I had rented our place for 13 days. Our stay was very good. We chose this place because we planned to ski the Dillon area. The place was clean. Plenty of linens. TV's in both bedrooms and living area. We had storage locker for ski's. They only allow one parking space so we had to n park our second car about a 1/2 mile away. A minor inconvenience. Overall our stay was very good.

We loved the Condo! It had everything we needed! Great location loved being able to walk to ice rink, restaurants, Spa and corner store. Short drive to mountain to snowboard. I also want to comment on the sheets they were so soft and the blankets were so cozy, hard to get out of bed! We will definitely be back!

Second time staying here & my last. With late afternoon check in treasure hunt & 1000 checkout w/ fees attached if delayed my 2 night stay got shrunk. Oh and remember to start the dishwasher & pull you trash. Both shoulder season stays i experienced breakdowns (tv first then elevator) second bath shower still needs new mixer valve not repaired from last visit
Fireplace functional but 1 log & no accessories or resources to get some
Not being Visit ready earlier & exit punch list requirements sours the memory. You can get other guests to do the work. Next keystone stay I’ll be somewhere else.

Outdated condo but great location. King bed was very comfortable. Great if you aren't looking for anything fancy. Very close to Keystone slopes and nearby towns. Nice trails nearby and you can even walk to some restaurants.

Nice LARGE 2 bdrm with convenient location. I'll never understand why so many owners don't invest in good mattresses for their guests. We want to sleep well! Time to upgrade. One parking space is a hassle. Water was shut off at 830 a.m. with no notification. That was ugly, especially with a 10 a.m. check out, although we were allowed extra time.

This is a very nice, spacious condo and worked well for our family of four. We opted to drive to the slopes every day, but the shuttle is stop is super close and would be an easy option.

The reviews on this unit do not reflect the condition of the unit. I believe it rated at 4.8 stars when we booked. This unit is NOT that nice, when considering 5 stars is the best that exists. It is basic, but too many dated furnishings, poor maintenance (blinds that both function properly, and some are not even there, plumbing back-ups, worn mattresses, closet doors off their track, windows that don't completely close), that make even 4 stars a lofty goal. Location is great for the lakeside village and convention center, and I suppose at the price point it suffices, but let's not fool anyone that it is nearly the best unit in all aspects.

We had a great time at this stay. It was more than enough space for the 6 of us. We loved the location and big windows. The furniture was all very comfortable and were able to watch tv all together. I wish it was easier to access some streaming services on the tv as we only were able to watch cable, but we made it work. Overall good experience.

We spent 4 nights in this clean, spacious home and had a great time. The kids enjoyed the pool and having the shuttle to the ski area was a bonus. The location worked very well for us. We did have an issue with the main TV, which was fixed in a timely manner. Management was very attentive. We would stay here again.

SCMR makes the rental process so easy. The rental itself was pretty dated, but it is spacious and easy to find. There is a full set of stairs down when you walk in the door to the unit- just something to be aware of. Only things we were really disappointed about was the main tv in the living room was not working well- probably the DISH receiver. There was also no basic kitchen supplies provided like salt/pepper, cooking oil, or coffee which was advertised. The main thermostat did not seem to control anything. The bedrooms were very hot and the living space was quite cold. We would stay again but with hopes that some changes are made.

We had a great guys trip, nice cozy condo with tons of space to spread out and put on all of our snowboard gear. Awesome location next to keystone, easy 10 minute drive to A basin or down into town. The elevator is a huge plus, we stayed in a different condo nearby the previous year and walking three flights of stairs in snowboard gear after a long day was truly a beating.

Perfect location for our family ski trip. The house was the perfect size for our group of 5. The beds were very comfy. The only downside was the humidifiers either didn't work or had mold in them so we were unable to use them. The house could use updating, but was a very comfortable stay.

We loved how spacious the place was, with a full kitchen and two bathrooms. We loved all the windows there are to be able to see the beautiful scenery. It is such a fun area with a pond with peddle boats and paddle boards, and big fish you can feed. There are places to eat within walking distance and a small grocery store with souvenirs also. We loved it and would love to go back someday!

The place was beautiful and spacious with gorgeous views from every window! The staff was very attentive and helpful to us while we were there. The grounds are beautiful and provided ample space to enjoy walking and biking. Close to everything that we needed and close enough to take day trips to other small towns. The accommodations were extremely impressive around the rental. I was so happy with the amenities and how spotless the place was cleaned. They made sure from beginning to end we had a lovely stay, and all of our needs were covered. We stayed in Keystone in mid-June and had a terrific time, despite the Covid-19 pandemic. Checking in was a breeze, and the staff were helpful and informative. The unit met all our needs, and the kitchen was fully stocked.

Spent four nights and 5 days in Decatur #1786. Our group of eight had no problems whatsoever in this space. More than enough room for everyone. Only a couple of things that could improve the space, mattress in master was way too soft and lacked any type of support. Sheets were not comfortable and had lots of static. Also could not fully open refrigerator doors. The space in the kitchen between the counter and wall would not allow them to be fully opened. Although, still a great location and great stay!!

We loved everything about this place. We went during the Winter and found the place well kept and clean. We were pleasantly surprised the bus for the Keystone lifts were very near by and even ran for night skiing sessions. Lobby lockers were a plus too. Rental was quiet, warm and spacious. We took full advantage of the wood burning fireplace and found no lack of firewood. Checking in and out was very easy. Management was friendly and quick to respond to questions. We are looking forward to coming back out to enjoy the Summer months here as well, so we can enjoy the nearby lake area.

We loved our stay at Decatur 1786. The unit had great common space and a beautiful view of the mountains, a fully equipped kitchen and easy access to ski via the shuttle. I would recommend this unit to others traveling to Keystone. It's the perfect, cozy place to spend time with friends after a long day on the mountain!

The place was clean and had a good location. Some drawer handles were broken and overall the place could use some updates such as new couches, updated bathrooms etc. I would rate this a $350+ per night place. For location I would rate this a $200 per night. We didn’t have access to the parking garage and had to park outside as well. No gym or fitness facility onsite but the pool and hot tub were great. Overall stay was good and would rebook if the price was $150 less.

Spacious, clean with huge windows providing wonderful views and great cross breezes. Huge family room. Nice pool and hot tub about a block away (toward the lake). Parking was plentiful in the safe lot adjacent to the condo. Management company provided extra towels as needed. Little bit of up and down stairs to get to the room for hauling your gear, but a great set up otherwise. Great access to walking/bike paths, Keystone and it is on a quiet street. Windows have up/down blinds so you will have privacy as needed. Coins for laundry available at nearby Keystone Lodge (5 minute walk).

We really enjoyed our stay here. There was a great set-up for 6 of us. Kiddos in one room and Hubby and I in the other. And we even got a king bed!! It was clean and def had a real "at home" feel about it. There were only a couple things that I would change if it were mine. There were zero condiments there. Just even essential like salt and pepper. Who want to buy that when your only there for 3 days? Also, the knives in ours were not hardly sharp enough to cut an apple. The pool and paddle boats were a huge hit with our older 3 kids. They have already asked when we can go back. :)

This was a nice 2 BD, 2 bath rental. It is located so that you will need to go downstairs every time you enter the unit and then back up when you leave. It is about a 15 minute walk from any ski lift. Was convenient to Lakeside Village area. Would have liked to have recycling containers or bags so we could have done that. Also having more matches and having some kindling would have helped to light the wood burning fireplace.

It was our first adventure with this company and at this location. While we were not at all unhappy with our stay (because we know how to have a great time), a few things could've been better.
The unit photos are a little deceiving in that once you open the unit door, you walk downstairs to get to the "basement level" unit. The wall of windows facing the mountain does help to open it up.
The couches were most uncomfortable, while the beds were superbly comfortable. It would be helpful to know where to get firewood and please, please be sure there are matches or a working fire-starter to light the fire (for us, there was none, but we luckily managed anyway). Several dishes were dirty in the cupboard, so we put them in the dishwasher, but they should have been clean to start.
The location was fantastic and with a walk around the lake we found restaurants/pubs/shops within walking distance of the unit, which was superb. The hotel restaurant, while expensive, is fantastic and worth the splurge.
Would have liked a later check-out time without needing to pay extra.

We loved this place! It was a great location and was very quiet all around the town. This made it easy to do any activity we wanted to without having to worry about a reservation (we went during mid-august). It was great having a quiet base to come back to after a full day of activity mountain biking, snow tubing, etc.
The apartment was very enjoyable and only had a few minor maintenance items that didn't impede anything. The management company was professional and helpful.

It was a 4 day stay for a conference with family members along. The rental was very nice with plenty of room. It was very quiet. The description of the property was accurate. The unit was clean. I would recommend this to family. Enjoyed pizza in Lakeside Village. The walk to River Run is long, but enjoyable. Took a lot of evening walks which were enjoyable.

The beds were very comfortable. There were 3 of us, but it could have accommodated 5 or 6.
Reasonably Priced & Great location!
Beautiful views - loved the large picture windows that spaned the entire length of the wall!
Close to restaurants. Indoor pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, & grills available.
We attended a conference and it was a great location with a walkway that went under the main road.
Only a couple of minor hiccups, which would not stop me from staying here again;
1. Coffee pot did not work, but the maintenance come over within a couple of hours with a brand new coffee pot.
2. Sometimes the key card did not work, but we just kept trying it and finally got it to work.
3. There are 2 short flights of stairs that go down into the main area of property, which was a bit of an issue for my spouse who has bad knees. If you have trouble with stairs, this property may not be the best option for you.
4. Could not find the dumpster to dispose of trash at the end of our stay. Finally a person told us it was in the parking garage, but we could not access it.
5. Only 2 wine glasses available, but no worries because we brought our own nonbreakable wine glasses!

My family recently stayed in Decatur 1786 for 4 nights and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very spacious and had an open kitchen/dining/living area that was great for dining together and just hanging out after a long day of exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the property was well maintained.
We were very satisfied with this condo and definitely plan on staying there again.

Layout was very conducive for families and very open. The only downside to this unit is the fact that you have to go down 2 flights of stairs to get into the condo and there is no balcony or patio. Not sure how you would get out in an emergency.

This was a great unit with a lot of room to spread out. The bedrooms and living area are very spacious. Right outside the complex is the shuttle stop to take you to the mountain. For the unit, location, and complex amenities I give it a 5 star. Only complaint is the limited amount of cooking supplies.

This Keystone condo is a wonderful property, located on the Lakeside of Keystone resort. The accommodations were spacious, well maintained, very clean and the wood-burning fireplace makes for a great winter holiday experience. The property management company provided excellent communications, and we received prompt service during our stay when requesting more firewood, etc. We highly recommend this property!

The condo was great!!!!! So warm and welcoming. Loved the real fire place! The only complaints relate to the kitchen. Too scarcely equipped in there, bare bones kitchen supplies. And the refridgerator is WAY too big for the space. Doors are too big, the right door won't stay open because it butts up against a wall. Chairs at tall table are super uncomfortable too. The beds were VERY comfortable though! Wanted to take the mattress home :) also, one of the room/building keys didn't work so had to call someone to come let me in. Super super annoying when it's -4 outside! The view was amazing
