Close to River Run gondola, directly across from the ice rink. Well stocked kitchen; hot water boiling pot, crock pot, electric griddle, muffin tin, cookie sheet, coffee pot and Keurig, spices...The bedding and towels were good quality and everything was clean. It was really nice to have an in-unit washer and dryer. I've never heard of having to pay for parking separately when there's a parking garage with the condo, though.

Spacious and comfortable home away from home! The kitchen is well equipped, the 3rd bathroom was great to have and there were plenty of towels too. The beds were really comfortable. We loved having a selection of board games to play! The walk to the gondola is more like 4 minutes (not 7). The garage can be a bit of a squeeze if you have a bigger SUV or truck.One of the nicer places we’ve stayed at! Would come again!

This is the second time we stay at this condo and it did not disappoint. Location is excellent, just a few minutes from lift, restaurants and shops. Will be coming back for sure!

This property was wonderful very spacious it was just myself and a friend but could easily accommodate three to four people or two couples with a kid or two. The only issue that I had was where the washer and dryer was in the unit the dryer vent doesn't vent the outside it uses a water exhaust system and there was a lot of lint on the walls because it wasn't used correctly I notified the management company and they said that was going to be addressed and the only other issue was the couch and the chairs to watch TV might not have been the most comfortable but definitely not a deal breaker. The hot tub does get a bit crowded but the pool was almost as warm so again not a big deal. I definitely would book at this location again. Keystone is a great Mountain for about a 4-day trip.

The accommodations were very comfortable for me and my 2 young adult kids. They really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The location is very good with less than 10 minute walk to the lifts.

Great condo conveniently located to River Run Gondola. Perfect for our skiers. Loved having three bathrooms! The beds were all extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Having dish network was a plus so we could watch football and Christmas movies! Kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to cook our holiday meal. Underground parking was nice, but very tight for our bigger truck (multiple turns just to get parked and unpacked). Having an elevator with luggage carts was a bonus! Made it extremely easy to move everything in and out! The heated pool, hot tub, steam room, and gym were also awesome! Definitely would stay here again! Only negative is that they need to clean around the dryer (there was lint and dust balls everywhere) and somehow anchor the dishwasher to the wall as when you try to load and unload the dishwasher it fell forward. Not a deal breaker but somethings to improve :)

We didn't use the kitchen, the bedrooms and bathrooms were a nice size, the unit itself was clean and cozy, comfortable for 4 people. It was an easy drive to Breckenridge, ate at the Keystone Ranch (lovely). We just had a very nice, short stay.

What a beautiful place! Spacious & plenty of comfortable bed space, this rental checked ALL the boxes for our family. We daily enjoyed the private balcony’s view of the slopes, the clean, warm pool and hot tub, the convenient in-rental washing machine and dryer & all of the thoughtful kitchen extras. What a great place!! We purposely came at an off-peak time & we definitely enjoyed the price deal as well as having the resort all to ourselves, yet be aware that aside from the pool & hot tub, we experienced the rest of the resort amenities (specifically ice skating/mini golf, kids zone as well as some surrounding businesses) closed for the in-between season. No biggie, we were there for the spectacular views which were truly stunning. Something to be aware of is the potential for experiencing symptoms of elevation sickness. As an oblivious family from the flat Midwest, we had no idea how high this ski destination really was (even compared to neighboring towns). Our symptoms (insomnia, vomiting, extreme headaches) really put a damper on the start of our vacation. Do your research! The owners were super thoughtful to provide many humidifiers (& instructions to keep them running constantly) which really helped out a lot. The surrounding area provided unforgettable moments for my whole brood. Some of our area favorites: the Breckenridge troll, Red Rocks park & amphitheater, Sapphire Point Overlook Trail, and the many routes to and from Denver (don’t miss the Hwy 6 route)!

We purposely came at an off-peak time & we definitely enjoyed the price deal as well as having the resort all to ourselves, yet be aware that aside from the pool & hot tub, we experienced the rest of the resort amenities (specifically ice skating/mini golf, kids zone as well as some surrounding businesses) closed for the in-between season. No biggie, we were there for the spectacular views which were truly stunning. Something to be aware of is the potential for experiencing symptoms of elevation sickness. As an oblivious family from the flat Midwest, we had no idea how high this ski destination really was (even compared to neighboring towns). Our symptoms (insomnia, vomiting, extreme headaches) really put a damper on the start of our vacation. Do your research! The owners were super thoughtful to provide many humidifiers (& instructions to keep them running constantly) which really helped out a lot. The surrounding area provided unforgettable moments for my whole brood. Some of our area favorites: the Breckenridge troll, Red Rocks park & amphitheater, Sapphire Point Overlook Trail, and the many routes to and from Denver (don’t miss the Hwy 6 route)!

We had an amazing time at Expedition Station. The unit easily fit six of us (3 adults, 2 kids and 1 toddler). I personally loved how it was one of the first condos in River Run....so you got all the benefits of staying in the Village with restaurants and shops but didn't feel in the tbixk of it. Pool area was nice - smaller than expected but it was never super busy so didn't feel crowded. The only wish I had was that the Kidtopia area was open - but get that this was off-season and maybe closed for COVID reasons. The unit itself was great. Plenty of dishes and cookware - including an entire cupboard for kids dishes. Unit also had a couple of kids books and toys (car, wooden blocks) that made my 2yo very happy. I loved that there was a washer/dyer in the unit. It did get hot inside during the day (even with the windows open) but it each bedroom had portable/plug in fans that we used to help cool the unit. The Keurig machine was also missing a piece to make the pods, but there was a regular coffee pot that we were able to use. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely go back!

This unit was super clean and quiet. Felt more spacious than we expected. Really loved all the sleeping arrangement options. Only two complaints are the dishwasher was not fastened securely to the surrounding cabinets causing it to topple and rock every time the door was opened. Also the top rack of the dishwasher fell out of the sliders several times. Secondly, the dryer vents into the room causing it to get really hot and humid in the second bedroom when the dryer is running. Great views from the windows. Nice grill and overall we had a really great stay!

The property is well equipped, roomy and very clean. Because the community is the closest to Lovelandpass, we caught glimpses of moose and fox from our balcony

There is 1 king bed, a twin over queen bunk and a queen murphy bed in the dining room area. There were plenty of flatware, dishes, pots & pans, a small slow cooker, hand mixer, keurig machine, toaster and water purifying carafe. The unit comes with plenty of paper towels, k-cups,basic spices, tea, shampoo/conditioner, soap. Just bring toothpaste, skincare/specialty hair care products. There is an ice rink right by the building that is free to use if you bring your own skates. Surprisingly there were about 8 pairs of skates in various sizes hanging on the wall of the unit. We were able to use a couple of them, but had to rent the rest of the sizes. We would definitely stay in this unit again.
