Place was clean and had good amenities. Accessible to the various ski resorts and the shuttle stop was right next you the lodge, which was amazing. Host was prompt to respond and help with anything we needed.

We had a great time at this property. It was close to downtown and easy to find. The building felt secure and the condo was clean. It was a great deal and we were very happy. There was no AC so the upstairs was a little warm for me but we stayed in July. We opened the windows and that helped. There was a standing fan in the closet that was very helpful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was wonderful! The condo is very spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a great time. The only thing I’d say was it was hot, and not very clear how to adjust the thermostat. Other than that everything else was great!

Our family enjoyed the condo for a week. It’s in a great location between Breckenridge and Frisco. We had 6 people in the condo and had plenty of room/beds. The condo is very clean. Condo was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and check in was very easy. It is on the free Summit County bus line (green line - Loge stop) as well as a free shuttle for the community. Just pack your patience with the free shuttle as it tends to get backed up time wise in the afternoon. It was also very easy to drive to gondola and town. If you have more than 4 people in car parking is 14 for the day at gondola.

We stayed here in July, the Beds and pillows were very soft, too soft for my family liking. The condo was very very hot, even with running the fans and with the windows and doors open the circulation of the no flow of air outside was absolutely miserable. We had a hard time sleeping from being so hot and sweating to add very uncomfortable bed. The condo was very nice and spacious for my family 4 though. Definitely will plan to come back when it’s not so hot. Thanks!

While typical daytime temps warm up nicely in the summer, the evenings usually cool off quickly, allowing for fresh evening mountain air to cool the unit prior to nighttime. Given this historic heatwave, the condo likely had a tough time cooling off in the evening, even with the doors and windows open. We know personally how that can be tough for sleeping and we are sorry that was the case during your stay. We’re glad you had a nice stay otherwise, and we look forward to hosting you again when the weather is cooler!”

Nice clean unit. Wish we had air conditioning because of the heat, but they did have a box fan to help. Ice maker in fridge didn’t work and master bathroom light needs a bulb. The space worked great for us and was quite comfortable. Would recommend it!

Stayed at the condo for a week in February with two adults and two college students. Condo was comfortable, clean, safe, new-feeling. The kitchen was well equipped. We skied Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail easily. While we didn't use the shuttle, it seemed to be there and ready to go on the hour. Definately would come back!

Needed a quick one night stay for a family ski trip, appreciated the ability to book one night, locations was good, very nice, quiet, comfortable place. We had 4 people and suited us great.

Great place to stay. Was traveling with my elderly parents. Having an elevator was very important. Loved the carts available at front door to transport luggage up and down. Condo was clean and easy to access.

As some other guests have mentioned, the condo was very warm but we fixed that by opening some windows (January). There was no parking pass hanging at the entry to the condo as stated and the property management company didn't resolve that problem, but we were able to park overnight at the property without the HOA complaining. Would stay at this property again!
