Very spacious. Great location with places to shop or eat in same building or just next door. 10-15 min easy walk to stores, restaurants and Gondola. We really appreciated the code to access instead of having to go to the office to get a key.

The property was a great size and great location for the price, especially for a three bedroom with king-size beds in two of them. We had a wonky issue with the door locks, but the management company was very accessible and responsive, and we resolved it amicably. Otherwise, the property offered easy access to great food options, and it was away from the summer crowds in Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, and Breckinridge while still being close enough to those cities (and Buena Vista for white water rafting) that you don't miss out on anything they have to offer.

Very spacious, great view, 2 main rooms had their own bathrooms and separate (kids) room had its own bathroom as well just separated. The building the property is in has many shops located within in which was very convenient. Shared Hot tub was very hot which was great since most aren't.

Great condo! One bedroom has a big balcony, king bed, shower/tub combo. Second bedroom has queen bed and private bath. Third bedroom is right off the living room with twin over full bunks. There’s a full 3rd bathroom in the hallway. Condo is located right next to the elevator so convenient when hauling ski gear! It’s spacious and very clean! A few notes (that don’t take away from how great the condo is)-if you’re staying more than a day or so, bring your own toiletries. There’s not much provided. The kitchen is stocked, but very lightly. Don’t plan on cooking a gourmet meal, but we cooked full meals every night with no issues. The bus picks up right at the condo and it’s the last stop before river run, so getting to the mountain is very easy! But coming home takes a long time with all the stops. We chose to walk, but it is about a half mile from the base of the gondola to the condo. There is a heated pool and hot tub, but it is indoors. Communication with property manager was great and check-in/out was very simple.

We were party of five. Unit presented better in person that the pictures. Plenty of space. Unit does have washer/dryer which doesn’t show in pictures. Checkin was easy and underground parking in basement was nice. Easy .5 mile walk to river run Gondola or can take shuttle if the timing works out. There is stop at entrance to lobby. Decent ski locker area on lobby level. We had keystone sports door to door delivery right to the lobby. The only negative condition we found with the unit was that the ski locker had a malfunctioning lock. However, you need code to get into the building itself and also a code to get into ski locker room so it still felt secure. All bedding, mattresses and furniture was very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Little convenience grocery off the lobby for forgotten items/beverages. Hard to find a better value for your dollar during ski season.

The property was as expected and photographed. The balcony's were quite small and needed 2 more chairs for the balcony off the master suite. There is no air conditioning or ceiling fans, so plug in fans had to be used. The pool and hot tub were very inviting. The location was close to many fun things and shopping. Wish we had a chance to use the grill and table by the pool for a cookout, but time was limited. Would love to return next year for more than 4 days. Barbara-Jean

Perfectly clean and perfect location for skiing and relaxing. Beautiful view of Keystone slopes right from the living room!! Would highly recommend this place. Beware you may be bombarded with emails and texts re: check-in, check-out, etc. 😜 I think they try to be so fancy with their procedures and tech, that they over complicate things a little bit. But the place itself is amazing! That’s all that really matters!!

Our group of six loved the 3 bedroom 3 bath condo at Gateway 5015, the 3rd bedroom with bunk, slightly smaller than expected, but overall still a 5 rating! Loved the 2 balconies, liked that front door very close to elevator, loved the basement parking, no steps to deal with. Kitchen was stocked with salt pepper and spices and all the knives pans and bowls you need. Beds were comfortable. Could see them needing to replace the furniture in living area in the future. sturdy table and chairs for dining that we used often. Nice refrigerator with ice maker, grill area was nice to use and outside eating area. Pool was too cold to swim for most, hot tub was good. We would love to come back here!

Overall, the condo was very nice. Very clean, nice amenities, great view, etc. Only complaint was that the family room TV did not work. (Bedroom units did) I reported to the management company and they followed up with a few questions about the problem and then we didn't hear back for the remainder of the trip. Because we didn't spend much time in the unit and Television wasn't our main activity; it wasn’t the end of the world; however, it would have been nice if someone could have followed up and fixed it.

This property is in a great location, close enough to major towns to provide whatever other amenities needed! The beds were so comfy and the towels were great! The unit was organized with everything you need. The pool was an extreme plus with the kids and we met the property manager Jeff who was kind and provided us some useful information! The unit could have been a teeny bit cleaner when it came to the floors and blinds. Especially with the high cleaning fee. Had trouble with the company we rented through, however those issues were pacified and the Gateway until 5015 itself was fantastic!! Highly recommended!!!

Having 3 bathrooms was the icing on the cake. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We popped over to Breckenridge and Frisco twice - very easy drive. I think the one thing that could have let us sleep a bit better would be more fans. There were only 2 for 3 bedrooms. It is great to have the windows open to enjoy the cool nights but as this unit is located over the garage, it is nice to have "white noise" to both cool the room and block the sound of the garage door operating. We would definitely recommend this unit. And, the management company does a great job.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is much more spacious than many on the rental market. The unit is in excellent condition and was very clean. Master and second bedroom beds were quite comfortable. We did not use the third bedroom with bunk bed. Note that the bunk bed room is adjacent to the living room so noise could be a problem if occupants turn in earlier than the rest of the group. Check-in and check out was easy. Location was good -- we skied at A-Basin. We would definitely return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were traveling as 2 families with a total of 3 children and found this to be comfortable for all of us. The views would be great in any season and the location was excellent. Close to the slopes, a small grocery store that wasn't overpriced in the same building, nice small heated pool and hot tub. The first thing my son said when we got there was how fancy it was. It really was a nice place! Only complaint was the ski locker key was nowhere to be found, but that is a very minimal issue. I would recommend this property to anyone seeking affordable comfort.

We were prepared to store skis in locker and do laundry in community laundry. Both were wrong, to our disappointment and to our delight. Neither issue is a deal breaker, or deal maker - but we like to be prepared and know what to expect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were highly impressed with the condo. It was very nicely decorated with some great personal touches. We had 5 fantastic days of skiing. We chose to rent an overnight locker for the skis which suited our needs very well. Also I just want to add that the process from start to finish with the Management company was excellent. We were well informed and well taken care of.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gateway #5015. The home is very nice, and in a great location. It's not in the village, but was walkable to the slopes. We would stay here again. Our only complaints were that the instructions from the management company to get to the Gateway garage were not well worded, we never found the ski locker key, and there were no towels down at the pool despite the instructions. Otherwise, the condo was very clean and worked perfectly for our family vacation. thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gateway #5015! The location was great and we could walk to River Run Village or take a very short bus ride which was great for the days we skied. The unit was clean and maintained well. The 5 of us had more than enough room to spread out and relax after long days of skiing. Our only complaint was the heat. We never used the heaters (radiator type units mounted along the baseboards) yet the temperature inside stayed over 70 degrees at night. The maintenance personnel came to check for us very promptly when we called and the only explanation was the heat is caused by adjacent units or the facility heaters and equipment. Opening windows (when the temperature was well below 20-30 degrees) was the only option to keep the temperature at a reasonable level.

They do have some issues with the sewer line in the guest toilet on the day we left (similar to previous reviews) but it did not affect our stay. We advised management and hopefully they get it correct. Otherwise it was an outstanding rental.

Reviewer Comments: I actually hate reviewing this, bc I'd rather it stay our little secret. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked longer as soon as we walked through the door. We highly recommend this unit! The only small issue was a plumbing issue in the MB. There were plungers available, but the Herculean effort was of no use even though it wasn't a major deposit, which makes me think there is a bigger issue that needs addressing. Even with that, we would return without blinking.
