Beautiful condo and amazing amenities. Only complaint would be that there was 1 actual bed. The other 2 beds were a trumble bed and pull out bed/sofa that isn't the most comfortable. Also would be nice to have sugar for the coffee machine.- Reviewed On: 7/25/2026

Thank you for your review! We're glad you enjoyed the beautiful condo and its amenities.
We appreciate your feedback regarding the sleeping arrangements. The listing does identify the additional sleeping spaces as a trundle bed and sleeper sofa, but we understand that these may not be as comfortable as a traditional bed.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was proactive about providing all the necessary details for check-in and check-out. The unit was clean, spacious, and had all the utensils/linens/towels needed. The location is great for skiing and hanging out in River Run. We were a five-minute walk to the gondola and even closer to several restaurants. I would stay in this unit again and recommend it to anyone interested in staying here.- Reviewed On: 3/25/2026

The place was very nice and matched the description. The location is about a 6-10 minute walk to lift. The only problem I had was that we had to pay to park, I think it would be smarter to put that cost into the unit rental instead of an additional charge.- Reviewed On: 1/31/2026

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful experience with this property. The condo was clean, well stocked and location was fabulous. 86 bears joined in on our family vacation, trust me we counted way to many times. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful experience with this property. The condo was clean, well stocked and location was fabulous. 86 bears joined in on our family vacation, trust me we counted way to many times. My only slight complaint has nothing to do with this individual owner, I feel the building it is located in would do best with a second hot tub, as the single hot tub was always full and hard to get into after a long day on the slopes.- Reviewed On: 2/25/2023

Keystone snow show.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed solo during an early season ski expedition, place was great station for one and would likely accommodate a family up to 4 maybe 6. Murphey bed and pullout couch in family room; the unit would be cramp with 6 but for a close group it would work. Unit overlooks pool area and courtyard. Great parking. Easy access to the ski hill through the garage or front doors.- Reviewed On: 12/11/2022

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in and check out were clear and they provided easy to follow directions. Be sure to read all the directions before your arrive. The condo is very nice with a super fireplace for cold fall nights and a great pool and hot tub. The condo could sleep six and with the two bathrooms it is possible but luggage would be very tight. In ski season I would recommend only four people with all that gear and clothing required. We had a great quiet stay on the perfect fall weekend for leaves and weather.- Reviewed On: 9/28/2021

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was on the 3rd floor with good access to stairs and the elevator. The beds were comfortable- 1 king and full Murphy bed. The kitchen and attached living room were spacious. The unit was very clean, and everything worked the way it should. 2 bathrooms with plenty of towels was nice to have too. The only negative was that we stayed during the off season for Keystone and there was maintenance on the parking garage-no parking 8am-6pm, pool and hot tub while were there. River Run village restaurants were closed too. Other restaurants on the highway were open.- Reviewed On: 5/31/2021

Nice place!
I really enjoyed this location that was slopeside to River River on Keystone. Although the walk and ski boots and gear from the room all the way to the left was a bit long, it was certainly a manageable 5 minutes. More like a huge hotel, rooms were nice and we could not really hear our neighbors a good soundproofing. We liked the look at the place (cool bear motif), kitchen was nice, good 4man kitchen table, and the couch was comfortable for our youngest son. Lots of amenities and board games were available, although I would’ve preferred a spice rack if possible or some condiments. Bedroom and second bathroom was nice. Comfortable king size bed and 2d TV. Access to the pool and Jacuzzi was great to have after a day of skiing. Our kids enjoyed the workout room, spa, and the pool table as well. My only complaint would be the high cost of cleaning fees and VRBO fees, placing a two night stay at $XXX (censored by VRBO) a night as too expensive. Overall however the place was nice- Reviewed On: 1/17/2021

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Expedition Station was fantastic! The condo was spacious and the check in process was very easy with great instructions. There is no air conditioning and so we kept the windows open throughout our stay, enjoying the fresh air. One night it was a bit noisy with the neighbors sitting out on their balcony talking while we tried to fall asleep in the adjacent bedroom with the windows open, but they went inside soon after. Overall, I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed!- Reviewed On: 6/28/2018

Only complaints I have is we drove through the night in order to make it there in the morning and was charged a $30 early check in fee even though the unit was ready. Really a pointless fee if the room is already ready that day because no one was there. Other complaint was there was only 4 towels to use. We loved the condo and the location was perfect for our family ski trip. With a family of four, the two bathrooms and the additional sleeping spaces between the queen size murphy bed (which was really comfortable) and the sofa sleeper were perfect. The sofa sleeper was not very comfortable but it was fine for a child. Our kids are older so the distance from the condo to the elevator did not bother us but I could see it being more challenging with small kids in ski gear. The kitchen was very well stocked...however, bring 8-12 cup coffee filters. I brought good coffee and found out our first morning that there were no filters for the coffee maker.
The outdoor pool and hot tub were clean, warm and easily accessible. Loved the ice skating rink right across the street! The condo location was perfect as it was far enough away from the heart of River Run Village to be quiet but close enough to easily walk to the gondola, restaurants, etc.
We would definitely stay here again...great value for the location, amenities and the ability to comfortably fit a family of four in the condo.- Reviewed On: 2/5/2018

We loved our stay in Keystone! We journeyed here from Cleveland for a friend's wedding and it was absolutely stunning scenery. River Run Village had so much to offer - food, bars, shops, outdoor activities. Our room/condo was perfect - 2 nice full bathrooms, and big comfy bed, and a nice lodge-style feel. Perfect for the mountains. There are so many quaint towns near Keystone as well. We took quick trips to Breckenridge and to Frisco (for a BBQ fest!) which were both super fun. Our other friends went to Vail - another great town to visit. Overall - GREAT visit! Definitely recommend!- Reviewed On: 6/18/2017

Great location and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the balcony. The hot tub and steam room were relaxing. Close to little shops in the area. Near by other places you could drive to and explore.- Reviewed On: 5/28/2017

Great
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was just as advertised. Very clean upon arrival and furnished and decorated nicely with that perfect cozy cabin feel. Bathrooms and kitchen were very well equipped. The location is perfect, 2 minute walk to restaurants and shops. My only complaint would be the fold out couch could use a new mattress, you can feel the springs when you lay down. But we ended up putting the cushions across it and it worked out fairly well for the one person to sleep. Would definitely stay here again!- Reviewed On: 4/12/2017

Cozy condo with great view and great location!!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After a very hairy drive from the airport in a snowstorm, the check in process was so easy breezy. The heated garage made unloading much less stessful. We moved in for the week and had a great time. The heated pool and hot tub were well maintained. The condo itself was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.- Reviewed On: 1/24/2017
