Wonderful week stay in Keystone. The property was delightful and had all the little things thst made it even more comfortable. We stayed there in July. The fans in each closet and the humidifiers for the dryness of the season were wonderful.The views of the slopes and the sounds of the river were peaceful and nice. Everything was wonderful.

We staid here in mid-June. Checked all the boxes for a family of 5… could have added parents/in-laws as well and still been comfortable. Hot tub was great, could fit entire family. Five minute walk to River Run for food and rentals. Clean, comfortable, good price. Would be ideal location as well if you’re skiing as well!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. The rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable and everyone loved the hot tub. The owners were extremely friendly and easy to work with, and went above and beyond to get a beloved stuffed animal back to our child who had mistakenly left it behind. I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone considering using it!

We absolutely loved this place. The location to skiing was amazing. The only negatives if we had any were because we cook every meal we needed bigger skillets, pot holders, gallon size pitcher, and maybe some more storage containers for leftovers. Overall we are planning to stay again. Thank you!

Great house located a short walk from the Peru lift. Large windows and heeat mountain views all around! Garage with ski storage was a real plus, along with coat, boot, glove and helmet storage right inside. Having our own hot tub was wonderful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse was great! Walking distance to the Peru Lift. A longer walk to River Run - but doable in regular boots.My only complaint would be that the gas fireplace did not like to cooperate in the morning. We were able to drink our coffees in front of it for the first two days and then after that, it wouldn't ignite until evening. I texted the owner one morning but wasn't in the mood to text each morning. Super clean. VERY comfortable beds. Hot tub was great. I would put a towel on the snow when getting in/out because the snow becomes icy when walked on with the hot water. Also, definitely bring your own coffee if you are coffee drinkers. There were wide bottom filters but definitely not enough coffee for the likes of us! Plenty of utensils. You may want to bring scissors. You may also want to bring plastic cups if you plan on drinking in the hot tub (no glass). The garage and seating area for putting on/off your boots are great! Totally recommend this townhouse!

Views were beautiful, loved the stream and sunset view beyond deck. Waking up to the hot tub each morning was amazing, very clean. Only downside was the construction near by, but not property owners fault. Would definitely stay again.

The townhouse was perfect! The management responded quickly. We loved the place! The only problem was that the amenities in the description included a hot tub. There was a hot tub in the patio. It was locked. When we asked about the management said to speak with the resort. We could never get anyone to answer the phone and the Automated system didn’t understand what we needed. The location couldn’t be closer to the Peru Express chair lift, putting us right on the slopes. We were able to walk in all of our ski gear directly to the lift and the location was actually much closer than many of the parking spaces in the available lots near by. The home was clean, comfortable and amenities offered were everything we needed to relax in our home away from home. We hope to come back to this wonderful rental! 10 out of 10 recommend!

We rented this 3 bedroom condo at Keystone, CO. It was an easy walking distance to the Peru lift. The condo was spotless, had a great quantity of dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. The layout was good for our family - 1 bedroom & bathroom on each of the 3 floors. We would definitely rent this condo again in the future.

The Mountain House is all that is listed and more! We enjoyed making meals in the beautiful open kitchen that had all the dishes/appliances we needed. We could see a gorgeous glimpse of the mountains out of every window! The condo is so close to hiking trails, Keystone Lake, and just a short walk to the River Run Gondola area. We loved how cool and quiet it was (a great time to escape the late August heatwave in Denver!) and that we could hear the Snake River nearby. We also enjoyed sitting out on the private deck and looking at the scenery, birds, and wildlife. We were lucky to see a mama and baby moose wander through the parking lot when it rained! The private hot tub was so nice after a long day of hiking. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of room and privacy in the condo with 3 levels and 3 bathrooms. The private garage was also a bonus! Many people come to Keystone in the winter to ski, and we highly recommend it in the summer, too! It is such a beautiful place to stay with so much to do!

If you can't do stairs, this would not be the property for you. The TV is in a bit of an odd place making it hard to be watched by a group. We only had the two of us, so it worked just fine.

I was so happy with everything this location has to offer! It’s located right on the free bus route. The private garage and hot tub were huge bonuses. The condo was very immaculate, and we felt very at-home here. We will definitely be booking here again in the future!

The property was exactly as advertised. We had plenty of room and beds for our group of 7. The private hot tub looks out over a snowy backyard leading to the snake river. The kids had that backyard to play in the snow while we watched from the house. You can see some of the runs from some windows. The walk to the mountain house lifts can be a short hike across the parking lots but if it’s too far in ski boots the green route shuttles pickup in the front and can drop you at the lifts. The app that comes with all the information makes it easy to find everything you need for food, checkin/checkout, contact information, etc. The property management was very responsive and very nice when I had questions. Great place to stay for a ski vacation.

Our townhome rental was spacious with three floors of rooms making it great for separation of kids and parents into separate bedrooms and group gatherings by the fireplace, dining table, and hot tub on the deck. Very cold temperatures outside were no problem as the condo was warm and cozy. Being able to ski right up to the condo was a big plus.

I recently went on a ski trip and I have to say, the location of the resort was fantastic. It was close to the slopes and the views were breathtaking. The amenities at the resort were also very nice - the condo we stayed in was clean and well-maintained. However, I did have a few issues with communication with the team and there was a lack of laundry detergent, which made it a bit difficult to keep our clothes clean throughout the trip. Despite these issues, I still had a great time and would definitely recommend this resort due to its convenient location and nice amenities.

Exceptionally clean! Well appointed! Great location. Great layout for parents and teens, with master bedroom and bath upstairs, bedroom with living room and bath down stairs, additional bedroom and bath on main floor. Everything was in good condition: hot tub was hot, garage kept the car snow free and warmer, beds were comfy, supplies (soap, toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent) were enough to last our 4 nights. Clean up was easier than many vrbo’s! Only had to take out trash. There were even 2 sleds on the back deck. There are 4 humidifiers-use them. There are portable heaters too. Communication was excellent with all the information emailed in an internet link and they checked on us via text. Good location and easy to get to. Just a minutes’ drive from River Run Village where the shops and restaurants are. The majority of the ski lifts are at River Run Village (Gondola). The Peru Express Lift is within sight of townhouse and almost as short a walk as from the parking lot. You can use it to get to other areas. If I had to find some negatives, shower water pressure was a little low and I never figured out how to adjust the thermostat in the upstairs bedroom. If you have a big SUV it might not fit through garage doors. Many, many positives!

Property is a very spacious and fantastic spot away from the busy areas in keystone. Stores and restaurants less than 15 minutes away as well as hiking trails. Just loved the view of the mountains in the area.

It was beautiful a had everything one needs a more.Except checkout time is 10am a t cleaning crew showed up at 9:45,& we were still packing,hotels give one till 11 r 12,other than that absolutely stunning 😀

This place was perfect for us. There’s a bedroom and bathroom on each floor. No air conditioning but plenty of fans were provided. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. We had a issue with the smoke alarms going off but property management responded right away and replaced all of them. We will definitely stay here again.

We walked down to the creek every morning to enjoy our coffee and solitude. The views were amazing from every room. We saw foxes, moose, bears, etc. The home was exactly as it was listed, and extremely clean. I couldn't have asked for more. I can't wait to return!
