This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with two king beds, and 2 twin-over-full bunk beds with trundles. One unique feature is the wine cooler under the breakfast bar. There is a private patio with scenic views in the back. Located away from the hustle and bustle and nestled amongst mature pines but with the shuttle stop you're within minutes of all the resort has to offer. Keystone Gulch offers shared amenities including an outdoor heated pool and an indoor hot tub.

Near the entryway are mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV above a wood-burning fireplace with stone surround. Enjoy oversized, comfy furniture and the beautiful views through the large windows. From the living area, head out to the private patio to enjoy views of mature pines and fresh mountain air. Relax and enjoy he wood fire pit for viewing the spectacular scenery.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There's a three-person breakfast bar off the kitchen that has a wine cooler for your favorite beverages. A full dining area comfortably seats six. Back near the entryway is a private washer and dryer and laundry detergent is provided for your convenience.

The primary bedroom is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and lots of counterspace. A door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy.

Upstairs are two guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom. The first guest bedroom features a king bed and workspace for working remotely. There's also a flat screen TV and beautiful views through the large windows. The second guest bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed and a flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

**Ivory White Bedding** This property has been upgraded with ivory white bedding modeled after high-end hotels and resorts. Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after each and every guest stay. The entire bed is remade with fresh, white linens for each guest arrival.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental the paying guest must be 24 years of age or older. This property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. We had two families those three children and we absolutely loved the space, not inside and out! The unit backed up to the mountainside and walking trail that led to hiking and biking tails. Everything was very comfortable! And it’s very close to the keystone village. The only bummer is that it lists a 5pm checkin time and other text updates indicated a 4:30 checkin time - with fees for earlier check-ins. Most places have a 4:00 checkin time and no fees for slightly earlier times.

This is a corner lot condo. Nice backyard for the kids to play.
Cross the backyard and you join a mile long trail. A plus!
My only difficulty was to discover the self entry code. Email didn't work but as soon as I called the host, the text arrived with the check-in instruction. In other words, "all went well".
Kitchen is fully equipped.
Upstairs room are kind of warm but fans are available.
Nights are nice and cool.

I stayed with my husband and brother’s family of four; this property was comfortable for all of us and we enjoyed sitting outside in the morning. While we originally slated to be in a different listing, the property management let us know the other property was unavailable due to a maintenance issue. They provided two additional listings and we chose this one~ we were pleased with the choice and enjoyed our stay in Keystone.

Beautiful home with fabulous mountain views! The ground squirrels and chipmunks were an extra special delight! It was a very short walk to a beautiful stream and within 20 minutes to Frisco, Dillon or Breckenridge. Bring your swimsuit because the hot tub was fabulous after a long day of playing! A 10+ for this home!

This place was perfect for hosting two families. There was ample space inside for both the kids and adults. The outdoor area was a great bonus space with lots of seating and places to hangout. The entire inside was well kept, clean, and matched the description and pictures. The location was within 10 minutes of many activities including hiking, biking, shopping, and restaurants. We will be returning to this location for another visit.

Family of 7 fit nice

The property was a great fit for our family of 7. Our host was a great communicator and easy to get ahold of if anything arose. Clean property and great location, not far from lots to do. Thanks to previous reviews, we hit the City Market in Silverthorne for groceries, coffee filters and condiments.

Perfect place for a bigger group

We had a golf trip booked to Keystone and seven guys stayed in this house. It worked out well! The location is close to the courses and resort and it had enough space for everyone to comfortably hang out in the evening. Great stay!
