This 3-bedroom + loft, 3-bathroom condo with loft sleeps 12 with one king bed, two queen beds, 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It features two living areas, beautiful slope views from the private balcony, large windows in the main living area and primary bedroom. There are vaulted ceilings, stainless steel appliances and private laundry. Nearby restaurants are a short walk away. Gateway Mountain Lodge features shared amenities, including an indoor pool and hot tub.
The entryway offers a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a beautiful gas fireplace with stacked stone and a flat screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The large picture frame windows allow for plenty of natural light and beautiful ski slope views. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony with outdoor seating where you can take in the views and fresh mountain air.
The updated full-sized kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
On the main level, the primary bedroom features a king-sized memory foam mattress and has its own entrance to the private balcony. Enjoy ski slope views from the balcony or while relaxing in bed. It also has a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The en suite bathroom features double sinks, a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is also on the main level and has a queen-sized Tempurpedic bed, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. It has its own entrance to the guest bathroom.
Upstairs is the loft area with a second living area and another guest bedroom. The loft has a flat screen TV, a Blu-ray player a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets can be found in a closet. The second guest bedroom sleeps four with one queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. It also has an en suite bathroom. This home also offers private laundry. The washer and dryer are located upstairs in a closet off of the loft. Laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

It was well stocked with all needed supplies and the team was responsive to our messages. Great access to local booking trails and hikes, as well the cities of Dillon and Frisco. Highly recommend Mountain View Sports Rental across the street. Of note, the parking situation can be tight. Additionally, the loft area is open to the living room, which means that folks sleeping in the loft area (not the upstairs enclosed bedroom) can hear anything going on in the living room or kitchen below. The only thing I would possibly ask for is additional parking.. given the unit can sleep 12 people, it was a slight deterrence to find a parking spot for our friend’s vehicle. Everything was clean, the kitchen had all the amenities you need to prepare meals. Master bed was super comfortable and the master bath was beautiful. Mardi Gras Vacation
Great condo, very clean and spacious. Less than 10 minute walk to both the Mountain Run and River run villages; however, having young children (6 and 3) and older adults with knee problems, I would recommend staying within the village for convenience.- Reviewed On: 2/29/2024

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Gateway #5097 very much. There was plenty of room and beds for our ski trip group, and everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is decently stocked for cooking, though we had to buy our own coffee filters at the store downstairs to work the coffee maker. The view of the slopes is amazing and though close to the road, there was no road noise on this side of the building. The convenience store, rental shop, and brewery are all convenient and wonderful to have in the same building. The hot tub, pool and ski locker were also much appreciated. It's a bit of a walk to either of the lifts, especially with equipment, but ultimately we wound up walking more since the busses are only half hour, and unreliable on timing. There is a footpath you can take behind the building that is a bit shorter to get to the Peru lift. Overall a great place, we would stay here again.- Reviewed On: 2/7/2024

There was plenty of room and beds for our ski trip group, and everything was clean and comfortable. The location also has a ski rental shop and convenience store located on ground floor. Secure, indoor parking, good size indoor hot tub, pool and fitness center. The condo has roomy bedrooms, a great living room view of the Keystone ski trails, a nice living room fireplace, separate tv’s in 2 bedrooms, loft and living room.- Reviewed On: 3/23/2023
