A great location and the space was wonderful. It got hot in the afternoons on the 3rd floor and with no screens on the back door and windows, it was tough to leave the windows open as much as we’d like because we kept letting bugs in. Otherwise, a great place with great space, amenities, and very well stocked.

Thank you for your review! We're glad you enjoyed the location, spacious layout, amenities, and how well stocked the condo was. We appreciate your feedback about the warmer afternoons and the window screens. Air conditioning is not standard in most Colorado mountain properties, but we understand the warmer summer days can make the upper floors feel warmer. Thank you for staying with us—we hope to host you again!

We had a wonderful day. We were surprised when we got there that we had three full bathrooms. Just grab your gear and walk to the slopes. Hot tub access and heated parking garage were a nice bonus, too. Had a minor maintenance issue but the staff was on it as soon as I contacted them. The heated parking garage was awesome and really it only gets better from there. The house was spacious enough for 8 guests and the living room and dining room were perfect for all watching a movie together. The location was great being right in the keystone resort for Oktoberfest, and it’s super conveniently next to the big river run lot. The pool was also amazing , worth every penny :)

We enjoyed our stay. It was a week or two before the tourist season, so it was very quiet. That also means that most of the local shops and activities were closed. The check-in and out process was very easy. The pool was nice and warm, since the weather was still chilly in the evening. Most nights our kids had the pool to themselves.

The kitchen is well appointed and the condo was spacious. The oversized couch was perfect for our family. We utilized the pool and hot tub daily, it is a short walk to the gondola. It is a very nice condo that has seen some wear and could use a few touch ups but I wouldn’t let that deter me from renting it again. The rental company was easy to work with. The underground parking is very nice but it is tight with an SUV.

We cracked the windows opened which helped to keep the condo cool and ventilated and got a little chilly at times. The pool and hot tub are nice. Very short walking distance to restaurants and shops. This place has a Hot Pool, Hot Jacuzzi, Hot Showers with an Ice Skating facility next door and It is 5 minutes Walking distance to River Run Gondola, Rentals, Restaurants, Shops. This unit had plenty of towels, blankets, pillows. We kept the fireplace going and heater on 68.. When it got warm, we would crack the patio door. The patio overlooks the pool, jacuzzi and mountains. The Garage parking, fast elevators, with extra shopping carts and luggage carts to transfer groceries and mounds of mountain gear was awesome!

Good location to stay for visiting R.M.N.P. Nice drive to and from the park. The mattresses on the beds need replacing, they're well worn in and you roll to the middle of the bed. Housekeeping also needs to clean/vacuum along the baseboards and behind furniture along the walls better. Other than the mattresses, we really enjoyed our stay! Would stay there again and recommend this property.

Property was great, the bbq grill in unit needs replaced as it took over 2 hours to cook 12 burgers and we finished them on the stovetop.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was exactly what we needed for 5 teen boys and 2 adults! Excellent location, the kids loved the hot tub and pool. We had plenty of space for everyone. The fold out couch pulls from the bottom, which we did not know the first night. Adam from management team gave us an air mattress to use for the week because the pull out was hard, he even came over to let me in when my key deactivated and the others were on the mountain, can't say enough about Adam, great guy! The unit would have received 5 stars in all areas but there were a few items, one of the primary reasons we pick this unit was because it had in room laundry, when using the dryer we discovered it was not working, called and it needed to be repaired by an outside contractor, bummer for a week with 5 boys. The unit also needs a decent frying pan, pot holders, and plastic dishes for small children, everything else was fully stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Location was exactly as advertised and very close to the gondola at River Run. Maybe a 5 min walk out the building and you’re on the way up the Mtn. Good communication from the staff and very spacious for the 8 of us who stayed. Had a small issue not getting additional towels for swimming at the pool/hot tub/sauna. Can go to the main office about 1.5 miles away and grab more, but that’s a bit much since they should already have lodge cleaning staff and swimming towels accessible. Key issue in a secondary location also a minor inconvenience if you’re already on the Mtn. Easy to access the keys and get into the room… but again 1.5 miles away from the Mtn, when you’re staying ON THE MTN. Overall a great place and price is very reasonable for a large group. We will absolutely stay here again, and recommend everyone else stay here too. (just know the minor inconveniences ahead of time).

This property was just how showed on the website! It had everything we needed for the few days we stayed! I was sold with it having a working washer and dryer in the property! We made a short drive into Dillon to get groceries for a few days. Love that the property has a grill out on the deck. It was a short walk to the shops, restaurants and trails at River Run. There is a pool and hot tub on site. Very impressed with this property! 5 out of 5 stars!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival early I went directly to management office and was advised location still being cleaned. I was provided parking passes and stayed by pool and walked around the village which was perfect. This mountain was the perfect environment for kids and family. At 400pm I accessed apartment which was spotless and very large as the pictures do not give the overall justice of the open concept. I had spent several days in denver and vail and in comparison this location and residence was by far the best. I received multiple follow ups via text to ensure the property was in order and no issues. I would highly recommend this location if visiting breckenridge, keystone, Frisco, or Dillon. Also, If renting bikes I would recommend the bike shop near the management office as they are 40 dollars cheaper for ebike than at locations at village. I thank owner for providing this rental to us as it capped out 9nday vacation in Colorado!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very nice and accommodating for our group. We loved that we could see the hot tub from the balcony so we knew how crowded it was! The only downside was that we had to leave the resort to get our keys for the unit - I would definitely pay extra to have a drop off service for check in!

What a CLEAN and welcoming home for our quick 2-day stay at Keystone for Snowboarding and tubing!! House was IMMACULATE and we appreciated feeling comfortable in our home away from home. We turned on the fireplace and enjoyed the warmth and ambience… the kids (adult children) we’re grateful for every bed- even the Murphy bed was used! For our party of 6, we were grateful for the spaciousness of the and it exceeded our expectations ! We would stay here again!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this unit! It was spacious and the amenities were great. The hot tub and pool were perfect after hitting the slopes all day. Only downfall was having to go back out from the resort to the office down the road to get the keys for check in. Also there isn't a water filter in the unit so you should bring gallons of water for your group to drink ahead of time.

We stayed at this condo in the Expedition Station building the last week in February with two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The condo was VERY clean and very comfortable. We had two bedrooms (both with ensuite bathrooms) and a bathroom off the main room. It also had a murphy bed and sectional couch that were very comfortable. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms as well. The view was overlooking the outdoor pool and hot tub which we used every night. The facilities were great and having such close access to them was very convenient. The main building also has a gym and pool table for extra amenities. The location of the property was outstanding. It was a short walk to the village and gondola and very easy to access the building either through the lower level parking structure or the front door lobby. We had one parking spot allowed to us in the parking structure under the building that was very convenient and had hotel dollies to get our gear to our condo. The elevators were very helpful as well. We did have to find additional parking for our other vehicle (at a cost) which was not as convenient, but the location of the property allowed for us to not need access to our second car that frequently. We would definitely recommend this property to others and will look to stay her again when we return.

We stayed here with family to enjoy a Keystone ski vacation. This property was clean and had everything we needed (except for a cookie sheet for the oven - maybe add that to a restock list?). We loved the location, the hot tub, ski lockers, and all of the amenities. We were able to rent a pack and play for our infant. There was plenty of space for all and we loved our stay. The grill on the deck was also a great addition! We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the Condo was very good and checked every box. The location is right in the village and a short walk to everything. The Shuttles and Summit Express stops were only a two minute walk. The only challenge was the timing and getting into the condo. The location to pick up keys is either a car ride or very long walk. We used the express shuttles from the airport instead of renting an SUV. This made the timing challenging with arrival, luggage storage and check in time. This would not have been an issue at all if we rented a car, but with the shuttle made for a difficult time. The staff helped as much as possible, but couldn't get us the early check-in due to so many units and short of staff. The Covid life. Overall very nice people to deal with and extremely responsive to communication. The condo itself was great size and had good view of the pool area. Everything you needed was there and the ski lockers were great. 3 full baths and laundry in the unit was great. The hot tub was not working fully, but was told by a resident that he told the management group about the issue, so did not say anything to rental group. Great trip!

This spacious condo had space for everyone and was conveniently located. Our visit was in early August. The management team was helpful and the check-in/check-out process was easy. Although the condo was very clean, the reviewer gave it 4 stars due to the area rug in the main living space needing some attention. It was due for a cleaning. This did not diminish our experience. This condo is in a good location - walking distance to lifts, restaurants, ice skating and other attractions in Keystone. The condo is large with two bedrooms. I chose this condo because of the set up in the second bedroom with a bunk and a queen bed. This worked for my 3 teenaged kids. The murphy bed in the living room is an extra bonus and we did use it for my youngest son. Overall, a great place to stay.

You can't beat this location! Walk anywhere in river run and has a hot tub/pool. Huge! Could probably sleep 12-14 if needed. The only gripe I have is that you have to drive across town and pick up the keys from a building in a strip mall. Not great if you don't pay attention and read all of the check in material. The trashcan is in the parking garage which is a trek if you have to make multiple trips. It's also disgusting. Definitely should not have to take the trash out with those massive cleaning fees (seriously why is it so expensive?). Other than that it was a great experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has never been to CO. If we ever make it back, we would stay here again. The resort was so roomy and clean. Everything we needed for our 5 day stay was in the room. They thought of everything. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. There are so many hiking and bike trails for all fitness levels nearby. Lake Dillon is just minutes away. Shopping in all directions. River rafting about an hour from our location. My family had the best time renting bikes and enjoying the scenery. The scenery can’t be beat!

The pool and Jacuzzi were great as was the pool table and kids playground close by. Our only struggle was having one parking space and limited parking that was close for the extra car. Otherwise everything was fantastic and we'd definitely love to rent again!

Thank you for the feedback. Yes, the off season is often a great time to have a truly relaxing stay at a really great price. Our housekeeping staff does get started right away, and they may knock on a door to see if anyone is inside as sometimes guests depart prior to the check-out time. We're glad you enjoyed your stay!
