.

Thank you for your feedback! We had not been made aware of any gym closures by the building HOA, but we will certainly follow up with them regarding this.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for a wedding and the location was perfect! The unit was a nice size and especially liked the 2 master suites as we were traveling with another couple. The unit was well stocked and met our needs. The large sectional was great for watching the US Open and the underground free parking was so convenient. With that said, several updates should be made. The ironing board doesn't stand up, the hair dryer in one of the master baths has been torn from the wall, the cabinet in one of the masters was missing a drawer and a door, there was mold in the caulking around the shower in the hallway bath, the screen door to deck is difficult to use, the silverware drawer hits the frig when you pull the drawer open. These are not large repairs but they add up and would definitely make the renter's experience even better! And the hot tub was out of service which I know isn't related to the unit but still disappointing. Overall, we would still consider a return visit but with so many units available, it would benefit the owner and the renter for the owner to make the necessary updates.

The space was perfect for the five adults. Having the extra full bathroom gave way to time management for getting everyone cleaned up and the privacy of all of us staying in the unit The walk to the lifts was a bit heavy laden when carrying all of the ski gear but doable. We had a great trip and it was made even better by having a cozy place to temporarily call "home!"

The bedrooms were both quite big with full bathrooms attached and an extra bathroom in the hall. Lots of seating and a large kitchen. Great for a family or group. The pool was quite loud till it shut down at 10 pm and then later, after it had closed, people were down there making quite a bit of noise at 2 am, which made it difficult to sleep. This was not an issue with the condo itself, just some rude people at night.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, comfortable and well stocked unit. Great place to stay. Only downside was the strict one parking pass policy for the rental. Would have helped to know details for other parking options during off season rather than just being told by mgmt co that other options exist.

Yes, this unit only allows for one parking pass. This is something that SCMR has absolutely no control over because the parking is monitored by the HOA of the building complex. Our staff should have advised of the pay-to-park options available within the resort as well as the free lot across from the Keystone Lodge and Spa upon request. We apologize if this was not the case. All of this information is also included in the guest portal app that every guest receives with their check-in instructions. Thank you very much for your feedback.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Lots to do. Great location near the shops and restaurants but far enough away for quiet evenings. Live music Saturday and free gondola rides Friday we’re Great. Beautiful views. Unit as described and very clean. Lots of space to spread out. Able to cook. Property very clean in common spaces with the exception of the pool which needs better maintenance (better filter or nightly vacuuming). The water was quite cloudy with a lot of debris and tons of hair which was floating in clumps in the pool.

Great unit at a very nice property. Great location at river run with a short walk to all the activities but far enough away to be quiet at night. Kids were in the pool. Every day. We used the grill for burgers by the pool. One comment - the pool needs better upkeep. It was full of more debris and long hair than we liked. Unit was spacious, clean, and equipped with basic toiletries and plenty of towels for bath and pool. Beds were comfy and fans appreciated. We would stay again

We are two adult couples, so the dual master suite floorplan gave us the comfort and privacy we were looking for. Everything in the unit was in great condition and it was a comfortable place for us to hang out. Checking in was easy. The location in Keystone was great as there were numerous dinner and breakfast options within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that there was only one parking space. But the property management company worked with us to find a great solution to that too, so it was no issue.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this place! The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was fun- having all the shops around felt like we were in our own village. The pool was nice too. There were a couple minor maintenance type issues such as the toilet handle was loose, the screws were loose in a towel holder in one of the master suites, so it was starting to come off the wall, and some of the kitchen gadgets should be replaced as they were not functioning properly. These were all minor issues, so the quality of the stay was not compromised. We would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 10/10 would recommend and stay again. This unit is in great shape and very well stocked with supplies (kitchen/blankets/pillows/humidifiers/etc). We were not missing anything. Pool and hot tub were great for both us and the kids. 5 minute walk to Gondola and 2 minute walk to the shops/restaurants. Great not having to drive anywhere. Super easy check-in/check-out. Nice porch overlooking pool/hot-tub and grill area. While if officially sleeps 8 people, it would be really, really tight. I would recommend for 4 only, 6 in a pinch. When we head back to Keystone we would definitely look for this rental first.

Having two master suites was a real plus. The Murphy bed and third bathroom were great extras. Because of the time of year- early September, the rate for booking it was extremely reasonable for what we got. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I truly enjoyed our recent stay in Keystone. The location could not have been more perfect for what we were interested in doing while we vacationed. Expedition Station is located in a great area with shops, restaurants and a gondola right outside your door. We were able to rent bikes and ride to Lake Dillion and explore the area at our own pace. The close proximity to the Continental Divide proved to be very rewarding as my two boys could not get enough hiking there. The condo itself was plenty of room for the four of us. The "only" thing I would change is replacing the carpet or getting rid of it completely. It was very worn and could be replaced. That was the only concern we had with the condo. We would definitely visit again and our hopes are to stay longer than a week next time. Thank you for sharing your place with us.
