Very beautiful property and condo. The place was cozy and the bed was comfortable. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Overall very good. As stated there is no AC and we did find it to get very warm but the property provided lots of fans and we were able to cool it down with the cool air outside. We felt very safe here and it was very quiet and peaceful.

This place was in a great location. It looks on the map like you are at the base of the mountain. You do have to drive (not able to walk) but both mountain base areas were really close.
I also did work one day with zoom visits etc. the WiFi was perfectly fine for this. Just following up based on one review that made me worry bc it was very important for me.
We had an air mattress that was not working in the place and they replaced it promptly. Always responsive.

Thank you for your feedback! There is actually a bridge on the back side of the building that allows you to very quickly walk to the Peru lift (5-7 mins, maybe a bit longer in ski boots). Apologies if this was not clear during your stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a quick break of 3 days and skied A Basin, Keystone and Breck. It was in walking distance of Keystone lifts (even for me with a sprained ankle), a very quick drive to A Basin (5 minutes) and easy ride to Breck (30 minutes). My son fished the Snake river running through the property for fun everyday (caught nothing, but didn't expect to either). The couch was a bit uncomfortable to watch a movie at night for 3 people. The hot tub was great, the game room fun, and we took advantage of discounts offered to ski rentals and food. The other guests on the property were very friendly and we felt right at home.

Enjoyed our stay close to restaurants we were able to walk to River Run Village and walk along the Snake River. The only complaint was the traffic windows and deck are facing the hiway. We are used to our quiet farm so to hear semis and many cars driving by and the lights of the cars and sign was hard but we made it doable by running a fan the whole time so we were able to sleep. All in all we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the cleanliness and communicative owner of the condo. Thank you!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Easy access to the ski resort by walking trail or driving. The condo was cozy and kitchen had most things we needed. We had some difficulty with the key cards and had to get new ones a few times but the management company worked well with us to help us. The fireplace created a nice ambiance and the furniture was comfy. We also enjoyed the outdoor hottub with views of the resort!

This was a nice place. Clean and well- kept. It is small, but ok for 2 people. Limited kitchen stuff, but had what we needed (but we did not do major cooking). Clearer directions would have been nice. Had to search king and hard for code to get into garage, as well as the lock box. Would have been nice if code was just on door, not having to get keys from another building. Overall, a nice stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was good. Condo was very clean and quiet, beds were very comfortable. Living room was really too small for the 6 of us but we made do. The deck was our favorite place to be. The master room was nice but couldn’t leave windows open at night because the road noise was so bad from the semis going thru the road to Loveland Pass. The last night we put a fan in the window and it really cooled the room down and drowned the noise. The guest bedroom got hot at night because there was only a sky light and no air, but there are several fans in the closet. The bathrooms were super clean and well stocked. Kitchen was great. One of the hot tubs was cold but there wasn’t anyone else around so no biggie. The residents there said they see a moose and her baby walk thru by the Snake River sometimes, but we missed them. Overall our stay was really good.

We had a short trip to Keystone for a concert in Dillon. The place was clean and great location. Our only complaint would be the skylight in the second bedroom could use a shutter. No sleeping in that’s for sure. Also the road noise in the main bedroom at night kept us up. With no air conditioning in the mountains you need to keep the windows open for air flow. Otherwise the property was great.

Great spot to spend the weekend. We got a great deal on the place for late season skiing trip and had a lovely time. Rooms were nice, location convenient to skiing and Dillon/Frisco, and it was nice to have guaranteed parking at the property. All in all great stay.

This was a nice place. Just as advertised. The check requires a bit of paying attention, which they tell you ( multiple times), so there’s no reason to not know the deal. The only “bad thing” about this property is the the 2nd bedroom only had a skylight (no other window) so in the summer there’s no air circulating, and it’s hot (no air conditioning, which would be fine if there was a window to open). The skylight also lets in a lot of sunlight early, so you are an early riser whether you want to be or not! Again, probably only an issue in the summer…

We ended up having a later flight to which we asked if we can check out later. They made it so easy for us to stay a few extra hours past the check out time. They were also very fast in replying with texts/messages.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 2 bedroom/2 bedroom condo was just as expected. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, blankets and the kitchen was furnished with all necessary items. The heated garage was a nice feature as well as the ski lockers. It was a short walk to the Mountain House Lodge and ski lift. We carried our gear the first day then realized we could use a resort wagon to cart our ski gear back and forth.

The location is convenient to the area attractions. If I were to nitpick, I'd say there needs to be more extra pillows and the beds weren't the most comfortable beds I've ever been in, but it was fine. Being that it was late October, the entire town of Keystone was EMPTY. Total solitude. The condo was great, equipped with just about everything we could need. Our only frustration was that the wifi was really unreliable, and since we are all online entrepreneurs who were trying to get some work done while out there, it proved to be a bit of an aggravation. I'm sure for anyone else visiting who's there for skiing/riding/outdoor activities wifi isn't exactly a priority ;) Great stay overall and the property management company was great at quickly making our reservation since we booked it the day before we wanted to arrive. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Took the family for a few days of Keystone skiing during spring break. Accommodations were clean and plenty of towels, there was even a slow cooker to put something in in the morning so dinner was ready by the time we came off the slopes. It's a short walk from the lodge to the Mountain House lift but if you can't handle it you probably won't be skiing anyway. There are sturdy wagons to help transport your gear and lockers in the lodge basement/parking area to stow it away. All it all it was a great experience and my family and I will visit there again.
