Great condo, glad that fans were provided as the condo was pretty warm when we arrived. Was told we couldn’t use the grill while we stayed due to fire ban. But others were using the grill during our stay. Condo was great but hallways appeared dirty. Overall it was a wonderful stay, and a beautiful town!

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're glad you enjoyed the condo, appreciated the fans during the warmer weather, and had a wonderful stay in such a beautiful area. We understand your frustration regarding the grill. Fire restrictions are determined by local authorities and can change based on current conditions, so we are required to communicate and follow those restrictions for the safety of our guests and the surrounding area. Other guests using a grill does not mean that use was permitted. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the building hallways. Those common areas are maintained by the HOA rather than our management team, but we'll be sure to pass your comments along to them. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back!

Condo worked well for our family of 6. It was in a convenient location with River Run village right outside your door and the keystone Gondola lift right on the other side of the village. The bathrooms and showers were nice and updated and the beds were very comfy. The pool, hot tub and sauna were great. The kitchen was nice, the large kitchen countertop had 6 bar stools which worked fine for meals. The staff sent regular communications before during and after to keep us informed of the check in and check out process. They aren't on sight but are on call any time and helped us in middle of the night when we had an issue with our room keys. Very happy with our stay. Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay including the hot tub and pool table. But the cue sticks were not good. The tips are off almost all of them and there was no chalk to use. It was just a few minutes walk to the gondola for skiing which was awesome. It is close enough to enjoy Dillon, Frisco, Silverthorne and Breckinridge as well. Would definitely rent again; so convenient and the unit is well kept. The underground parking was also sweet!

Our short stay was generally good, and the location was great. We're big fans of Steep Brewing (good quick pizza, great beer and coffee) and loved being within walking distance. The parking instructions were a bit lacking, it wasn't immediately obvious that part of the address was our building name and unit number, and we had to rely on a guy in a Keystone Resorts truck to assist us in finding our appropriate parking garage. More details or a good marked-up map handed out with the keys would have been great.

The condo is a very cute place to stay at. Plenty big enough for our family of six to come back to you in the evening and rest. Everything went well and was plenty of items to make a meal with. The only thing I wish they would’ve had would’ve been some blankets available for the couch bed. We had to use blankets off of each of the beds in order for the kids sleeping on the couch bed to have blankets. Which in return shorted blankets on our bed. Other than that the stay was very nice and we would love to return someday.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Condo! Nice amenities, fitness room, hot tub, pool, ice skating ring, parking. Walking distance to the lifts. Good size for 2 couples with 2 bathrooms. Comfortable furniture and massage bed.The only complaint I have is the refrigerator making loud noise in a middle of the night.
