The condo was clean and provided all described amenities. We had a rough first 12 hours… it took us a while to figure out the fireplace, and the hairdryer was broken… but the property managers were very helpful and responsive and helped resolve all issues within the day. (Fireplace problems were our user error). The condo is quite dated; and a bit “worn down at the heels” BUT it was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the location was minutes away from the Keystone resort, adventure center, spa and Mountain house. The location was quiet and scenic and while we didn’t have a Mountain View, the condo overlooks a pleasant courtyard. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the responsiveness of property management.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, 5 mins from the Keystone free parking lot, even less to Mountain House (paid parking lot).Easy to find and to get to.Place in good condition, but old. Everything in working order, short walk from parking lot.Getting the keys the first day, very easy process, email with check in instructions very easy and straight forward.Responsiveness and communication from the management company is great through text. What could be improved:- the mattress on the sofa bed, VERY uncomfortable.- some of the property instructions should be customized to this property, not generic from the management company. It would be good to know where the pool is, how to access it, how the fireplace work, how the satellite/cable works, how to get to the unit once you’re in the parking lot, etc. we figured it out eventually.-

This is a cozy condo and great location! This was a nice unit and had everything we needed. The condo is dated, but it was very clean and quiet. We stayed for 10 nights in Feb and only had one issue...troubles regulating the heat. It was either too hot or cold. Keep the thermostat on 65 then turn it off at night and you will sleep comfortably. Leaving the heat on at night made it very hot and stuffy while you slept. We would stay here again.

This may be our favorite place we have stayed in a long time! First, we loved that we couldn't hear through the walls from other people, couldn't even hear people if they were in the hallway either. This has always been an issue staying in other places. It was very quiet and peaceful. The amenities were great! We loved that a humidifier was provided, as Colorado is pretty dry. The kitchen supplies provided was an awesome addition and was able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. The access to the hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. Great location in regards to how close to the slopes at keystone. There was a shuttle that we did not take advantage of, however I can see how it is likely awesome to use during peak times. Would absolutely stay again.

Accurate description. Great check-in process. The complex was pretty empty. Pool/hot tub closed Monday thru Wednesday so didn't use it. A beautiful resort area far enough from main roadway to eliminate car/road sounds. Excellent mountain trailhead just across the street with flowing clear stream cascading down it. Moose and black bears seen by other residents early morning hours. 10 mins from entertainment and groceries. Definitely worth the rental price.

1. the condo is much larger than the photos on VRBO show. The bedroom area had a drop down Venetian blind that was very helpful. 2. the bathroom area had 8 dresser drawers, the bathroom was larger than it appeared. 3. Living area, couch was very comfortable, plenty of room for 2 people. 4. If you are skiing in Keystone, the price for this unit was perfect and was just down the street from the resort. 5. Probably too many check in, check out instructions from the property manager, so many, that it actually complicated issues a bit. 6. No smoking of any kind allowed outside of the unit (the neighbor apparently is allergic), if you are a smoker, you have to go to the parking lot. We don't smoke so not an issue for us. 7. Ski locker had enough room for 3 sets of skis and poles. Unit had a hang up in the entryway for coats and helmets. 8. Location, condition, size of the unit and cost. 5 stars.

We only stayed two nights and did not plan on cooking, etc. so we just wanted a place to come back to and unwind after going all day. This unit fits the bill exactly. Would have been plenty of room if we had brought our family of 4. It is somewhat remote, but Keystone shuttle stop is adjacent to the parking lot and multiple hiking trails nearby. Had one minor issue with the shower head and maintenance had it fixed within hours (on a Saturday).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friend and I came late in the season and were very happy with our stay. Keystone was pretty empty overall, so we got to enjoy the complex's amenities to ourselves. Management company was very responsive to our request for an air mattress. The refrigerator in the unit didn't work very well, but a large mini fridge was provided so that wasn't really an issue. Bring your own HDMI cable (maybe the guests before us accidentally took it).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy check-in and out. The unit itself was spotless but I gave a downgrade because the public hallway needs refurbishing. There was one minor issue in that both kitchen ceiling lights were burned out, but that was remedied within 24 hours. The unit also lacks basic information such as a map of the property (we had no idea of the location of the pool and laundry room) and no information on local activities, shopping, or trails. We were able to find that info at the Frisco information center. There are numerous brochures available and I don't know why some were not in the unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: my 2 children and i stayed in this unit over our Christmas ski trip. It is an adorable Unit, clean and updated...perfect for the 3 of us. If ever going to Keystone again, I would definitely rent a car...We felt that the bus system left something to be desired and I felt that we spent way too much time on buses

Very cozy little spot! Away from the traffic but close enough to stores and restaurants. Loved the fireplace and the view outside of the snow was amazing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My college aged son and I spent 5 nights here. The unit was clean and everything worked. We did have a little trouble with the programming on our key cards to get into the pool / hot tub. The office worked with us on that and we were ultimately able to solve the problem. We received a great amount of snow (good for skiing) which made the satellite TV inoperable. But I can't detract from the score for that because I never complained to the office to have the dish uncovered (Who knows if anyone else in the building did or did not?) There was a large selection of pots and pans to chose from - When renting these units this is commonly not the case. Buses came regularly. The bus stop was right across the parking lot. Buses were a little behind schedule when there was a huge amount of snow (very understandable).
