The location was great, walkable distance to little restaurants, ice skating, grocery and trails. The room was clean and neat with all the cooking necessities to make simple meals in the room. Nice big bathroom and comfy bed. even with the sleeper sofa pulled out there was plenty of room to lounge around. We are a family of four and we were comfortable in the room. It was easy to adjust the temperature and our room was very close to the pool and elevators. Loved that there was washer/ dryers and a gym. Great place to stay and very helpful host.

If you want to ski all day/ evening and don’t need a bougie place to lay your head this is the place for you. This is an easy & close location to Keystone for 2-4 people. It is a studio with basics ammenities. We have stayed at this Summit County Mountain Retreat building (Gateway Lodge) twice now and, at least for us, the building is not the point of the stay. The beauty of the outdoors that surrounds this place nestled in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado is what continues to bring us back. The place was perfect for what we needed - it would be nice to have a balcony, but we will look for this in future listings. We have stayed at this Summit County Mountain Retreat building (Gateway Lodge) twice now and, at least for us, the building is not the point of the stay. My sons moved to CO to work at Keystone for the winter. I couldn’t have them not have Christmas, so I booked this stay to ensure they had a tree and gifts come Christmas. I don’t ski or board, but my kids do. They love Keystone best. They enjoyed a week at the mountain and time spent with their brothers. I felt blessed to have us all together the week before Christmas. The property and location were amazing! Close enough to walk over to Keystone, which we all love! Will definitely return!!!

There is also a wonderful grocery store on the lobby level with everything you need! Hot tub was relaxing. The only negative, which has nothing to do with the unit itself would be the on-site pool had way too much chlorine. Everything was as expected. Checkin was easy and directions to the place were great. The only issue we came across is our code didn’t work to the main front door of the building. So we had to walk around back to the parking garage. It was warm so we kept the widows open at night and It does get a little noisy with everyone parking there big trucks right under the window. You wouldn’t notice it unless you had the windows open.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was bigger than on the picture which was great. Really spacious and everything was good. I would say some improvements is Lighting inside was pretty bad there was no lighting besides the three lamps inside the room and one of them was broken. Another one was the closet was broken which was hassle since we didn't have a place to hang our wet clothes. It is close to the ski resort and there is a shuttle that takes you to the village and everything was close by to Keystone which was the best feature and for the price I would come and rent again. Their guest book was very helpful and i would say was a good surprise for us to find restaurants/activities outside from skiing.

We had a great stay in this studio condo in Keystone. While small it still has enough room to spread out and really enjoy the space. The under ground parking was a huge plus, especially when loading the car in bad weather. The kitchen had nice dishes and cookware. The mini fridge worked for two of us. We did miss having a dishwasher and stovetop but the hot plate worked well enough to make pancakes. The location was great super close to anything you needed. Great for two people, especially if you won't be cooking.

We had a great stay in this studio condo in Keystone. While small it still has enough room to spread out and really enjoy the space. The under ground parking was a huge plus, especially when loading the car in bad weather. The kitchen had nice dishes and cookware. The mini fridge worked for two of us. We did miss having a dishwasher and stovetop but the hot plate worked well enough to make pancakes. The location was great super close to anything you needed. Great for two people, especially if you won't be cooking.

Space was perfect for a quick weekend ski trip -- my husband and I specifically liked that we could walk to the gondola at Keystone since their parking lots fill up. We also liked being near (in the same building) amenities (small grocery/liquor store/restaurants) and loved the parking garage amenity!

The space is very cozy and clean. The kitchen area is very small, making it a little difficult to cook, but all kitchen items are provided. It’s located within an easy walk to River Run Village and there is a bus available to take as well. Overall very satisfied.

Via email they were able to bump my whole trip up a day, and had confirmation in my email before I even knew it was able to be accommodated. This place is about a 10minute walk to river run or catch a 5minute shuttle. Stayed in mid December and the garage was nice given the 3 day snowstorm.

This was an excellent place for the night. It was very close to everything and easy to find. SCMR was very responsive to all the questions I asked. The room was spacious, clean and everything I would expect coming to Keystone. The parking garage has a 6'8" clearance (just fyi) but it was really nice and accessible!

Gateway is the perfect place for Keystone. Not too far from River Run (10 Min walk with boards) but also not right in the village on top of everyone. Easy check-in if you read the instructions. Unit has everything you need and is clean. Bed is comfortable.

SCMR provided quick, helpful, and friendly communication! Their guest portal is a very helpful feature full of local area activity and restaurant information. Check in was a little cumbersome, having to pick up key cards from a separate lock box location. The suite location is very convenient, an easy drive to Breck, Dillon, etc. The suite is very roomy and the decor and furniture are as pictured - very nice mid century. The bed was not as comfortable as many previous guests had stated (very firm), but everyone has a different idea of comfortable;) Everything was very clean! The closet and bathroom were spacious. We ate out for every meal, but there were many kitchen amenities if you want to cook your own. We enjoyed our stay!

SCMR provided quick, helpful, and friendly communication! Their guest portal is a very helpful feature full of local area activity and restaurant information. Check in was a little cumbersome, having to pick up key cards from a separate lock box location. The suite location is very convenient, an easy drive to Breck, Dillon, etc. The suite is very roomy and the decor and furniture are as pictured - very nice mid century. The bed was not as comfortable as many previous guests had stated (very firm), but everyone has a different idea of comfortable;) Everything was very clean! The closet and bathroom were spacious. We ate out for every meal, but there were many kitchen amenities if you want to cook your own. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place in Keystone! I was only able to stay one night while attending a conference near by, but truly wish I had more time. The bed was extremely comfortable, the building was quiet after about 8 pm, and the space had a nice, updated feel. Did not need to use them, but I saw lots of great amenities available in the kitchen area, as well.

After camping and hiking for a couple days, my husband and I wanted a comfy bed to sleep in our last night. We just needed a simple space to shower and sleep to finish our getaway and this place was perfect! I chose it due to other reviews saying the bed was comfy and it did not disappoint, especially after two nights in a tent on the ground. There was also a full size coffee maker, which was a nice luxury after a couple mornings of using a jet boil and single serve French press! This room was small and simple, very clean and modern, with just what we needed to relax after roughing it!

Clean place and great location. The bed was especially wonderful to have a good night rest after a long day of traveling. We stayed there overnight before moving on to our next destination. The other best part was the convenience of being able to check in at your will. Absolutely recommended.

We came for a work trip and the Airbnb was even better than the pictures and as described. It was super clean, aesthetically pleasing, wonderfully decorated and had everything we needed for a quick two night trip. The space was great for 2 people. We were close to Breckenridge and after days of hiking or shopping around it was nice to come back to a VERY comfortable bed , a kitchen with utilities and a nice pool/hot tub! We would love to come back again!

Great! Accurate, large bathroom, cute little electric fireplace. The hot tub and pool are older but we chose this place for the close proximity to hiking (use the AllTrails app!) and the Strawberry Park Hot Springs that is just 2 hours away. Absolutely amazing views. Only 15 minutes from a little town with shopping and grocery but by the time you get out to the Airbnb it is SO quiet and peaceful.

The studio is very conveniently located and is on the first floor. All of the finished are super trendy and the space was spotless.

Great location. This is close to several ski resorts. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The check-in and out are very easy as well. We will definitely come back in the next ski season. :)
