Experience spacious mountain living in this 3-bedroom + loft, 3-bathroom condo that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. With one king bed, two queen beds, two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa, this multi-level retreat is ideal for large families or groups. Located in Gateway Mountain Lodge, guests enjoy easy walking access to nearby restaurants as well as shared amenities including an indoor pool and hot tub.

Living Area:
The main living area features vaulted ceilings, large picture-frame windows, and a beautiful stacked-stone gas fireplace. A flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player and comfortable seating create a welcoming space to relax after a day in the mountains. The room opens directly onto a private balcony with outdoor seating, offering stunning ski slope views and fresh alpine air.

A second living area in the loft provides additional space to unwind, complete with a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, and cozy seating for guests.

Kitchen and Dining:
The updated full-sized kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all essential cookware and tableware needed for preparing meals at home. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar, making it easy for groups to gather and enjoy meals together.

Highly recommend! Super clean and roomy. Beds were comfy. Beautiful views. Perfect spot for annual fall bike ride and affordable with big group. Would definitely reserve again. Only wish was hot tub was outdoors but the place made up for that 100%.

Very pleasant stay at this place with a gorgeous view. The apartment was as described, with a fair amount of space for our entire party. It was well stocked with all needed supplies and the team was responsive to our messages. Great access to local booking trails and hikes, as well the cities of Dillon and Frisco. Highly recommend Mountain View Sports Rental across the street. Of note, the parking situation can be tight. Additionally, the loft area is open to the living room, which means that folks sleeping in the loft area (not the upstairs enclosed bedroom) can hear anything going on in the living room or kitchen below. Overall, we would love to return to this rental!

The Airbnb was a hit with my group of five friends! Plenty of space, great communication. The only thing I would possibly ask for is additional parking.. given the unit can sleep 12 people, it was a slight deterrence to find a parking spot for our friend’s vehicle. Otherwise, 10/10!

Mardi Gras Vacation

Great condo, very clean and spacious. Less than 10 minute walk to both the Mountain Run and River run villages; however, having young children (6 and 3) and older adults with knee problems, I would recommend staying within the village for convenience.

Great condo, very clean and spacious. Less than 10 minute walk to both the Mountain Run and River run villages; however, having young children (6 and 3) and older adults with knee problems, I would recommend staying within the village for convenience.
