The rental unit was very clean and the kitchen was stocked. We ate in often and enjoyed the kitchen. My kids and husband skied while myself and in-laws did some sight seeing. So the convenience to the ski slope was perfect.

Our vacation rental unfortunately was not in the best shape when we arrived. We had some light bulbs out and running g toilet in the master, the dishwasher didn’t work and internet password was wrong in One Key. Owners were very responsive to all the issues. Just felt like the unit wasn’t checked before we went in. We had a great time walking right on to the slopes though.

The condo was very nice. The view of Snake River from almost every window was icing on the cake. Only downfall was parking...one space. This should really be mentioned somewhere on the description as I found it in another review so I knew going into it but could be aggravating if you don't realize.

Great location! Overall good experience. Two barstools were broken but useable. Rug needs washed and floors could be cleaner. Reservation and check-in/out was easy.

Rental was easy, the condo was very nice and clean. Linens, mattresses and furniture all in good shape. Kitchen was well stocked with good cookware and utinsels and even some coffee and spices.
4:30 check in time is later than I am used to seeing and only early check in option included a $30 per hour fee
The "hot" water temperature was only warm
Pretty noisy with steps right outside the front door and people in the unit above us

Our check in time is standard for the industry we operate in as well as we do charge fees for time used that was not reserved in the property and in the future you can always give us a call about hot water issues and we can look into these to help make you stay better!

Perfect family ski rental, everyone had plenty of room! Condo was perfectly appointed and very clean. Realized we left a bag about an hour after we checked out and Customer Service was able to get us in quickly and without any problems!

This condo was lovely and had so much room! We have a wonderful time! Would certainly recommend and come back! Summit Count was amazing to work with! They checked in and even answered my silly questions about the bed pillows! The entire experience was great! The location of this condo was perfect! Right between River Rum and Mountain house and on the shuttle line! Could not be happier about your stay!

Our family enjoyed this wonderful condo for a family vacation. The location was within walking distance of trails, restaurants, and right next to the Snake River. Everything was well organized and very clean. My family can't wait to plan our next vacation here!

We enjoyed our stay here, though for a single night the cleaning fee was as much as the rental. The beds were comfy and we had great views. Upon arrival. We were surprised to learn there was only 1 parking spot. When the unit sleeps 8, you would expect at least a couple. We were then instructed that the nearest available parking was $25 overnight. The rental company was nice and pleasant to deal with otherwise.

Everything about it is good except when we had to cook. The stove is just bad. No other way to put it. The coils in the electric stove are bent so there's no flat cooking surface. They're cooking pan is in itself or just a slow quality that even when using cooking spray and the pan properly prepped things still stuck and burn to the pan even on little heat.

But we still manage to eat :-)

Everything else about it was great. I love the heaters in the bathroom, don't lay out was great, location was a 5-minute walk to the chairlift. And reviews were pretty cool.

The pool and the hot tub are also good.

I would stay there again, I hope they replace the stove or they at least replace the coils and the cheap cookware

From the moment we stepped in, we enjoyed every second. Plenty of room. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all the necessary comforts. We hit the grocery store and we abke to make breakfast and lunch and reheat dinner leftovers. There were 2 very minor issues that were taken care of. SC management sent me a text message to respond to with any issues. Walking distance to Moyntain House and a quick bus ride to River Run. It was great. We will be back.

Everything went smoothly with checkin. The only problem we found was the parking situation. Not sure why they allow 8 people occupancy but only one vehicle parking space. The pool was cloudy. Condo was clean and had plenty of towels. Distance from slopes was fine for adults. Pretty hard for children carrying their skis.

We appreciate your comments about the property and taking the time to share your experience with us. We wish we could provide more than one parking pass for this property, but the HOA only allows us to issue one per rented unit. Keystone resort does have a few different overflow lots you can park any additional vehicles at overnight, this information is located in the digital guest booklet that is sent prior to check in. We will report the condition of the pool to the HOA as well, as they manage the pool. We do hope to host you again!

The property was wonderful. Our problem was location, on the top floor and was difficult with all the stairs. Owners provided high quality kitchen and bedroom items. TV was the best; it had everything. Thank you to all and your professional staff. Pool and hot tub immaculate. Yes, we would recommend and would stay there again.

Please keep in mind that we do not advertise this property to have access to an elevator. Sometimes being at a higher elevation can cause extra stress when going up and down the stairs, we apologize for any trouble this caused during your stay. Take care!

We believe our condo is the best one in the complex. Best views and best location. Great communication from the rental company. Only downside was the pool and hot tub being closed which was a big reason we picked this property

It was a good rental unit. didnt love being on teh 3rd floor. that might be helpful to know when renting. there was no real view of mountains, again would be nice to know prior to renting.

Found the unit easily, even in the dark. Incredible location- walk to Peru lift and free parking in that lot. Gorgeous view from every bedroom window. Unit was very clean and had most things we needed. One of the toilets was not flushing correctly and we wished there was a pizza pan, but otherwise no complaints. Would come back and rent this same unit every year!

There were pros and cons to this property.
Pros:
-Less than 10 minute walk to Peru/Argentina lift!!
-Beds were VERY comfortable and bath towels were great
-Nice views of the mountain, each room had its own thermostat, plenty of space at the dining table, quick maintenance team when we requested help with the fireplace
-Crockpot, and many other cooking utensils, casserole dishes and the like
-Simple, easy-to-follow check in, check out, related instructions, etc through guest portal
Cons:
-I know the staff is dependent on other people washing their dishes, but we pulled out so many dirty items that we washed everything before we used it. I've never had such a bad experience with dirty kitchen items before. I wish the staff would check and rewash if items look like they need it.(The condo was clean except for the dirty kitchen items.)
-We needed to reassemble handles on some pots that were broken (looked throughout drawers to find the pots, handles, and screws in different places)...uncalled for.
-For the amount of people this place sleeps a larger skillet is really needed. We did eggs with onions, mushrooms, and peppers and couldn't fit food for 4 in any skillet.
-Multiple inside light bulbs were out when we checked in after dark. We searched cabinets and found light bulbs so we replaced them ourselves. (Figured it was easier than contacting property management.)
-There is a trick to opening the door. After you put in the code LIFT the handle UP! Wish someone would have told us this!
-Condo laundry room accepts quarters, but no change machine, FYI.

Overall, this is a GREAT place to stay if you aren't interested in cooking. If you are interested in cooking, you might have to wash all your dishes first-probably depends who stayed here before you.

This place was just the tight size for our long weekend getaway. We had two family’s with little kids and the space was great. Great amenities and the service with summit was great. Best communication for a rental company I have had in 15 years of staying at condos in the high country. Could use a couple more mixing bowls for baking or cooking, but everything else was top notch.

The bus stop is super close and easy to get to for going to mountain village (4 min bus ride) and love that you can walk to Peru lift in ~5 minutes. Awesome location!
