This rental was everything we expected! It was tucked away and was so peaceful! The place was clean and well kept The location is great because you can cut through to Breckenridge on a 20 minute scenic route that is GORGEOUS! Great hosts - Great place - Great location!

Easily big enough for our family of four. Private corner location close to the pool. The best view of the top of the mountain in the upstairs loft bedroom. Hot water. Good beds. Walkable to three great Keystone trails. Close to Dillon, Keystone. Quieter than almost any place we’ve rented before. Perfect for the price.

Definitely smaller than the pictures make it look. The views out of #1186 were awful, frankly non-existent which kinda stunk. Out of the 3 roku's only 1 worked and it was in the shared bedroom, not the master or the living room. There were a few lamps that you simply couldn't turn on as the know was broke off. The master bedroom was extremely tiny and there was not a full length mirror in the condo. The building had SUPER squeaky doors and extremely thin walls, at least 4 nights of our stay I woke up in a panic because I thought someone had got into condo when in reality, someone was just in the hall outside.None of these things were detrimental to our stay, but were tiny annoyances that added up. It also wasn't exactly easy to find. All we were given was the room # but when you get there, the campus is broken into building numbers 1-10 and you kind of have to search to find a map that'll tell you which building your room is in. Im sure theres more I could gripe on, but hey, it's in Colorado, we were there to be outside anyway.

Stayed here last week of February’23. Beautiful setting and close to everything in Keystone. Total of 4 adults in our party. Downstairs bedroom bunkbed not ideal for adults but it was fine.

The unit itself was very nice and we had a great time there. The only negative was that the hot tub and pool were being serviced during our stay.

The condo is very nice, but there were some condition issues with electrical and USB sockets. The dishwasher handle was damaged and we were unable to open. The coffee maker had a broken top so the water did not all go through to the carafe. We notified the property management company about the electrical problems and dishwasher, but opted to not have them repaired during our stay.
The unit is quiet except for the baseboard heaters. The unit was very clean. It would be nice to know what is supplied already in the condo (like type of coffee maker) so you can plan on what to bring with you. Parking is close. A map for unit location would be helpful.

We had a great time and the facilities were great. The Condo is a short drive/bus ride to the resort. The Condo was fully stocked, comfortable beds and very clean. Plenty of space for everyone, and great storage for your snow gear. Also, the property manager was very communicative with lots of important information

Our Thanksgiving tradition is to spend it with family and friends who own a unit in Flying Dutchman. Nice unit, however there are some things that could have improved our stay. As an Airbnb owner myself it would be helpful to have instructions on how to work the TVs available on the mantel. Also TVs in the bedrooms were not working until we discovered the batteries in the remotes were dead and there were no replacement batteries in the condo. A step on the staircase was loose (maintenance was notified) but could cause a fall on the stairs. Kitchen has lots of dishes, pots and pans, however only salt and pepper. It would be nice to have some vegetable spray, ketchup/mustard packets and tea (for those of us who do not drink coffee) available. Also some beach towels for the pool would be nice.

The downstairs toilet ran. The pull out couch was broken. I could not sit on the couch without sinking. The updates to the upstairs bedroom were terrific. The steps are very tight. It was difficult to get luggage up the stairs. The carpet in the hallways had a mildew smell.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The kids thought the spiral staircase and bunk beds were fun. The location was perfect for getting everywhere we wanted to during our stay.
Reason for the 4 star rating is that the electrical in the place is screwy. Lights, tv, and a Wii systems we couldn't get working. In the upstairs master bedroom I'd step in a certain place and the lights and TV would shut off. Again, not huge issues but minor inconveniences.
Also, as other reviewers mentioned, the people below love to smoke the devil's lettuce every evening. Went to open the deck doors and had to quickly shut them. So if you're hoping to enjoy the mountain air in the evening you may end up enjoying something else.

This unit was tucked away in a quiet wooded area, but still close to everything we wanted to do. We were able to take advantage of the full kitchen and gas grill to cook meals when we wanted to stay in. The unit was stylish and well-appointed, and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. We can't wait to come back!

We knew the complex was older but the unit had some decent updates. Just a few things needed attention like stubborn kitchen drawers and a bathroom light fixture exposed above the shower becaues the cover was missing. Layout was great for our needs. Nothing we could have known necessarily beforehand, but someone in the unit below us (who was a resident and not a renter) smoked pot every evening, which obviously stank. We had to close all our windows and doors, which was a pain because we were trying to cool the condo off in the evening. Always like renting with SCMR because they're pricing and communication are good.

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The condo is located close to several biking paths and only a few minutes away from the river, lakes and town shops. The condo had everything we needed, was clean and quiet. Check in and check out were very smooth and easy. We would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for our family of 5. The pull-out couch was broken when we tried to use it, but when we notified the property manager, they sent maintenance over right away to fix it. We would definately stay there again!

The condo was the perfect place for our 4 person stay.
The unit is clean and beds and pillows are very comfortable.
There are Hiking trails for summer and a ski resort for winter very close by.

This property was easy to check into and was in a great spot right off the main road. It’s very peaceful and has everything you need. We stayed there for five days and were happy with the accommodations. My only complaint would be that the master bedroom is pretty small and difficult to maneuver around when trying to get ready as there isn’t a good place in the bathroom or bedroom to do hair/makeup. However, we were mostly there to explore so this wasn’t a big deal. Overall it was great and we would definitely book it again!

Flying Dutchman 1186 worked out real well for my family of 5. Property was clean all around and quiet at night. The sleeper sofa is not in the best shape but we made it work. Good location to Keystone and not a bad drive to Breck and Vail. Check in process was very easy. Plenty of parking onsite

From the outside, the condos look a little dated. But once you step inside #1186, that look goes away. You feel like you’re in a cabin, but with an updated environment. The inside is beautiful. The only 2 things that we didn’t like, was that the ceiling fan was pretty dirty. And there was dust built up on the back of one of the couches. The furniture looks pretty, but was pretty uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was great! The kitchen was fully equipped, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall ambiance was great!! We really enjoyed our stay!

This is my 3rd stay in the Flying Dutchman area. This is off season and I find it to be a very good value. This unit needs better lighting, lamp shade in 1st floor bedroom is broken. Ceiling fan in living room has over 1/4 of dust on the blades. 5 dishes in cabinet where not clean with food residue dried on them. Bathrooms and bedding where clean. Please invest in some higher lumen lightbulbs. It is dark in there.This unit is on the 2nd floor. ps, bring bottled water, thank you

This rental was perfect for us. The unit was immaculate and beautifully renovated. Such a nice environment for a special weekend. Check in was a breeze too. The only thing missing was a trash can in the kitchen. The bathrooms could use larger trash cans too.

Check-in was great, there was constant communication from the management company. The leather furniture in the living room looked great, but the cushions were a bit flat. The kitchen had all of the necessities to cook with, good quality pots, pans, knives, etc. The Weber grill was clean and awesome to cook on. Beds slept well, the master bedroom gets early morning sun that can't be blocked, but the master shower was awesome. Bathrooms were clean and good overall. Only issue we had was that the heat was set to 65, but it was 80 inside and the dining room heater was running. Turned the thermostat down and never had another issue. I would stay here again, it was great for 3 people.

The condo was in a great location near Keystone resort and appeared to be very update in comparison to the age of the property in general. Having the kitchen and grill was perfect considering the lack of dine-in options right now. For the price, this was an unbeatable experience. Check-in process is a little goofy with having to go to a different location where the office is but once you figure that out, everything else is a breeze.

Overall the location was perfect and the space was well designed. Our only qualms were the pillows and bed which are very much a personal preference and not something we would ask them to change. The master bedroom upstairs is well suited for two adults-- the wall heater does make a loud noise but we just turned it off and didn't have any issues. The host provides plenty of extra blankets. The TV is plenty big and has a good sound system. Kitchen has nearly everything you might need to cook meals; we were able to make a Thanksgiving feast here with everything provided and some extra pans.

This is a nice clean and cozy apartment, easy check-in. Fresh and clean linens just like in a hotel. You can cook your own meals. Great for a family of 6. We will come back and stay again.

Stayed here for 3 days on a snowboarding trip with my 13 and 15 yr olds. Check in was easy despite arriving after midnight. Super clean and comfortable. Will be looking to stay here again on the next trip.

The accommodation was perfectly located between Keystone, Dillon and Frisco. My wife and three teenage daughters thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a clean modern apartment. We stayed at the Flying Dutchman January 2020 and wouldn't hesitate in staying there again.

The house was comfortable and I would recommend this rental to anybody staying in Keystone. The heating was hard to control and the lighting took awhile to figure out. There are 4 or 5 different controls to set the heat which was ok after we figured it out and the light switches in the bedrooms did not turn on the lights you had to use the lamps in the bedrooms.

Our stay was great!! The condo itself was updated nicely and the location was quite and perfectly located. The pool and hot tub were perfect, especially after going on the horseback trail ride at the Keystone Stables that is located just up the road. I will say that if you are a coffee drinker be sure to bring the coffee, creamer, etc.

The rental was great. The beds were very comfortable and the location was quiet. The directions were thorough and everything on the property was easily accessible. We travelled with 3 adults and this location was perfect. This would also be a great condo for a family. The fans in the room were a good bonus. We used them to bring in some fresh, mountain air on the warm days!

7day spring ski trip, the unit was amazing. Pictures are very accurate, condo was exceptional clean and well stocked. Very pleased overall with the stay. One 3 small negatives about the condo. 1, parking lot is extremely dark and not lit well, 2, the electric baseboard heater in the upstairs master bedroom was extremely noisy, could not run it and sleep at the same time so we just preheated the room before bed and shut it off. 3. There was no information in the unit about where the hot tub was or how to access it. There were two out of date keycard to enter the pool area but when we tried to use them they updated the locks and other guests let us into the pool area.
Other than that was very pleased with the condo and if we return next year will be booking again.

We loved this cute, spacious condo. The updated bathrooms were very nice. Check in was easy. Tons of extra blankets. I liked having a humidifier for the kids’ room. Something weird happened with the tv’s where the signal said “weak signal” or something similar and then lots of the channels wouldn’t work. Only a small inconvenience since we only stayed one night.
