Description Description
This cozy studio condo sleeps 4 with a king and queen sleeper sofa. It is located nearly equal distance from River Run Village and the Mountain House Base Area. Walk to shopping and restaurants or take the shuttle anywhere in the village. Gateway Mountain Lodge features shared amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub.

This studio features a king-sized bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa that has a memory foam mattress. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The king-sized bed is on our Ivory White Bedding program featuring an uncompromising standard of cleanliness. The flat screen TV is mounted above the dining table across from the sofa. The kitchenette is stocked with essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home as well as a mini-fridge, microwave, crockpot, hot plate and a coffeemaker. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination and is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

On balance, I was very pleased with my stay at Gateway number 5028. The staff was very helpful and communicative, the location was great, and the place was accurately described. The parts that need work are: the lighting in the main room is dim – there should be either overhead lights or a bright standing lamp on the other side of the couch; fix the top dresser drawer, which falls down when you open it; make sure that the shower curtain and the liner are all in a hook; have softer towels – they are great if you want to exfoliate your skin, but otherwise they’re very rough. I would also appreciate larger bars of soap And it should be easier to get extra towels and face cloths.

The place is super convenient and walkable to the lifts. It’s also clean and tidy and a perfect size for two. Great location,close to slopes.Underground garage(only issues was it was too low for our car with a Ski Box so we parked outside,pay attention to parking spots outside because they run out pretty quickly,if you won’t find a spot then you have to pay for overnight parking which is about $25.Bring pool towels with you.Owner responsive and quickly answer your questions.

Great place to stay.
Location was good, right off Highway 6. The only con I had was that the cushions on the couch need to be replaced. When I sat on it I had to use 2 bed pillows.

Great place for two!
We pretty much had everything we needed. Easy access to room- painless. Had pretty much all kitchen utensils for cooking. Parkkng was great and safe- if you’re driving from Denver - I wouldn’t take Loveland pass to get there. It was a pretty rough drive- take the Eisenhower tunnel if you can!

The guestbook checkin was very detailed and super simple! It was nice to have everything you need to cook and clean. It’s also nice to have Steep right downstairs for some delicious coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. The location was good for walking to River Run but too far to walk with ski boots. It was a little warm in the room so we tried to adjust the temp but it didn’t work. We were told the thermostat doesn’t work and to crack the window. We did and it was fine. I read about hearing the neighbors through the thin walls and that did happen one night only. On the fridge is a phone number to call after hours to address those situations. Overall it was a great vacation and we were very happy.

Great spot, super close to the mountain and various restaurants and bars. It’s a little noisy as the walls are thin but I was also there during a holiday weekend so some noise is expected. Overall it was a great stay
