Tucked away just minutes from Main Street and the resort base area, this updated 2-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom multi-level condo offers a peaceful mountain retreat with easy access to all of Breckenridge. Sleeping up to 6 guests, the home features a king bed in the primary suite, a twin-over-queen bunk with trundle in the guest room, and a full sleeper sofa in the living area. Thoughtful updates throughout include hardwood radiant heat flooring, granite countertops, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony with outdoor seating and slope views.

Kitchen and Dining:
The full-sized kitchen includes granite countertops, an electric skillet, and all essential cookware and tableware for preparing meals at home. The dining table seats four, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar, making it easy for groups to gather and dine together.

Place was clean and had good amenities. Accessible to the various ski resorts and the shuttle stop was right next you the lodge, which was amazing. Host was prompt to respond and help with anything we needed.

We had a great time at this property. It was close to downtown and easy to find. The building felt secure and the condo was clean. It was a great deal and we were very happy. There was no AC so the upstairs was a little warm for me but we stayed in July. We opened the windows and that helped. There was a standing fan in the closet that was very helpful.

Our family enjoyed the condo for a week. It’s in a great location between Breckenridge and Frisco. We had 6 people in the condo and had plenty of room/beds. The condo is very clean. Condo was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space and check in was very easy. It is on the free Summit County bus line (green line - Loge stop) as well as a free shuttle for the community. Just pack your patience with the free shuttle as it tends to get backed up time wise in the afternoon. It was also very easy to drive to gondola and town. If you have more than 4 people in car parking is 14 for the day at gondola.

Breckenridge stay in July

We stayed here in July, the Beds and pillows were very soft, too soft for my family liking. The condo was very very hot, even with running the fans and with the windows and doors open the circulation of the no flow of air outside was absolutely miserable. We had a hard time sleeping from being so hot and sweating to add very uncomfortable bed. The condo was very nice and spacious for my family 4 though. Definitely will plan to come back when it’s not so hot. Thanks!

While typical daytime temps warm up nicely in the summer, the evenings usually cool off quickly, allowing for fresh evening mountain air to cool the unit prior to nighttime. Given this historic heatwave, the condo likely had a tough time cooling off in the evening, even with the doors and windows open. We know personally how that can be tough for sleeping and we are sorry that was the case during your stay. We enjoyed your time at the condo. It was clean and mostly well stocked with what we needed. It was easy to get into the condo. The guide book was perfect for all checkin, checkout, and everything else we needed. The location was a close drive to Breckinridge downtown

We skied Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail easily. While we didn't use the shuttle, it seemed to be there and ready to go on the hour. Definately would come back!
