This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 8 with two king beds and two queen beds. It features vaulted ceilings that lend an open feel and the kitchen has granite countertops. There are two private decks with mountain views. A private sauna on the lower level. Private laundry, wood-burning fireplace, and a private garage. The central Keystone location allows for easy access to all the resort and Arapahoe Basin.

The entryway has a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience. The living area features vaulted ceilings with wood beams, a beautiful wood-burning fireplace with floor-to-ceiling stone, and a smart TV. Just off the living area is the first private deck that faces south offering mountain and slope views in the distance. Sit back and enjoy the views or take advantage of the grill for additional cooking options.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. Enjoy the family meals around the brand new dining table that seats eight. Next to the dining table is a wine cooler. There are two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The laundry room is on the main level near the stairs.

Also on the main level is the first guest bedroom, featuring a queen-sized bed. The second deck is just through this room and it faces north offering treed and mountain views, seating, and access to greenspace. The bathroom for the main level is attached to this room and the kitchen. It has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Downstairs, just off the garage, is a room with a private sauna and shower area.

Upstairs are two master suites and another guest bedroom. The first master bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops. This bathroom is spacious with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower with a bench. It is newly remodeled. The second master bedroom features a king-sized bed. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

*Please note that we have a minimum age and night requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older and a minimum of 2 nights must be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation. The homeowner also leaves one vehicle permanently parked on one side of the two car garage. Parking at this rental includes one garage space and 2 outdoor spaces in the driveway.

Wonderful stay during spring break

We loved this property very much, it’s spacious, nicely decorated and clean, has everything you need and it’s located very close to the lifts and River run village. The club house offers indoor pool and gym, which the kids loved.

We would definitely book it again!

Excellent property that easily fit 6 friends with room for more. Great location and an astounding view. Locker room downstairs and stocked firewood was very nice to have. Unfortunately the sauna was broken and the management company couldn't get it fixed in the 4+ weeks leading up to our stay. Instead, they pointed me to the neighborhood sauna, but that too was broken. Fortunately, they had a hot tub at the clubhouse, but that too was essentially broken (barley warm). Loved the house and would stay there again, but only on the condition things were in good working order. I also found it disingenuous that despite knowing these things were broken, they continued to advertise them as working and available.

Thank you for your honest review! We are sorry to hear that the neighborhood amenities were not up to your liking and we wish we could have got them working, but unfortunately those are managed by the HOA and not us here at SCMR, but we will for sure be following up with them about this!

The unit was perfect for our family. It was warm and cozy, clean and convenient! The kitchen had a good supply of pots & pans which was great for cooking in. The TV was set up for watching some of our Christmas favorites!

The house was amazing. Very clean and comfortable.
The only disappointment was that we did not have access to the clubhouse. This was a family reunion and we enjoy all the amenities that were offered in the clubhouse. There were no Covid restrictions at the time, so it was unclear why no one was able to use the clubhouse. It was one of the reasons that we chose this unit.

We are sorry that the clubhouse was not available for your stay. We completely understand that this was a key factor in your decision to book this property. The HOA of the property, who manages the clubhouse, has decided to not open the clubhouse to guests so it is something completely out of our control.
