This place is a cute one bedroom perfect for a quick ski trip. The condo is small but has everything you need - comfortable bed, good kitchen, hot shower, etc. I do recommend you run the humidifiers especially at night as the air is dry. Walk to the slopes was an easy 5 minutes and lots of shops and restaurants all within 5 minutes. Highly recommend this place and would definitely rent again when we come back.

The Dakota Lodge was in the best location. Just steps from anything you could need, including the gondola and ski lifts. The hot tubs and sauna were great after the long ski days. The condo was very well stocked with just about every necessity you could think of. My only complaint would be the firmness of the mattress, but overall we enjoyed our time at the Dakota Lodge very much and would definitely stay here again.

I’ll start by saying that Jessica at the front desk was great and went out of her way to help us with check in.
The pictures on this listing are old and misleading as the view is now obstructed due to new construction.
This unit is ti-ny! It’s big enough for 2 people but was too small for us and our 2 kids.
“The largest pool in Keystone” as they put it is just an average size and nothing to brag about.
If you’re a sports fan you’re SOL here as they only had Roku. We were very disappointed that we couldn’t watch NFL or college football- not even on national broadcast channels.
The check in time not being until 4:30 is ridiculous.
We won’t be staying here again.

Our stay at the Dakota Lodge was exactly what my two boys and I wanted. The space was tight with all of our bags and gear, but we made it work just fine. We wanted easy access to the lifts, River Run Village, and a great view of the mountain. This spot delivered, and there was a small gas or electric fire place that created instant heat, and that was nice after a day in which h cold. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but everything else was perfect.

Very comfortable condo for 2 people for a few days getaway. Could have comfortably brought our 2 Littles & still had space. Clean condo & well kept property. Cute little shops/restaurants within walking distance. Lovely little ski town although we very much enjoyed our visit during the Summer.. Only complaint was the speed of the elevator.

Had to plunge toilet as soon as I entered unit the toilet was overflowing. The unit was not serviced until almost 2 days after I notified the property management. They offered no time frame and I had to call several times. Imagine going to the mountains for vacation and having the luxury of holding your bodily functions for a long time because you want to be respectful of the unit, only to get little to no service from the property management or VRBO. Very disappointed in this experience. The location was great, the condo facilities were nice, overall unit was a solid 4/5 if the toilet worked, but without a working toilet, its just a disaster. I should've paid more for an extra bathroom or a better unit. This experience motivates me to just stick with hotels. They can offer another room or actually service their units. 3 out of 5 because location was good and the unit was pretty clean, minor dust but not anything major dirty.

Location was amazing! Short walk to lifts. Heated garage to park in. Very clean. Small with the fold out bed opened up but nothing we didnt expect. View if slopes and pool. Very cozy. Perfect for what we wanted. Great price during non peak times. Would definitely stay again!

It was a nice view of the slopes and the pool. There were a couple blind slats that were missing, so a little more light came in, but otherwise it was private and relatively dark for sleeping. The queen bed was harder than I like, but I’d rather have a harder mattress than one that you sink towards the other person. The pillows and cushions were very nice. The kitchen pans and appliances allowed for cooking flexibility (crockpot, blender, pots, pans, teapot,...).

Loved the view from our window and the convenience to the Gondola and the pedestrian area with shops and restaurants. Did not like pillow selection; too tall and too firm. One elevator was insufficient for the number of units in the building.

Comfortable one bed unit with nicely equipped kitchen and fireplace. 5 minute walk to gondola, and the restaurants in Keystone. Only issue is that there aren’t keys for the ski locker so you have to bring your skied inside each evening (or check it at the ski storage near the gondola for $5/night)

This unit was perfect for our wants and needs! Just put of the main street so you don't get the crazy hub bub of sound, 5 minutes walking to everything in the village, great pool and hot tub, dry sauna (no steam room) and underground parking so you don't have to worry about where to park. Highly recommend and would definitely go back

This property has a balcony that provides the most gorgeous view of the mountains, as long as you don't mind some noise. The balcony is right over a courtyard that provides a pool and hot tub that is used for a couple of the properties. At times it was extremely loud with children screaming all day. The interior of the property is charming though the TV was incredibly difficult to use as the internet connected to it was extremely slow and it is a bit out of date. The screen door was broken when we got there but it was fixed immediately. There were plenty of things provided for us including dishes, supplies, etc which was greatly appreciated. The couch and chair have old leather. Customer Service was incredibly helpful. Overall I would recommend the property to a friend but there are a few things that could definitely be addressed.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and has a nice view of the River Run slope.
The apartment is as advertised. It looks recently remodeled. Good furniture, a comfortable bed (I haven't tested the sofa in the living room), new kitchen appliances and cookware. It's very clean except for a tiny spot of what looks like mold or mildew in a crack above the bathtub.
My only suggestion to the owners is to add a cutting board to their array of cookware.
The advertised check-in time was 4:30, but the key cards were ready at least by 4:10. The rental agency communicates very proactively, -- they send you plenty of emails and sms with information (helpful, in my view), -- so, I wish they would've notified me as soon as the keys were ready.

Great place to stay for 2 people. Short walk to lifts. Garage parking, hot tubs and laundry a plus. Several maintenance issues needed attention and should have been done before we arrived. Mattress topper was not comfortable due to shifting. Plenary of closet space. Easy checkin procedures. Coming back next season.

Excellent accomodations. Will definitely plan on returning. Only drawback to the Dakota is that there is only one SLOW elevator to service that whole facility! Don’t know what if anything that could be done to improve that shortcoming.

The unit was as described - queen bed, pull out sofa, was perfect for me and my son. It was clean and what we needed for a quick weekend trip...easy walking distance to the River Run Gondola. Probably about 500 - 600 square feet total...not luxurious but it was fairly priced and perfect for what we needed.

Had a lovely getaway weekend here!
Loved the location, the super comfy bed and couches, the excellent view, and the kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking. Even a waffle iron! Loved the pool, two hot tubs, and sauna. Also loved the all natural soaps in the unit!
Only a couple of things were not up to standard and were very very small (but did matter enough to mention). The heating system feels really temperamental/inaccurate. If you set it to 60, the unit will be boiling hot. The other is smaller but important especially as the days get darker -- the two lamps in the living room have these really gross bluish fluorescent bulbs that make the cozy condo feel clinical. Get warm tinted LEDs!
Overall lovely stay and absolutely would and will recommend.

I am so happy I decided to stay at Dakota Lodge during our vacation in Colorado! The view from our balcony was amazing and so peaceful! We overlooked the amazing pool and hot tub with mountains in the back. The condo was clean and comfortable with everything you need. There is an entire little village of shops and restaurants behind the building that I did not know about but once I found it was amazed that we didn’t even have to leave our little area!

A great location. A short walk to the gondola, restaurants, and shops! Condo was great! Nicely furnished and all the extras you find in a home (nice stock of dishes, cookware, etc.). Even little extra available like a humidifier for the condo and hangers in the closet. Towels were quality, thick and fluffy. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and everything you need for your stay in Keystone. Plenty of parking and only steps from Keystone Vilage and the lifts. Unit was quiet, clean, and easily accessible. Management was quick to respond and did their best to accommodate special requests.

Are flight was delayed and got to the office really late but it was still super easy to get our keys! The lodge was very comfortable and right in the River Run Village! The gondola was very close and made getting on the mountain easy and fast every morning. Would stay again for sure! Thanks

The one bedroom condo was quite cozy and adequate for two people, clean, and nice view of the mountain. Had good assortment of cooking/eating utensils and dishes. Like the ease of the gas fireplace, no mess, and the balcony was a plus, as well as the warm garage with elevator, luggage carts, ski lockers, and hot tub/heated pool.

Located in the heart of River Run in Keystone. We stayed here for a long weekend in January and loved the property. Comfortable and convenient. Favorites were the gas fireplace and premium bedding and towels.

This Lodge is located right on the slopes and near the shops. The living-room and kitchen were an added bonus so that we could cook a meal after a long day out on the slopes and relax and watch tv. The view of the slopes from the dinning room table is breathtaking. It was the perfect space for our family to relax and enjoy.

We loved our stay here and the views were amazing. It was the perfect location for our Anniversary weekend getaway. The place and bed were both very cozy. We were also very close to both Keystone and A-basin, which made it very easy and at night able to walk to both dinner and night life locations.

Amazing View. You can view the gondola from the comfort of the couch and balcony. Wow incredible.
Clean dishes were dirty. They were cabinets dirty. The pans and pots had black filth on them and were ruined. Carpet is wore out.
PRIME location. I would recommend but ask they clean better. Also 2 parking passes, I had to drive back for the other one.

My husband and I like the condo experience that allows us to get close to the slopes and still cook for ourselves. This unit is about 2 blocks from the gondola with red wagons everywhere to help carry equipment. The City Market in Dillon is a huge grocery - easy to find the food we prefer. The kitchen was not well appointed, say 3 out of 10, in comparison to other rental homes. But sufficient to cook our breakfast and dinner if you keep it simple. One regular non-stick fry pan, with plastic spatula. A couple of saucepans and one (burned up) large pot. Small cutting board. no great knives. The bed was OK, not great and the heat a bit difficult to manage. We loved the fireplace. Very nice spas and pool, outside. Comfortable furniture.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Perfect location, short walk to the lifts. Perfect to come back for lunch, and also made it easy for my wife to take a break while I stayed on the slopes. Parking is easy, and very simple to get back to the main road. Great view from the condo. Quiet at night. Spent one night in wit her the fireplace, and walked to eat the other two nights. I would definitely recommend this property, great experience at a fair price!

This property was overall pretty great. Very comfortable and clean for the most part. Great location and stocked with TP. papertowels, dish soap, coffee and toiletries to get you started. Nice little deck for coffee in the mornings. The furniture is very comfortable and the bed was ok to sleep on as well.
The only complaint we had was the elevator. It was slow - would go down when it said up and overall was a MAJOR pain. It clearly is in need of maintenance.
