Spent 3 nights with family from Arizona. Had 0 complaints. Unit was clean and with zero contact to check in and electronic keys, check in and check out was very simple

The condo was spacious and the views were incredible. I traveled with my husband, handicapped daughter, and three other adult children. The elevator and parking made this very easy. Because of the pandemic, we prepared all our meals in the well equipped kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location! The condo was even walking distance to the Keystone village.

Great location. On the bus route to Keystone, or a short walk to the Gondola (maybe 1/4 mile?). Good space, and good for a large family, or if friends were looking to split the cost. Had one issue, but was quickly resolved by the management company.

This place was if anything under advertised. It was clean, spacious, beautiful, and so accommodating on all fronts. Location ideal, parking so convenient, and the property management was top tier. We’ll be back and most likely soon.

This rental was awesome! Cozy, but still plenty of room to spread out, cook a great meal and have fun with friends. All kitchen and bath supplies were provided and made for a seamless stay.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family get-away!! It had everything we needed, plus it was beautiful and so spacious. The owners have gone above and beyond and have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful!! Our family had a great stay and would highly recommend this condo, you won’t be disappointed!!

This condo was the perfect size for our family vacation! We had 6 kids under 9, and 6 adults. The loft was perfect for all this kids! Washer and dryer in the unit was so helpful. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with the basics. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was comfortable. The property was spacious and well-maintained. We had a lot of fun here. There was a convenient bus service to interesting activities nearby and it was possible to get necessities fairly easily.

We rented Gateway 5094 for ourselves and the bridal party in our daughter's wedding for the weekend. The condo was beautiful inside and out. Clean and spacious, plenty of room for everyone to sleep.

Summit County Mountain Retreats were excellent to work with! We booked through a third party and then had to change our dates. The other agent would not work with us but Summit County went to bat for us and got it done! Wonderful people there working hard to help us.

If you're coming to Keystone or the surrounding area, give Summit County Mountain Retreats a call and book a beautiful Gateway Condo.

We had a great time as usual! 3 families and the condo was just right and 1 of the guest is wheelchair bound and had room to get around! Definitely within walking distance to the Lift and mountain house

Very spacious and great location. We had 5 adults and 3 kids under 2. We fit (2) pack-n-plays fit in the master bedroom and another fit in the 2nd downstairs bedroom. We used the kitchen to make Chili and other meals. Betterments would be to provide more cups/gasses and a vacuum (to clean up crumbs from toddlers).

Nine people stayed at the condo and there was plenty of room. Read the emails they send you....all the info you need is there. We did need to call the property management company once and they were very responsive. There is a shuttle but we never took it as the base of the mountain is a quick walk away - use one of the red wagons to carry your skis.

My only complaint is the smell from the restaurant is pretty strong. The condo was very clean but smelled like sausages all week. Maybe supply candles or something.

We had a group of 13 friends staying in this location for a night. The management company was extremely easy to work with! We were able to get into the house early and had plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably.

The rental was comfortable and spacious for our group. It was an easy walk from River Run and a short shuttle ride as well. The condo was perfect but had a couple flaws. Under every bed and couch was a LOT of dirt and left behind trash or items from previous guests that was not cleaned up. We check under everything constantly due to our toddler hiding and throwing her toys. Seeing that made the condo feel dirty even though everything else looked great. Also, it gets pretty warm at night. Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would come back but would request a little extra cleaning to get under the furniture.

Excellent condo in a great location, with Mountain views. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and there was more space than we normally find in a condo. The vaulted ceilings really make the condo feel more like a hone. We also loved the fact that we could eat at the Haywood Cafe right down stairs!

We enjoyed our stay and did not encounter any problems. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was that the pool seemed rather small for such a large complex. The garage parking was very much a bonus. Having a TV in each bedroom was also very nice when you have children along.

We had 13 in our group (adults and children) and the unit accommodated all at the same time. It was great to be all together for the same celebration. The only issues that came up had to do with the beds; 1) the master bedroom mattress was worn enough that each side slanted to the outside edge so you didn't feel level while sleeping and 2) the two guest bedrooms had standard double beds not queens like I thought. Maybe I misunderstood?? Anyway, these two guest beds were just too small. Even then, the overall experience was good and the condo was very nice.

Spacious and beautiful condo. The one recommendation I would have is to add ceiling fans in the bedrooms for air circulation. The breeze from the windows was great,but road was noisy in the night.

I was immediately pleased when we walked through the door of this condo, and continued to be as we explored the rest of it. The condo is very spacious, perfect for a large family. There are 3 separate full baths, TV's in all bedrooms, and a nice soaker tub in master. We made several meals in the kitchen, and enjoyed eating at the large dining table. We appreciated the underground parking. My daughter really enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. The condo was very clean. This condo is a great deal for the price, you'll the large amount of space and comfort it offers.

We arrived Thursday of Memorial weekend and were very pleased with our condo. We had plenty of room for the 11 of us and it was perfect distance into town. Our only complaint would be the room slept 13 but it did not have enough table settings for the amount of people allowed in a room. Other than that we love our stay and can't wait to come back!

This condo's 3 full baths make it very nice for a large family. It could have been a little cleaner (the kitchen floor wasn sticky), but definitely adequate. The management folks were very helpful and allowed us to check in an hour early so we could watch a big game. Thanks!

We had 10 (4 adults/6 children) and it was the perfect size. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds where comfortable. The living room was great! We even had enough room at the table to seat everyone and that says a great deal. We had netflix, DVD, and TV. The pool and hot tub was great. And the location was great. Very satisfied.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at Gateway.The location was perfect and the four younger kids loved the loft area. I'd recommend bringing your own pillow to sleep on, and the dryer took forever to dry a small load of clothes, but menial things compared to the overall experience. The communication was excellent as well. Looking forward to another stay here in the future.
