Everything was very nice. Great location and nice place. Wish they gave pool towels but we survived with just using and washing our bath towels. Also, you have to pick up key card off property which is hard if you don’t have a car bc used shuttle service from airport.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location and the condo itself. Because this is an HOA-managed condominium building with individually privately owned units, there is no on-site front desk and key card access is required for entry. Our nearby office handles key distribution for the units we manage in the building, and guests are always welcome to stop by for extra towels or any additional items they may need during their stay. For guests arriving without a car, the local shuttle services are very familiar with this process, as it is common throughout River Run Village, and they are happy to make a brief stop at our office for key pickup when requested. We appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you back again soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Expedition Station 8633 far exceeded our expectations! The condo was clean and bright, and had everything we needed for our short trip to Keystone. The location was perfect for a short walk to restaurants and the gondola. The bed was sooooo comfortable! We loved coming back to our abode daily after a day on the hill. The bathroom was perfect. Super hot water, so be careful. To note: I didn't see it listed anywhere but there is a regular drip coffee maker in the unit. No Keurig machine (fine by us). We were surprised to find someone left some paper filters in the cabinet too, along with salt and pepper, and some sugar packets. There is a very convenient (albeit pricey) general store in the village should you need grocery items. We needed a stick of butter. We loved Montezuma Roadhouse for dinner! Steep and Rotolo's are good apres ski spots. Having the ski locker and parking spot in the heated garage was amazing! We didn't use the hot tub, steam room, or other amenities but they looked great too. We just ran out of time. Rent this one. You will not be disappointed. :)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This one bedroom condo is on the smaller side and with high quality material upgrades throughout. The unit is in excellent condition, well cared for, very clean upon our arrival. Kudos to housekeeping staff! The unit was well equipped with everything we needed for a lovely getaway. Although there are additional beds, we thought the unit seems right sized for two people. Towels were luxuriously soft and large. The suggestions we would offer are sheets made of different material such as a cottton blend rather than microfiber and a correct sized coffee carafe that fits the coffee maker. We experienced a good deal of pilling and shedding with these sheets which stuck to us so tracked pills throughout the unit. Minor issues in the scheme of things. Working with Summit County Mountain Retreats was so easy for us, offering smooth check in and out process. We like that they reached out to us after we had a chance to settle to see if we needed anything. Definitely recommend booking directly with them.

The windows overlook Keystone, Keystone Mountain, and we could see people on the ski trails. The walk to the gondola, took about 5 to 10 minutes. The finishes in the condo are all updated. The kitchen and bath were really nice. A favorite was the convenient outdoor hot tub and lots of other people were enjoying the warm pool. We have stayed at various. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While it is not exactly a cabin in the woods, once you enter this space, that's exactly how I felt. It was comfortable and just enough space for my husband and I. We really liked the access to the lockers, and the steam room was amazing. We also really appreciated having cable, as we could unwind after a day in the mountains without having to figure out login codes for Netflix or anything. The kitchen had everything we needed with the exception of having coffee for two days or creamer. We had a two-day stay with only one pack of coffee, there was also no little creamers (or powdered creamer) for the coffee. Not being black coffee drinkers this was quite the bummer. Other than that minor thing, this was perfect. We enjoyed the location and the access to the garage was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to this condo for 2 years now in the summer and we always have enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and the condo is very spacious. The only suggestions we had is the balcony which is not protected and when it rains the water stays there for a while as it is not sloped for the water to drain. Also I think the dishwasher needs to be replaced as it was leaving dishes dirty.

Our family took a boarding trip and choose this condo to stay in and we couldn’t have been more happy with our choice. It’s close location to the gondola made getting the kids on the mountain so easy and convenient. The underground parking was awesome to keep the car clean and warm also. The property was clean and quiet and the condo unit was clean and well maintained with some nice upgrades too. Had a tiny issue with something in the room and the property management company got maintenance out right away and got it taken care of. Would definitely stay again sometime.

Walking in we were overwhelmed by the cozy yet spacious living space with decorative mountain influenced accents. The ambiance of the room greatly contributed to the joy of our trip and was a relaxing reprieve from the excitement of the mountain. The available amenities (hot tub, steam room, gym, pool table, heated pool, proximity to restaurants) were well utilized and offered plenty of opportunity for recreation in our down time. We hope to stay here again when we return next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great upgrades to kitchen and bathroom, well decorated & beautiful views from porch. The bedroom has a side skylight but window does not open. It was slightly stuffy even with windows open in living room. Besides that, all was well worth the stay. This was the perfect size condo for a couple getaway, but would work for a family or close friends. The Netflix option was a bonus!

My son and I went on a little weekend getaway and our stay was perfect. The condo was just what we needed, clean, welcoming with nice amenities and the pool and hot tub on site were awesome. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again.

This property/condo was well stocked and well decorated. I was impressed that there was everything that we needed including luggage carts. (If you plan on cooking, bring your own seasonings) The room was a good walk from the elevator but not a big deal. We didn’t bring our toddler with us however now seeing how the town is very kid friendly we may bring him next time! We traveled for Labor Day weekend, there was a good amount of tourists but not overwhelming. It was still quiet and beautiful town. There was a good amount of trails, paved and not, which was a nice mix. Definitely coming back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a comfortable, quiet, nicely updated, well equipped condo. It was immaculately clean, as always. We always enjoy the Nonnavita bar soaps they provide. Appreciated the underground parking and gym. The location is terrific for starting trail runs and any type of bike ride from the door. We enjoyed walking to Inxpot for coffee. The condo met all of our needs/wants perfectly. We have rented quite a few units through SC Mountain Retreats, over the years, and have found their team to always be helpful and professional. Every unit we have stayed in has been great. We find ourselves measuring other property management companies/units, we've stayed in outside of Summit County, to SC Mtn Retreats. Most don't measure up to the all around great standard set by SC. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Keystone for the last four years since our son’s wedding. This is our second time staying in this condo. We love the deck with the side view of the slopes and the wonderful western view of the sunsets over the mountains. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities. The property has a lovely pool/jacuzzi area with a grill and nice gym. The only downside this visit was that the king sized mattress definitely needs replacing as well as the sofa and chair which are well worn. We stayed for 2 weeks this time and definitely enjoyed our stay.

We were there in off-season, but during a beer and music festival so it got busy. We were a two minute walk to the action, but far enough away to be able to escape the noise and crowds. The property was perfectly clean and super cute. The bed was comfortable with nice, clean, white bedding. The TV's could stand to be updated, but that's about it! The check-in process went smoothly, but you have to get your key from a lockbox a few miles away. If you didn't have a car, this could cause some issues for you.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was perfect for me as a single traveler, and would work great for a couple. There is also a murphy bed, and that would work too, but it would probably feel a little crowded as you would need to move the dining table to pull it down. The kitchen is well stocked. It is a nice remodel and does not feel worn out like several I have tried in Keystone. The bathroom was nice and the furniture was comfortable. The tv is great, and large, though there are something like 4 remotes that need to be sorted out. It wasn't a problem for me, but it can be confusing and this is a common thing nowadays. The little porch is nice feature, and I could see black sky and lots of stars at night. The location was literally a 10 minute walk to the lift. Underground parking is a plus. I enjoyed my stay there and recommend it!

We are glad this guest was able to enjoy the well stocked kitchen and the furniture provided in the unit along with the balcony with star lit skies at night. We hope to host them again in the future for their stay in the Keystone Area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the bottle of wine and card for our engagement anniversary. That was thoughtful and a nice touch. We loved/enjoyed this condo for a 2nd time and the location is awesome. Convenient. Only one super minor suggestion - I would add a few more hooks to hang towels, need sharper knives, and it would be helpful to have non-stick skillets. Otherwise everything else is fabulous!!! Communication with the management company was easy and they were very responsive. We appreciated the secure underground parking and the perfect southwest facing patio for gorgeous Colorado sunsets. We will book again soon!

I will start from the beginning And the beginning starts with check in. Check in was Made very easy and All the information I needed about my Reservations, accommodations and area was emailed prior to our stay. The office personnel were very friendly and very accommodating. Now here comes the best part :-) The condo was absolutely wonderful. There were no surprises and it was exactly as pictured and stated. The condo was very clean and very comfortable and it seems that the bathroom and kitchen have been updated. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed since we did not Dine out at all. We had a wonderful night sleep. The bed was very comfortable With cozy and inviting bedding. We loved how quiet and relaxed it was and with no crowds. I know this would be different during the winter months since it is a skiing Destiination but we like visiting Keystone during the summer months. It was nice that they supplied two fans since there is no air Conditioning And we found that air conditioning was not really needed. because the nights cooled off beautifully. I enjoyed sitting out on the porch with my morning cup of coffee and what beautiful mornings they are during the summer months. an added perk is that there is underground parking. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be returning. Thank you for everything

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location; close to the River Run Village area and the gondola. It is an end unit with nobody above you, so it is quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils needed to make and enjoy meals. The patio is small, but a nice place to step out and check the weather or get a breath of fresh air. The bed was very comfortable, with great options available for pillows. The bedroom is a little small, but it was fine for our needs. The condo was very clean and well-kept. It was a little chilly in the living area though, even setting the heat up to 72, which caused the bedroom to be a little too warm. The hot tub and pool area is very nice for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The underground parking garage was a nice perk, but it the spaces are tight, so plan accordingly if you have a larger vehicle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental was absolutely amazing. Many don't think view and location go hand in hand, but let me tell you they do! Because it was on the end, facing the mountain (and not the ice rink) there was no extra noise from cars, people, or anything, it was great! The size of the rental was good too. For being a one bedroom, it was pretty spacious. There were only three of us, but it would comfortably fit five. There was only one down, the shower didn't drain, but somehow that managed to fix itself after my husband showered. Having worked with vacation rentals in the past, it might be worth running a snake to clear all the gunk, but that's just my opinion. River Run is full of good restaurants, from pizza to burgers to steak and everything in between. It gets busy around 6:30, so if you are going to go to dinner I would suggest going before then.

The one issue is that Expedition Station says to bring towels from the condo to the hot tub, yet they don't provide enough towels, not even for the 5 it sleeps. We had 4 towels. I called for towels in the morning and they weren't there by after skiing. Called and waited for almost an hour for them to bring more so we could use the hot tub. The management said this is "a Problem with expedition Station". If you're local, bring your own towels...

Thank you for the feedback. We provide extra towels for the vacation rentals at Expedition Station. If there were not enough towels in your vacation rental we apologize for this error made by housekeeping. We also apologize that this issue was not remedied during your stay. We will follow up with our staff to find out what went wrong so it doesn't happen again in the future. We hope to have the chance to host you again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is one bedroom, but has a nice murphy bed that provides comfort for a third person. We all know that sofa sleepers are typically terrible, so the murphy bed worked out great for our third. Great location with an easy walk to the gondola. The owners have updated the carpet so the unit is quite nice.

Great space, clean and fully equipped kitchen. Cozy unit. Our only challenge was I didn't have a car and needed to get off a bus stop early from the resort and drag ski equipment and suit case to the main summit office and then get back on the bus and take it to the resort only one stop away. It would be awesome if there was a lock box perhaps at the resort. Otherwise great location not far walk from the base lift. Hot tub was small and towels were not provided at the hot tub. thank you customer service of summit was excellent.

The Murphy bed was great but didnt leave much extra floor space. The condo was within walking distance of the river run gondola but the walk was slightly longer than expected. I would definitely recommend to others. One small annoyance was related to rental management company. We were there 1 hour before check in and the property was ready but they wanted to charge a $20 early check in fee. Really? A little surprising considering the condo was ready, the amount we spent for the rental, and it didn't cause them any extra work.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Condo. Photos were very accurate. The reservation and check in process was very easy and almost all communication was via e-mail. We rented direct with the company rather than through an independent bulk service. Saved money doing that. Underground parking was nice and secure. It is a bit of a walk as unit is located on the sw end of the building and the parking garage is on the south east end. There are luggage dollys for moving in and out. The unit we were in was not large by any means but definitely perfect for the two of us and would work well for a family of 4. Furniture was all in great condition. Carpet looked new. Pool and work out room were very nice and had showers if needed. Your room key grants you access. It was very quiet due to time of year maybe. We did cook in and you should note...utensils will not be the same as at home...pans are stainless steel, there is plastic wrap, foil, good dishes, glasses, and some spices. The stove works well and the fridge will be entirely empty which is ok. Now for some helpful tips: Definitely bring your own pillows unless you can adapt to other limited selections. Bring ice if you need it right away. If eating out..research the locations and directions to where you want to go as some are hard to find...hidden by trees, buildings or inside other complexes. They do not use address numbers in know the streets you are turning on. The complex is about 5 or 6 miles from the grocery store and most eating places, and they do patrol that road for speeders. We would give this condo an A- based on all factors. This is the nicest condo we could get for the price range...if it is available, I would grab it as it is an end unit and there is not a unit above it. Good Luck!

This was great place to stay. It had all the standard amenities plus several extras (like a full kitchen set, coffee, extra blankets, WiFi, etc.) plus great scenery. Perhaps the best aspect was its close proximity to everything in Keystone. We walked everywhere. Listing communication was concise and accurate. Highly recommended.
