Description

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom corner unit condo sleeps 5 with a king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a twin Murphy bed. It features a private balcony with slope views. Updates throughout and vaulted ceilings. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Expedition Station offers shared amenities including a pool and a hot tub.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Near the living area is a twin-sized Murphy bed that can be pulled at night. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The owner has provided a small DVD library and a selection of board games for your enjoyment.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four. The private balcony is just off the dining area and offers beautiful views of the slopes.

The bedroom features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The homeowner has provided a selection of books for your enjoyment. The full bathroom is across from the bedroom and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. It's stocked with a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

*Please note the Expedition Station HOA will begin charging $4 a day from May 1st-November 30th and $8 a day for parking starting December 1st through April 30th*

We have visited Keystone for 8 years to ski, this is one of the best location we have stayed in. Close to the village and gondola. It was perfect for my family. Correspondence was very quick. Great unit, we will be back!

Everything was very nice. Great location and nice place. Wish they gave pool towels but we survived with just using and washing our bath towels. Also, you have to pick up key card off property which is hard if you don’t have a car bc used shuttle service from airport.

The condo was clean and bright, and had everything we needed for our short trip to Keystone. The location was perfect for a short walk to restaurants and the gondola. The bed was sooooo comfortable! We loved coming back to our abode daily after a day on the hill. The bathroom was perfect. Super hot water, so be careful. To note: I didn't see it listed anywhere but there is a regular drip coffee maker in the unit. No Keurig machine (fine by us). We were surprised to find someone left some paper filters in the cabinet too, along with salt and pepper, and some sugar packets. There is a very convenient (albeit pricey) general store in the village should you need grocery items. We needed a stick of butter. We loved Montezuma Roadhouse for dinner! Steep and Rotolo's are good apres ski spots. Having the ski locker and parking spot in the heated garage was amazing! We didn't use the hot tub, steam room, or other amenities but they looked great too. We just ran out of time. Rent this one. You will not be disappointed. :)

Great winter vacay

Although there are additional beds, we thought the unit seems right sized for two people. Towels were luxuriously soft and large. The suggestions we would offer are sheets made of different material such as a cottton blend rather than microfiber and a correct sized coffee carafe that fits the coffee maker. We experienced a good deal of pilling and shedding with these sheets which stuck to us so tracked pills throughout the unit. Minor issues in the scheme of things. Working with Summit County Mountain Retreats was so easy for us, offering smooth check in and out process. We like that they reached out to us after we had a chance to settle to see if we needed anything. Definitely recommend booking directly with them.

It was comfortable and just enough space for my husband and I. We really liked the access to the lockers, and the steam room was amazing. We also really appreciated having cable, as we could unwind after a day in the mountains without having to figure out login codes for Netflix or anything. The kitchen had everything we needed with the exception of having coffee for two days or creamer. We had a two-day stay with only one pack of coffee, there was also no little creamers (or powdered creamer) for the coffee. Not being black coffee drinkers this was quite the bummer. Other than that minor thing, this was perfect. We enjoyed the location and the access to the garage was great.

The location is perfect and the condo is very spacious. Also I think the dishwasher needs to be replaced as it was leaving dishes dirty.

We really enjoyed this condo. It has nice views and everything my husband and I needed. Check in was easy but we wish we could have checked in before 4:30. The only complaint, especially since check out is by 10 am.

Our family took a boarding trip and choose this condo to stay in and we couldn’t have been more happy with our choice. It’s close location to the gondola made getting the kids on the mountain so easy and convenient. The underground parking was awesome to keep the car clean and warm also. The property was clean and quiet and the condo unit was clean and well maintained with some nice upgrades too. Had a tiny issue with something in the room and the property management company got maintenance out right away and got it taken care of. Would definitely stay again sometime.
