Description

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It features newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms with high-end fixtures, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Remodeling was completed in fall, 2020. Enjoy the beautiful slope views from the private balcony. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the main living area and offers beautiful slope views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The updated guest bathroom is just off of the living area and has a single sink vanity and shower/tub combination with tile surround. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The updated en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower with tile surround and a door separating the toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk and a mounted flat screen TV.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $4 a day from May 1st-November 30th and $8 a day for parking starting December 1st through April 30th*

Nice accommodations. Easy walk to the ski lift. Ski locker on first floor is very convenient. Well stocked kitchen that we used for cooking everyday for a week. Several shops, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Parking is very tight if you drive a larger vehicle like a full size truck - even mid size requires a little maneuvering to park sometimes.

Great place for the price. Family friendly (outdoor pool and hot tub were both heated and kids loved swimming in the snow). Gym and steam room also very nice.
Location is perfect - right next to River Run gondola area and restaurants. The unit is good for families. Has the amenities you would need for a good time. Can cook there if you want. We would stay again.

Had a great stay! Need hot mits for the kitchen, unsure why they aren’t provided for cooking….the outdoor grill was electric, underwhelming & dirty. Plenty of box fans to put in windows to keep cool. Within walking distance to everything! Hot tub is definitely hot! Pool is also heated. Had fun playing pool in the lobby! Definitely would stay here again!

Cute and cozy

Really liked that it was far from the elevator so it cut back on noise but you also are far from the elevator! The view is beautiful!! Can’t get better! Master bedroom had a wonderful shower and beautiful updated bathroom. The bed was a little hard for me but I’m used to a sleep number bed so every bed that isn’t mine feels less comfortable. The second bedroom was well appointed and the kids loved the bunk beds. The bathroom was updated also and spacious. The living room had a couch with plenty of room and we like that we could eat our meals at a dinning room table. Property and unit were clean. The pool was nice we spent everyday there. Garage was clean, I believe they just cleaned it out. Love coming in off season there’s hardly anyone in river run, you get to enjoy the mountains and skip all the crowds. We ate at Windy City pizza, it was the bomb!!!!

Great spot

It’s hard to give a positive review because the first day we discovered that the shower, the second shower, not the master shower, was not draining and I contacted the management people every day twice and they never got it fixed. Otherwise, the location and the size of the condo was excellent and it was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. If I were to be picky, I would say a new master bedroom mattress would be great… Andrew

It’s hard to give a positive review because the first day we discovered that the shower, the second shower, not the master shower, was not draining and I contacted the management people every day twice and they never got it fixed. Otherwise, the location and the size of the condo was excellent and it was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. Great spot

It’s hard to give a positive review because the first day we discovered that the shower, the second shower, not the master shower, was not draining and I contacted the management people every day twice and they never got it fixed. Otherwise, the location and the size of the condo was excellent and it was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay. If I were to be picky, I would say a new master bedroom mattress would be great… Andrew

Close to Gondola

Very comfortable condo nicely furnished and decorated. So convenient to be close to slopes, stores and restaurants. Balcony with sun and beautiful view on the mountain. Great communication with agency.

Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location with views of the ski resort. Check in was super easy and having ski lockers on the first floor was great. The newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen were lovely. Unfortunately, we found the beds super uncomfortable both in the master and 2nd bedroom. Otherwise, the condo was perfect for 3 of us.

Finding a mattress that satisfies the mass amount of renters we see is just not possible, but we do like to see every guest comfortable during their stay. If someone does not like the mattress we can offer a replacement air-mattress or mattress topper if we are made aware of the issue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Family ski trip

We enjoyed our stay here as a short family vacation. All was comfortable, but I would love to see the fitness center open before 8am And for there to be a drinking fountain in the lobby.

Great location, clean, as described.

Fantastic location just a 7 minute walk to Gondola. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms/kitchen. We had a party of 5 in the home and it worked out well for us.
