I rented this place for a few days when my girlfriend came to visit me in Denver. It was the perfect location at a reasonable price. The furniture was a little dated and not super comfortable. We were there to hang out and ski. I would recommend this place. One thing to note: It is a kinda long walk (especially when it is snowing) from the unit to the pool/hotub. Pictures and description make it seem closer

My family of 4 enjoyed our Spring Break at Keystone. Lakeshore is an older building and this unit could use some updated furnishings, but it was overall fine. It seemed to be well maintained and was clean at least. We did not realize that the pool and hot tub were in a separate building, so we had to drive because of the cold temps and ice. We did love having the enclosed garage though, which was a huge bonus. Considering the cost (relative to the other newer/closer buildings), and the little time that we spent inside, I would recommend this unit.

The property was very clean but very outdated and very small. The toilet could hardly flush, the coffee pot leaked, the kitchen was so poorly stocked and the thermostat seemed broken. It was turned down all the way and it was so hot we had to open the windows and it was freezing outside. On the upside there is an elevator and a garage which was great. We ourselves would never rent this unit again.

Our party of 3 adults found the condo roomy enough. Older property but well maintained. Great view of the lake and mountains! Private garage space to keep car warm and clean, was a big plus. Resort shuttle picks up right out front, drops you off at the base of the Peru lift. Within 5min walk to the pizza, deli, and 2 full service restaurants. Great overall stay ��

Great rental. Perfect location for accessing the bike trails. Building has elevator and luggage carts making packing up a breeze. Very clean and well stocked. The only thing we didn't realize was the deck is standing room only size with chest high walls which was too bad because the unit is right on the lake. Garage is a huge bonus. Would return.

Without air-conditioning, sleeping was uncomfortable in the property. Even though the evening temps dipped into the upper 50s, the air circulation in the property was insufficient. There were two box fans, but those were marginal and resulted in a noisy environment. In an effort to achieve sufficient air circulation, we kept the windows and window coverings open. That also allowed the lights around the lake and the building to shine in the windows at night, which further disrupted sleep. While the property was in very good repair and had everything we needed, it was not conducive to good sleep during our stay in August.

Nice well-equipped 1 bedroom apartment. It had the amenities we needed and also located in a convenient location. The shuttle stop for the free shuttle to ski resort is right downstairs. Enjoyed our stay, would consider it next time we are here.

The condo was well equipped and very convenient to all the activities in Keystone. It was clean, comfortable, and the private garage came in handy considering that about 15" of snow fell while we were there. The check-in and check-out processes were very simple and convenient. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone travelling to Keystone.

A friend and I came into town from a work trip in Denver for a quick weekend. This was a perfect location as easy to get to the slopes and to local eateries. Pickup of keys was very easy and smooth. We made one request for additional blankets and they were there when we got back from the slopes. Communication with emails and texts was simply awesome as was the app for the unit. Would definitely recommend to everyone as unit was well kept and very functional!

Our stay here was wonderful! The condo was spacious, well equipped, and clean. The view from the living room was gorgeous. There was a designated space to store and lock two sets of skis and even garage parking! Summit County Mountain Retreats was so hospitable and helpful in answering any questions and concerns we had before, during, and after our stay. Would stay again!

The place was great. The coffee comments are a bit misleading, there were no filters, coffee for 2 cups. The place could really use a welcome mat or something to place shoes. The floor was very dirty. I didn't realize until I saw the soles of my white socks were black.
