Check in wasn’t until 430pm and getting the key and finding the place was a hassle. Then the elevator was broken. The place is nice however the kitchen sink fossit was super loose and the bathroom had hair all over and the toliet roll holder was falling off the wall. Then we went to the hot tub which is basically in the parking lot. The cover was broken and sunken into the hot tub and the hot tub wasn’t warm enough to get in. Wouldn’t go back. Vrbo isn’t worth it.

Disappointed in some of the amenities and furnishings.

Toilet paper holder broken.
Towels-none for hot tub and clean towel policy is not customer friendly.
Pots and specifically pans for cooking are inferior, potentially unhealthy and certainly worn and need to be replaced.
No dresser in bedroom and no place to put clothes-great for 20 something’s and horrible for those of us that expect comfortable living arrangements.

Parking space in garage is worthless for anyone driving a pickup truck.

Chair in bedroom is worthless and takes up space that could/should be used for a chest of drawers
No patio furniture while all other units do have patio furniture.

Pillows were extremely large and uncomfortable to try and use while sleeping.

Great unit and in a great location a 5 minute or less drive to River Run. Overall great experience staying here and would return. They have a heated garage for one car. This was extra special as the week there Keystone got over 20” of snow.

The place was very modern and new. Clean, outdoor hot tub and great location! Only complaint is the bathroom rug being in a little rough shape. Normally a clean towel is given for a rug, but this was a rug with toothpaste and looked very warn. I’m a germaphobe so that might not bother others!

Really nice unit - almost brand new, very clean. No air which was OK with outside temperatures around 80. Could use a set of patio furniture, we had to carry out chairs and use a cooler for a table..

Super clean, spacious unit. Very quiet except Hwy 6 is loud with windows open. Well stocked and great decor. Hot tub outside the unit was nice and relaxing.

This was a fantastic condo for my stay in Keystone. Very well equipped and tastefully furnished. As a bonus, this apartment was a very easy walk, along a private road/walking trail, to the Peru chair for direct access to the mountain. My only feedback was that the apartment is close to a street light, so block out blinds would have been appreciated, there is also some white noise from the air circulators in the building, much like a hotel (not really sure what the purpose of these things is).

This was a cute, comfortable unit for my husband and me. It's a bit of a walk to the lifts, about a half mile, but there is a shuttle (short ride there, long ride back). In the summer, this would be very convenient; the path is right outside!

We had a wonderful time the unit is in a brand new building very clean and convenient location close to Keystone ski lifts. The unit was as shown and described, very clean, well equipped. Locker and heated garage were a plus for our stay.

We stayed in Clearwater Lofts 104 in Sept 2022. It’s a beautiful place!
A little tricky to find/determine initially which building/access/parking but we liked it very much. It’s very secure. Go for a walk in the area, about 2 blocks away there’s a small bridge & beautiful views. (There was no river view as advertised, I guess this was it?)
The mattress & couch are in need of an update, neither was very firm, although I believe this unit is quite new.
The kitchen is very minimally stocked. They do have a toaster & keurig, which weren’t listed amenities (& we would have used.)
The shower curtain set up was odd, with the liner bottom hitting above the top of the tub.
There was a huge hornets nest hanging on our deck. (I mean really big!) It took a couple of calls before a very nice & helpful maintenance man took care of it. Nice little deck, but no deck chairs. We ended up moving the dining chairs out there after the hornet’s nest was removed.
Overall this is a nice place. I would just recommend a little more supervisory attention. I’m sure the cleaners are on a tight schedule, do their jobs & move on.

We enjoyed our stay in Keystone. The condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The required app was helpful, although the check in time (4:30pm) is very late in the day given that the check out time was at 10:00am.

I had a conference at the Keystone Conference Center and this place is located right across the street. It was beautiful inside and very quiet. I loved that it has a designated parking spot and plenty of room for myself. The entire process was easy from picking up the keys to finding the property. I would love to come back again soon.

We stayed here in early August 2022. This place is relatively new and is in a great location. Short bike ride to Keystone center and lake. It's right by a bike/walk trail along the Snake River. The negatives about this new unit are, NOICE from the nearby street (Hwy 6), only enough silverware and dinnerware for 4 people (have to constantly clean dishes), and no access to the resort pool nearby (the hot tub was not in service).

We stayed in the Clearwater Lofts #104, Building 3 this July/August and it was a beautiful condo! Really close to the river and the Mountain House. It would be great for the ski season. The condo was beautiful and very clean. It was just like the pictures shown on the website. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was awesome! Lots of room for a one bedroom condo! We enjoyed our stay! Did some amazing hikes and loved eating at the Sunshine Cafe and Sauce On The Blue. We would highly recommend this condo and the Summit County Mountain Retreats! They’re easy to book with and the checkin process is so convenient! Great rental company!

The condo was in an excellent location . It was right outside the bike path. The kitchen was a bit low on basics but the property management was extremely responsive. Never used the hot tub , it seemed oddly placed but available. You can hear US6 with the windows open but nothing white noise can't help. Overall , it was 4,5/5

This was the perfect condo for our family of 3’s adventure. The community was very quiet, as we came in off season.
The only recommendation I have would be to add an additional lock to the door. Our 2 year old son was able to pull the handle and open the door without any trouble. Just a suggestion for general safety as well. We do understand that things are generally pretty safe in the mountains but it would be horrible if I young child got stuck or lost outside in the cold!

Overall happy with unit. The complex is still under construction so no hot tub yet. Unit advertised as having provided filtered coffee but what was provided wasn’t designed for full sized drip coffee maker so bring your on.

We really enjoyed the proximity to the slopes and the bus service is right there to take you to the Mountain House West. The apartment is new, stylish and has almost everything you need in the kitchen. Heated garage spot is a big plus.
The only minor thing: please place a plunger in the unit so your guests can quickly resolve a clogged toilet situation and not wait for the maintenance which can take up to few hours.

Overall great experience. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It’s a newer building which is nice. It is just a short walk to the shuttle which was very convenient. Well decorated and comfortable furniture. I appreciated being able to park in the heated garage. The kitchen is minimally stocked so if you plan to do a lot of cooking it might not have everything you need. There are no extra amenities in the building so if that’s what you want this might not be the place for you.

The condo is nicely furnished, clean, and has ample parking (one garage spot and plenty of outdoor). The location is a short walk to the water (paddleboarding/SUP) and the slopes as well as the conference center some nice hiking and biking trails without having to drive. The management company was very thorough in instructions and directions and very responsive. The only suggestion is to add outdoor furniture to be able to sit outside.

We booked the condo over the July 4th weekend. We launched our boat at the Dillon Marina. Which for us was super convenient from the condo. The condo was nice and clean. The condo got a little warm during the day but cooled of nicely at night with open windows. I would recommend a couple of ceiling fans to help with air movement. The condo was a little noisy at night. Probably because the windows were open and the fact that it faces the highway. I’m totally not trying to nitpick, but a clothes iron would have been nice too. Overall I would strongly recommend the condo to any singles, couples, or small families.
