Nicely and warmly decorated rental with everything you need, including humidifies. The condo was clean, the bed was comfy, and window had a great view of the lake and the mountains; fully stocked kitchen (which was very helpful as we cooked some meals there). We definitively recommend this place. Carpet was not the best, though -may need to be cleaned or replaced.

We had a great time it snowed a few days and blue bird sky the others. Condo was very comfortable although the sun really bakes the room on the sunny days so we had the windows and doors open

Absolutely loved the balcony view from the room. Gave a very cozy feeling, and the surrounding towns were such a joy to visit, from Frisco, dillon, breckenridge. It was a joy to just visit. Would love to come back one day for another get away.

The unit was exactly as advertised and pictured. It was beautifully-decorated, well-maintained, and fully-accessorized with everything needed for your stay. The customer service from SCMR was great. Several amenities were included like free parking, free use of the pool and free washer/dryer. My only complaint was with the Town of Keystone. We stayed Tues and Wed and literally everything seemed to be shut down on those two days so it was like a ghost town. However, a quick 20-min drive to Breckinridge and we found tons of stuff to do. We were kind of disappointed that all of Keystone would shut down for those two days every week. Clearly Breckinridge is the place to stay in the summer.

Unit 1545 has gorgeous views and was supplied well with TP, Kleenex, paper towels, trash bags, hotel size: lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Enjoyed using the indoor ski locker off the main entrance. Whirlpool and sauna were good, plenty of towels. Management checked in through text messages and a gal stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking when we checked in.

We really enjoyed this condo even for 1 night. The wall of windows of the lake is beautiful...we watched the Zamboni groom the lake for the day and folks skating in the morning around the Christmas Tree. Kitchen very nicely stocked...with a step up..Very comfortable king bed. Loved their moose decorations and appreciated the string of Christmas lights!!!! Thank you for sharing your condo.

The rental was clean. The view was great. I however thought the “patio” would be big enough to actually walk on. Barely big enough to just get out and stand with the little table and chairs. Not a huge deal. The condo was also hot. When we arrived it said it was 85° in there. Felt like I was back in Texas lol. We looked at the thermostat and turned it down, but the few days we were there it never got below 74-75°. It felt like there was a heat source coming from somewhere, but we couldn’t figure it out. We even opened windows and the bedroom was still warm. So we got the box fan out to sleep with. I didn’t call to ask if this was normal for that condo as we were gone most of the day and not there long enough for it to really be a huge issue.
Couch is pretty uncomfortable. The cushions don’t stay put when you sit on one, and kind of a foam block feel. (It’s a faux leather couch with 3 separate cushions)
Be careful in shower too, tub is super slippery. Nothing on bottom to get ve any grip. Also no bath rugs/mats. Gotta use a towel on floor to step out of tub. The bed was meh.... pretty hard and not very comfortable.
Having the elevator to 4th floor was nice. Amenities were good. Free laundry on second floor.
The condo was clean, cute and had great views, but I probably wouldn’t stay at this particular one again. Sorry ��

The condo was in great condition and had everything we would need. The king bed was very comfortable, coming from a couple of picky sleepers! And the view was just spectacular! I could sit on that deck for hours.

The condo was well equipped with everything need for a great stay. Wondered why one of the windows had old tape and a do not open sign. You would think it would be repaired in a rental for air flow( especially with no air conditioner). The only true drawback was upon arrival the garage we were supposed to have was already occupied. After several calls to property management, we were told that they had 2 units that used that garage. I was expecting to use the garage to keep my $20+k motorcycle out of the rain and to house our bicycles for easy access. Their only solution was to share ( a physical impossibility) or sorry, nothing else we can do. Didn't seem like much effort was put into an equitable solution to a problem they created. Other than that it was a quite pleasant stay, but unable to give 5 star review.

We loved this one bedroom Condo! We needed a few days of relaxation and we found it in this Keystone Condo! The views were amazing both night and day! We loved the walk around the lake, the restaurants and shopping were great too. Easy to follow information from the time we rented to the time we checked out. Would definitely rent there again.

We stayed the week after ski season was over so had the entire area to ourselves. It snowed twice and enjoyed watching it fall outside the large picture window. What a view and we enjoyed every minute of it.
The place was clean and well organized and had everything we needed. Even the condiments, including a large selection of tea, honey, packets of mayonaise, mustard and ketchup, as well as sugar was much appreciated. Only thing missing was creamer for the coffee, and perhaps a few more staple spices, but the ones that were there were much appreciated.
The pool was great, especially on the snowy days and I enjoyed walking around the lake, as well as the walking trail that borders the stream along the parking lots below and the main road above.
The bed was very comfortable. One thing that we should have let management know about, so I hesitate mentioning it (as they might have rectified it) was the thermostat seemed stuck and it was pretty warm in there. I even put the air conditioning on but it stubbornly stayed around 74 degrees. We dealt with it, but probably should have mentioned it to management (we valued our privacy more than comfort during the stay).
Overall, one of our better stays. Thank you Summit and Lakeshore!

The condo was well sized for a couple. Great location, quiet with nice views. The giant window in the living room looks great, but the blinds need to be drawn and window opened, or the sun will over heat the condo.

The condo was even better than the photos, check in was so easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Directions to the office for check in and to the condo were very easy. Communication prior to check in was extremely helpful. The condo was spotless, bed was comfortable, kitchen supplies were ideal. The only thing we were surprised about was that there was no air conditioning and when we arrived it was 81 degrees inside. But even that was no big deal because we opened the windows and used the fan that was provided. Plenty of extra linens as well as household products. There is a great gift shop right by the property. Loved the area. Will definitely be staying here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
