We do want to clarify that the pool and hot tub are part of the building’s shared amenities and are clearly listed as indoor in the property description. These facilities are managed by the building and are not under our control. We appreciate you staying with us and hope you still had an overall enjoyable visit.

Very pleasant stay at this place with a gorgeous view. The apartment was as described, with a fair amount of space for our entire party. It was well stocked with all needed supplies and the team was responsive to our messages. Great access to local booking trails and hikes, as well the cities of Dillon and Frisco. Highly recommend Mountain View Sports Rental across the street. Of note, the parking situation can be tight. Additionally, the loft area is open to the living room, which means that folks sleeping in the loft area (not the upstairs enclosed bedroom) can hear anything going on in the living room or kitchen below. Overall, we would love to return to this rental!

The Airbnb was a hit with my group of five friends! Plenty of space, great communication. The only thing I would possibly ask for is additional parking.. given the unit can sleep 12 people, it was a slight deterrence to find a parking spot for our friend’s vehicle. Otherwise, 10/10!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Gateway #5097 very much. There was plenty of room and beds for our ski trip group, and everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is decently stocked for cooking, though we had to buy our own coffee filters at the store downstairs to work the coffee maker. The view of the slopes is amazing and though close to the road, there was no road noise on this side of the building. The convenience store, rental shop, and brewery are all convenient and wonderful to have in the same building. The hot tub, pool and ski locker were also much appreciated. It's a bit of a walk to either of the lifts, especially with equipment, but ultimately we wound up walking more since the busses are only half hour, and unreliable on timing. There is a footpath you can take behind the building that is a bit shorter to get to the Peru lift. Overall a great place, we would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at the Gateway Mountain Lodge for our Spring Break skiing trip. The condo was spotless when we checked in. There was plenty of room for our whole family. The location is very convenient for access to either base at Keystone, although it is slightly too far to walk. There are restaurants in the building and right next door, and ski rentals and a small convenience store in the building. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location with heated parking on bottom floor. Making reservations was easy. Unable to obtain a military discount. We cook a lot and enjoyed the well appointed kitchen. All beds were comfortable. Unable to bring our dog. That’s the only thing we were missing. Will ask owner if an exception could be made with a pet fee. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very light, spacious, clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots etc. The views of the slopes were amazing. It was nice to have a space in the parking garage but there was a height limit. Our SUV just fit but wouldn't have done if we'd had ski racks. The building had a coffee shop and convenience store so that came in handy. Ideally we wanted to be able to walk to the slopes but it was too far to do that in ski boots. There was a bus we used one day but it only came every 40 minutes so we actually decided to drive. There are free lots but we chose to park closer to the gondola for a $20 charge. We would definitely recommend the condo and probably choose to stay there again if we return to Keystone.

It was a fantastic weekend at keystone, easy access to the mountain with not much more than a 10 minute walk to the slopes. The view was directly of Keystone and had comfy furniture and beds. Would recommend it and would love to come back!

I had to buy an outlet adaptor for the bedroom, because there were not enough outlets for fan, humidifier, alarm clock and a CPAP machine in the master bedroom. The DS Guest bath had a very slippery tub floor and we had to buy a bathmat. We could have used a dust pan for sweeping up the kithen.

We apologize this guest felt the need to purchase items for their stay. Had we known there were an inadequate number of outlets, we would have absolutely delivered a power strip right away. Due to health/sanitary reasons, we do not supply bathmats for the inside of the showers. Thank you very much for your feedback and recommendations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was the same as the pictures on the internet. Most times this is not the case. You normally don't get what is shown but we sure did. The view from inside the rental's living room was breathtaking. It had everything you needed to feel at home. The property was clean and even saw a man mowing the lawn. The customer service was excellent. I got quick responses to any questions I had.

We happened to see the view from the opposite side of the building and we were so fortunate we had the mountain side of the building. Very short walk to RiverRun shopping and restaurants. The side of the building that faces the road also has some shops and a restaurant. Convenient to Dillon, Breckenridge and all they have to offer. We were very happy with the experience.

Great location (10-15 minute walk from the Keystone gondola) and awesome amenities. The only thing that could improve is the number of parking spots available. We had 3 vehicles total, so 2 of them had to park at a lot about a mile away. It was a little inconvenient to take the shuttle to and from, but overall wasn't too bad. Would love to come back again!

We had a great time during our stay. The accommodations were great. There was plenty of room for our group of five adults and had a fantastic view of the resort Keystone ski runs from our balcony. We were within easy walking distance to the resort and there’s a ski rental shop and grocery store conveniently located in the same building. A larger grocery store was just a few miles away. The check-in was quick and easy to follow and our host responded quickly to all communication. We will definitely book this same condo if we return. Thank You Summit County Mountain Retreats for your wonderful accommodations and hospitality.

Overall the layout of the house worked perfectly! We were pleasantly surprised to find we had three bathrooms, not the two listed on the rental website. The views are beautiful. Getting in to the building is a little strange, especially if you take the side door entrance. The only bad thing we have to say about the place was ALL the beds are SOOOOO uncomfortable & there really should be a king size bed in the master. Other than that easy-peasy and a fantastic stay!

We paddle boarded so it was great to have a washer and dryer. Kitchen was well appointed. Great appliances and even had a tea kettle! The only big draw back was that there is a little hot tub inside and we were hoping for an outdoor hot tub. That was not clear in the promo materials.
