We’ve stayed in this condo complex several times and always had a great experience. The condo was clean and well maintained. The location to the Keystone MountainHouse lifts cannot be beat.

Great location to walk the river and very spacious! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The staff was quick to reply and communicate throughout the weekend as well.

We were attending a festival at River Run in Keystone with 3 couples. The condo was perfect as it was in walking distance of the event, had 3 rooms (each with their own bathroom), and had all the accommodations we needed.
We mark this as a 4 overall due to 2 items. (a)The hot tub from the unit above leaked into the den causing us to work with maintenance. This was no fault of the unit owners but took time to deal with. Maintenance set up fans to dry out the room and they were noisy (b) had trouble finding the key card gate to the unit. Residence have a opener for the main gate but renters can't use it. Instructions did not state which gate to use.

It was fantastic. However, I would not recommend Instacart grocery delivery service. We placed our order 2 days ahead of time and never received our groceries. Had a long conversation with Instacart customer service and was not happy at all.

Wonderful place for 3 couples. Each had their own restroom. The only thing that might be an issue is parking. Especially during ski season.

Golf trip for four men. All had their own sleep space and privacy. I looked like a hero for booking the perfect place. Gated entry with ski lifts on one side and a beautiful stream on the other. Very convenient to Breckinridge

The house was exactly as described online and very comfortable. We did, however, have a major problem with the parking arrangements. I called weeks in advance and even drove to the property a week before to make sense of how a condo that sleeps nine only allows one car to park. In the winter ski months, I understand that parking may be limited, but this condo community felt like a literal ghost town in June. We had to pay $25 a day to park a mile away from our condo, which meant shuttling each other to cars every day of our stay. This was so inconvenient we would not book this condo again. We would’ve happily paid extra to park on site in one of the hundreds of available spaces near our condo. This, plus having to drive to Breckenridge every day to find anything to do, means you’re better off just staying in Breck if you’re looking to book this condo in the summer.

This place was perfect. All the bedrooms are set up like masters so couples had their own room and bathroom. The best part is it is you can walk to the lifts in under two minutes.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a first skiing experience for our two grandsons, ages 6 and 5, so the location was perfect. Getting ready to book for next year.

This is a spacious condo in the Chateaux D'Mont complex. Enough space for 6 people. The building is the closest to the parking lot, so there is some street noise. The unit is on the second floor, so stair climbing is required. The room that used to have the jacuzzi has been converted to an extra bedroom. That makes it a 4 bedroom condo. Beware that the insulation is not as good in the extra bedroom as in the other rooms, but my sons prefer to sleep cool, so not a problem.
The apartment was clean, the appliances all worked. The only problem was a faulty shower valve in one bathroom.
Proximity to the lift is a plus.

As always with Chatuex DuMont, the locations are ideal and the units are so nice. This particular unit does not have a hot tub and that room where the hot tub normally resides was not usable as a 4th bedroom, it was too cold. We were given a space heater which only increased the temp by 2 degrees. We still love these units and will just make sure if we book #2701, we don’t count on that 4th bedroom.

The condo we rented was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The property was very close to the slopes and shuttle bus.

We were pleasantly surprised that the unit was exactly as pictured. Just lovely! Modern decor in kitchen, living area and master bath - other 2 baths were fine but not what I'd consider 'modern' as they were a bit dated but in great shape. The only complaint we had was that the entry door to the complex would not open completely, making it difficult to get our suitcases through and we were summer renters - can't imagine how difficult that will be for winter renters/skiers.

Had an early season guys trip to snowboard and we all really enjoyed our stay. The place is really close to a lift! We had no problem walking to the lift and back each morning. We didnt really get to use the kitchen much but it had everything anyone could need to make homemade meals. Will definitely be back with the wife and kids. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful vacation with our family. The place was very nice and had enough room to accommodate all of us comfortably. We would definitely stay there again, when we are in the area.

We had the perfect time in Keystone. Management was excellent to work with! We had an issue getting the living room tv to work. I messaged Management and within 20 minutes, two young employees were there and resolved the issue and got the tv to work.
Would highly recommend Summit County Mountain Retreats!

We were so excited to finally stay at Chateaux DuMont and be so close to the lifts. After an 11 hour drive we checked in at 4p and learned that the mountain was being shut down. Everything was closing. We tried to sled, but security would not let us. After 2 nights, we drove home because everything in the area was closed and we may as well hunker down at home. We splurged not his wonderful condo, but did not get to enjoy our vacation.
We hope very much to get to stay there again when the CV is at bay. The condo was wonderful! Checking in was smooth, This was not at the fault of the condo or the management.

We stayed for the Christmas Holiday. It is so close to the slopes I was able to get some runs in and return for coffee and the kids that like to sleep in. The Condo was clean and very well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked to prepare a full xmas dinner. Bedrooms and bathrooms had tons of pillows, blankets and towels. I would only like to have had a more comfortable couch to sit on after a long day of riding the slopes. We spent most of our time at the table that did have very comfortable chairs. Over all a great place and will definitely being staying again.

What a beautiful and spacious condo! The property is a VERY short walk to the Mountain House lifts at Keystone. Everything we needed (and more) was provided and the management staff was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

I'm a frequent traveler who is very picky. The condo was great, exactly as represented in the photos. The quality bath towels and toiletries were pleasantly unexpected. The guest portal was convenient and helpful. The only thing that was disappointing was the 10 a.m. check-out time, which is the earliest check-out I've ever had. It sort off dimmed our last night there, knowing we'd have to get up extra early. You can have a later check-out, but it's only approved within 24 hours of departure and there's an extra fee. Noon, or even 11 a.m. would be a lot more reasonable and customer friendly.

Great location!! Plenty of room with modern furnishings and a great kitchen to cook in! We had no problems during our stay. I highly recommend this condo for bigger families or two small families. It can sleep 9 comfortably and has a great kitchen table with plenty of room.

What a great rental! Great location, great unit, and great communication with the management company. Only regret is that we only stayed a single night with our out of town family. Definitely will look to book this unit again in the future!

We walked into the condo and loved what we saw! It was beautiful, spacious, and the location was great! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it was super clean! We'd recommend to anyone and will stay here again for sure!
