Ideal for families or small groups, this unit comfortably sleeps up to six guests across a spacious king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed—both cleverly tucked into the open living area. Vaulted ceilings create an airy, lodge-like feel, while a cozy gas fireplace and large flat-screen TV provide the perfect spot to relax after a day on the mountain.
Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy views of the year-round heated pool, hot tub, and surrounding resort area. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning sun or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening, the outdoor space offers a peaceful spot to take in the mountain ambiance.
The full kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Gather around the dining table with seating for four, or enjoy a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes. Just off the living room, you’ll find a convenient guest bathroom featuring a combination tub and shower. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a full en suite bathroom for added comfort and privacy.
As a guest of Expedition Station, you’ll enjoy access to a suite of premium amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, and a fully equipped fitness facility. Ski lockers make it easy to gear up and hit the slopes, while coin-operated laundry facilities provide added convenience for longer stays.

Thank you for considering our mountain getaway for your next trip. After being renters ourselves for many years and being very familiar with Keystone, we took the leap to become owners, and we are happy to share our Colorado home with you. We’ve tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable, and we’d love to hear your feedback. We painted, got all new appliances, along with some new furniture and decorations. Don’t forget about the game cabinet over the Microwave! Our friends at Norski are across the street for all your rental needs (discount QR code in the condo). And if you’re flying into DIA, reach out to Robert and Debbie at /us/en/drivers/26422762) for the best Turo rental experience that will pick you up right at the gate with a 4x4 vehicle! Tell them Rolando referred you. Some of our local favorites are Lime for Mexican food and margaritas, Haywood Café for breakfast, Snake River Saloon for a nice dinner or band to see, and Steep Brewing and Coffee for a great breakfast on the way to the gondola, espresso martinis, beers, or wings! The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The host was proactive about providing all the necessary details for check-in and check-out. The unit was clean, spacious, and had all the utensils/linens/towels needed. The location is great for skiing and hanging out in River Run. The place was very nice and matched the description. The location is about a 6-10 minute walk to lift. The only problem I had was that we had to pay to park, I think it would be smarter to put that cost into the unit rental instead of an additional charge.- Reviewed On: 1/31/2026

Keystone is a regular for us. And we love expedition station in river run village. This property was perfect for our small family trip. The property manager was great and provided an air mattress when the couch bed was out of commission and left a pack n play at request for no additional charge for our baby.- Reviewed On: 3/25/2024

The condo was clean, well stocked and location was fabulous. 86 bears joined in on our family vacation, trust me we counted way to many times. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a wonderful experience with this property. The condo was clean, well stocked and location was fabulous. 86 bears joined in on our family vacation, trust me we counted way to many times. My only slight complaint has nothing to do with this individual owner, I feel the building it is located in would do best with a second hot tub, as the single hot tub was always full and hard to get into after a long day on the slopes.- Reviewed On: 2/25/2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
