Used linen left on bed despite our request to leave clean linen on the bed without having housekeeping do the beds in the hope that the line.would be fresh if housekeeping didn’t have to do the work. We have stayed with summit county multiple times and learned to carry our own linen as we come for longer than typical stays. It’s always been the same story. Unfortunately most visitors have too much trust in hospitality standards and don’t take the trouble to flip on a phone flashlight, peal back the linen and examine it for multiple strands of hair on pillow cases, duvet covers and the fitted sheet. Static in fresh line can attracts strands of hair but not a half a dozen and clumps of them sometimes as was the case at our recent stay at your property, other telltale signs are the destroyed creases from linen folds in the middle of the bed while they are intact at the sides as it takes sustained body weight to destroy them. Housekeeping stretching out used fitted sheets and leaving used duvet covers is a significantly prevalent issue at facilities where management does not proactively inspect work and the laundering of linen is done in house which undermines accountability as staff simply folds used and seemingly unsoiled linen without laundering them. How donI know where to look for such lapses in service? Besides having travel a lot I have worked in the industry in top rated hotels across Europe and the US so I am all to aware of these simple steps to determine sanitary conditions of guest rooms in most settings.

I can see that this guest did report this concern to us and we were able to immediately resolve the issue by providing all new linens for them so they could enjoy the rest of their stay! Overall we had a good stay, 2nd year we have stayed in the same unit.
If you are skiing Keystone or A-basin, there is no better location
The home was clean,
However we did have a few issues this last stay. On our first night there was a several hour power outage. When the power came on. No internet, no cable TV and no hot water the NEXT day.
Slow response from the HOA,(Not the rental company) Poor internet, no TV for one day, no hot water for most of our 2nd day. I understand the issues were circumstantial in nature but it did put a damper on things.
The vacation rental management staff was helpful.

The location was perfect! The condo was immaculate, and it was well stocked with amenities and kitchen supplies. The property management company was excellent in that they provided us with all the information we needed to make check-in, check-out, and everything in between easy and hassle free. The only suggestion I have is to move the couch down toward the kitchen and put a chair in the living area!

The location is perfect for anything in the village. Very clean. Comfy beds. Well-stocked kitchen. It was just the right size for 2 couples, although an actual table to eat at would be preferable. It was very warm inside, even though it was cool outside. We used the fans and kept the windows and doors open.

The big downside was that the smoke alarms went off at 3:15 a.m. With the vaulted ceilings, we could not reach them to take them down, but were able to stand on the counter and jump with a mop to reset. It took maintenance a little over an hour to get there, but they did take them all down. It was 5 before we went back to bed. I talked with at least 2 people that night and in the morning and no one apologized, which I found odd. Finally, the nice guy who came and replaced them apologized. Seemed like the first folks didn't really care too much. The ceiling around the alarms was all marked up, so it wasn't the first time this happened. The old alarms were expired, too.

This was a terrible experience! We have had a vrbo property for years and strive to make it the most pleasurable experience knowing our guests are here for vacation. This was not the case here! The faucets all need replacement, the toilet leaks, and the cleaning service is awful to name a few! Additionally the grounds were not safely maintained! I slipped on the ice covered stairs at night on the way to the hot tub. This should be addressed and maintained at all times.

We are sorry this guest experienced issues. We provide 24/7 services. When things are less than perfect, we try very hard to solve issues quickly. We see that you reported the toilet running and loose stool legs in the living room and we sent our maintenance team to address both of those issues for you during your stay. We do not see any report from this guest about the faucets in the unit, which we would have certainly addressed had you brought that to our attention. We also do not see any report from this guest about the cleaning service. Had this been reported to us, we would have gladly sent our housekeeping team to address any issues. We are very sorry to hear that you slipped on the ice outside of the building. We do not manage the building, only the unit that was rented. The HOA of the building is responsible for ice/snow removal on the grounds and when this guest reported this issue, we contacted Keystone Resort Property Management to address it.

I've rented (now) three seperate units in the Keystone River Run area, and this was hands down the best. Clean (they all are, really), and totally stocked for 4-5 people. The kitchen is "small" but complete. They even had a solid crockpot that we'll use next year should we return to Keystone. Everything worked - the bedroom TVs are both smart, so we were able to log into our various online accounts. Bonus! The unit looks down on the main River Run square - people watching!

TV in the living room was old with fuzzy picture. Showers didn't have waterproof curtains; water damage/mold between the tub and cabinet for sink. Pullout bed/couch very uncomfortable. Kitchen faucet was loose, gravity would pull the handle down and turn the water on unexpectedly.

First time staying in the River Run Village. Close walk to the gondola. The room, elevator, exit, and garage were all very close. No climbing stairs. The space was great for two or three adults or two couples. I will definitely stay here again.

stayed here for a few nights with a party of 4 and it's a great location! A little dated inside with some furniture upgrades needed, but you're not going to beat the short walk to the lifts. Management company was very communicative throughout the process and provided a handy guidebook which addressed all of our needs.

Great 2 bedroom top floor apartment. Nothing fancy but very functional and in the middle of everything. We got locked out and were able to get back in within minutes. Had some troubles with the television but overall great spot to crash.

Our villa was in a great location and it was very comfortable for two couples in the two bedroom. The only suggestions we would make is to have benches in the locker area for the skis. It is nice to sit down on a bench to take off your ski boots when you put them in the locker. Also it would be nice to have a cleaning service clean the room during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was good size for our family of three. Being walking distance from the gondola was great for getting to and from the slopes. We used ski rental place right next to condo which saved on time carrying equipment back and forth. We enjoyed the food and shops in River Run village, especially Pizza on the Run!

The location was great and the views spectacular. The fire alarm started chirping at 4am which was annoying. maintenance fixed it promptly the next morning. The tub didn't drain properly while taking a shower, ankle deep in water by the end. 2 of the window shades didn't have twist rods to open and close them. I reported all of these issues, hopefully they were addressed. Great place otherwise!

Communication, check in, directions, etc were very clear. I was surprised to find envelopes with rental information and keys for other properties in the lockbox when I picked up our key. That doesn't seem very secure. The property was as described and overall, we were quite satisfied and had a pleasant stay. We had a toddler with us who is crawling. Quickly discovered the floor was not nearly as clean as we would have anticipated. It had apparently been swept, but definitely not mopped. The infant's hands and clothes, and our socks were filthy. Our windows/patio looked out on the square, which was nicely decorated with lights. The construction going on in the shopping/restaurant areas was a bit distracting, but understandable--and will be very nice when finished.

This is a good property for 4 adults and 2 children. The children slept on the pullout sofabed in the living room. The mattress on the sofabed was a comfortable memory foam mattress which was a pleasant surprise.

The property was was well stocked with essential kitchen utensils though it would be have been nice to have certain kitchen pantry staples included (e.g. quality salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, and coffee creamer).

Items that were issues during our stay: the ski locker lock was faulty, the can opener was broken, and the lamp switch was not attached to the lamp. My son had to dig under the bed to find it. This tells me that the "make-ready" does not really do a very thorough job with checking the condo prior to arrival.

Additionally the 10 am check out time is COMPLETELY unreasonable. Even hotels allow for an 11 am departure. It destroys the the last morning's rest and does not allow for any sleeping in at all. Please match hotel policies across the nation and change this.

Overall - a good solid in the ski village rental for one of the busiest times of the year.

We loved the condo. We went in the mid August where it should be hot but to our surprise it was very comfortable. Being from Texas this place was a breath of fresh air. When we got there the place was hot inside but we knew that there was no air conditioning so we opened up the place and within I say 20 - 30 minutes it cooled of. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It was very clean, well stocked with its necessities and the balcony viewed great. This was a good place for my family and I we cherished the time and made memories.

We loved looking over the square! The pool and hot tubs were very clean. The condo was perfect for my mother, my two kids, and myself. The condo could have been a little cleaner, overall it was decent, but when we arrived the trash hadn't been taken out, the floor hadn't been swept, and there was food in the disposal. We really loved our stay though and we love Keystone!!!

Had a good time at the condo was clean and comfortable. There is no AC in this unit but plenty of fans. There is little AC in the Colorado high country since the lows often dip down into the 40's at night even in July/August. Was comfortable at night. The balcony over looks the village area. You will hear people down there but its not a problem. Close to shopping/dining and ski lifts. Had a great time. Summit County Retreats were good to work with.

Everything was great except for not having any air conditioning. That wouldn't have been a problem as we would have loved to keep the doors and windows opened, however, that's not feasible with a toddler. No one wants to spend their relaxing time chasing a toddler on the balcony just to have the place cooled to a decent temp. That was kind of a big dea for us. We didn't know it was going to be so warm in Colorado and assumed since there are no a/c systems that it would be fine. But we were wrong. The condo was nice looking and clean except for food and crumbs under the couch (found while looking for toddlers ball that rolled under there).

We had a great stay in this condo. We are a family of 6 and it fit us perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location was great (could look out the balcony and watch the kids play bean bags). The whole process was very organized and I loved that I could fill out a form and new towels would be delivered the next day. This is our second time to Keystone and we loved every minute of it. We plan on staying in this condo in the future too!

We stayed in this condo for spring break and it was a great experience. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Very short walk to the Gondola and ski rental right outside the door. Restaurants and small grocery store in the same building. Managers were wonderful to work with with great communication.

The place was exactly as advertised. I don't think we could have picked a better place to stayou. This location is perfect for anyone skiing or snowboarding keystone mountain. The underground parking garage was great,the room overlooks the village so everything is walking distance (stores, restaurants, bars,gondola). The ladies at the front office were super nice, very professional and helpful. The condo was great, the rooms were big and there was plenty of room for 6 adults to move around. One room has an attached bathroom which was great for the one couple we had. If you stay in CO and bring air up mattresses this place can easily sleep 10 or 12. The only cons we had were the couch needs replacing it was old and lumpy and the dish washer needed a new rubber seal that we didn't notice until checkout. But those are things that are easily fixable. Overall 9.5 of 10 I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again no question.

The price was a great value for great space - two adults and 4 kids were very comfortable here. The couch and chair were a bit shabby, and the extra pillows were horrible. But the condo is probably not intended for people sitting around inside! We cooked meals easily, and got to and from our car easily and safely. The pool and hot tubs are lovely. Thank you for the easy booking and services.

Went to go skiing at A-Basin May 4th. With Keystone mountain closed, which is where this unit its, it was a ghost town. I was I think literally the only one in the whole resort community. I loved it. You may not if you don't like being by yourself.

Five adults, two couples and one single, stayed here. Overall it was a perfect place for our crew. We cooked dinner at the unit 2 of 3 nights. The family/living room is not huge and wouldn't want it to be any smaller for five of us, but it was perfect. Comfortable beds and clean and you can check out what's going on in the main drag of River Run by looking out the windows.

We loved Arapahoe! We couldn't believe how close we were to the gondola and parking was incredibly easy. The living room furniture is beginning to look a little worn out but everything was very clean and the beds (even the sofa bed) were very comfortable. We also had a lovely view of the village. We got locked out once and the management office was very quick in helping us out. Outstanding experience overall!

This was both our first time in Keystone and our first time to rent a condo from VRBO. We were very satisfied with both. The entire process was easy and well-organized. The condo was exactly as it was described and perfect for our group of 5. The location in particular stands out as it was a short walk to the ski gondola, shops and restaurants. It was also nice to have a reserved spot in the heated underground parking garage. I'd definitely recommend.

Everything that was advertised was there. The location is perfect, plenty of room for a family of 5. The condo is clean, and has everything a person needs. The heated parking is a luxury you don't realize is awesome until after you are there in 5 degree weather. SC Mt rentals was on top of their game. Everything from check in to check out is organized and works like clock-work.

The management company was very easy to work with. The condo was very clean and well maintained. It was convenient, it overlooks the square in Keystone. The balcony was very small though and the condo was a little dark as there was not enough lighting. The whole property was very nice and well maintained and the pool area was nice also. We would stay here again.
