Clean, beautifully appointed condo- right at the bottom of the mountain. Very quiet, away from the traffic of the River Run shops but a short walk to the gondola, bars and shops.

This is a great ski in ski out condo. We loved the ease to the slopes and the wonderful ski locker. The condo is older, but was very clean and you can't beat the location.

The unit was neat and tidy, well equipped, towels were abundant, and overall very comfortable stay. True ski in out made it breeze to go skiing and also come back for lunch breaks and avoid the crowd at the lodge.
A few updates that could help.
1. New digital thermostat. Current thermostat does not allow for much temperature control.
2. Bigger pot. Could not find big pot to boil a box of pasta.
3. Some of the burners were not lighting.

Had a great stay. Easy checkin process. Very clean and well appointed accommodations. The proximity to the slopes and ski village was simply perfect. Evening soak in the hot tub was just the topper! Will stay here again.

The condo is beautiful and very comfortable. The location is great. The building does not have a working elevator but the unit is on the second floor so it is not that bad. It would be nice to have an elevator but it's manageable. The property management company were very responsive and gave great info that really helped our say to be easier. I highly recommend.

We enjoyed our unit. Bed was comfortable and furniture was nice. The oven door didn't close all the way and the cooktop grates where not the correct ones so it was it hard to cook, but we made due.
You have a locker for your skis and if there are any issues there is someone around to help.
The elevator was not working so we did a lot a steps through our stay.

Once you get your keycard from the office it's all smooth sailing. The mgmt company is amazing -- they sent me back my Kindle that I left behind at cost, which was fantastic.
The place is great. Ski-in/out easily to the gondola and a 6-person lift. Clean and comfortable.

We came out to Keystone with another couple to celebrate our 30th wedding Anniversary and see our Daughter from Denver. We loved staying at this condo. We made use of the spacious kitchen, the hot tub and the walking trail in front of the complex. Everything was clean and well kept. There are some games to play, but no cards to be found so we left a pack behind for the next guests. The kitchen had most utensils and even a crockpot. The only thing lacking was any kind of seasonings, cooking oils or condiments. No problem because there is a local grocery store close by in Dillon. We would definitely stay here again as the view out the windows of the pine trees and ski hills is lovely. Perfect location for a ski getaway if that’s what you are into. We were a couple weeks early for that season.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a perfect place for resting, hiking, and enjoying all Summit County has to offer. We loved the gas fireplace and enjoying our morning coffee on the deck. A word of advice: if traveling between seasons, few restaurants and shops are open.

Lone Eagle condominiums are literally on the Ina's Way ski run. So easy to get on and off the mountain. The condo has everything you need: a ski locker to store your skes, a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds.

We had a wonderful stay at Lone Eagle. It is in a perfect location to enjoy skiing as well as a quick walk into River Run Village. The condo was very clean and accommodated our group of 4 adults and 2 kids comfortably. We look forward to returning next year!

The whole experience was outstanding. The condo itself is beautiful inside with everything you will need for your stay. The location is beautiful and the view out the windows from the living room and bedrooms are amazing! Staff is very helpful. We had an issue when we arrived with our key cards not working. We were both exhausted from long flight and then drive up into the Keystone area. We called the staff to explain the problem and one of them came over with new key cards for us.. We were very pleased with yeast with the staff's attention. We would definitely recommend this property property to anyone..

LoneEagle condo is set in a great location. The property was clean and spacious. TV did not connect properly, but I did not allow much time to view it. There are too many things to see and do in Keystone.

This was a great pad, especially for the price. the condo was spotless, right on the slopes (slap on your sticks and ski over to the lift), and the hot tub saved my life after two days of skiing. You can walk right over to River Run and get virtually anything you need (for a premium of course). Highly recommended.

Literally steps to the lift and an easy 5 minute stroll to shops and restaurants. Place was set up perfectly for 2 couples with split floorplan and 2nd bedroom having a queen bed instead of bunk beds. How’s was fully equipped and management was easy to deal with.

Lone Eagle is the ONLY true ski-in/ski-out on Keystone. The building is very nice and clean, you have private lockers on the first floor so you can truly put on your skis, and walk out to the main lifts. The back patio faces the main hill down, great place to watch and sit next to the big fire pit! Unit 3020 was great! Very clean, nice furnishings, spacious. It is on the back corner of the building so the unit is very quiet. You are not able to see the main ski hill from the back porch, but instead you get to see beautiful nature! The description of the unit is accurate. The layout is great for two couples as each bedroom has their own bathroom and are on opposite sides of the unit, so there is plenty of privacy as well. I also loved having a private washer/dryer inside our unit. Made it easy to wash gear each night! The kitchen has all the appliances and cookwear you will need! We will definitely return to this unit again!

Condo was absolutely perfect! Location could not have been better! Even with COVID restrictions we had an amazing Thanksgiving and the skiing was perfect. Only thing we were disappointed at was the pool and hot tub were closed. That would be our only complaint. We will def be back

Super communication from property management company before, during and after the stay. The condo had great amenities including laundry, kitchenware and underground parking. Convenience to Keystone is first rate. Although Keystone itself had some opening weekend issues, I’m sure they’ll get things figured out. Overall, just a nice, cozy place to enjoy a weekend away.

This place was fantastic. Peaceful view. Full size kitchen and everything working and clean. Quiet at night. Pool/hot tub was clean and pretty. Underground parking was easy and next to the elevators. The walk to the gondola and restaurants was very short.

This was our second time staying at this condo and it was perfect. The balcony overlooking the pines is so peaceful. All of the furniture is very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Easy walk to RiverRun Village and lots of walking paths. Hope to go back soon!

This was a super nice vacation rental at a very reasonable price. We practically had the whole building to ourself. Even though all The common areas and pool were closed, we were still able to have fun by getting out and enjoying the great outdoors.

The location of the building was great: easy to get onto the slope and a short walk down the bottom of the trail to get to the village. The unit itself had plenty of space in the main area and was nicely finished. It is started to show some “rental wear” in spots but is still very nice overall. I’d stay here again.

The layout and location of this property was phenomenal for our young family of 5. The convenience of the location and the available amenities is what we were sold on, and it definitely met our expectations. We had a blast and would recommend this property to any other families. ...The only hiccup was all but 1 of the key-cards stopped working.

Wonderful unit, very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had were with the TV’s. Too many remotes to know which one to use. Might be helpful to put a label on the remote just for the TV &cable box. It was a little confusing. Overall though, it was a fantastic unit and highly recommended!

My friend from San Francisco and I stayed at this condo for two nights. It is well furnished, all is in great condition and clean, and offers a spacious alternative to some of the other small units in River Run. The unit is quiet and has a large deck facing the forest/ski slopes. The property manager offered excellent customer service. Highly recommend this condo and property manager.

This is the closest condo building to the River Run gondola. Literally steps from the slopes! Beautiful building and condo. Would definitely stay here again. Only wish they were more flexible with early check in and/or late check out. For the price, it would be nice to spend more than 18hours (4 pm -10 am) there! Also the hot tub was not very hot— more like lukewarm.

The condo was comfortable and very clean. The ski in and ski out and being able to walk to restaurants was terrific. Showers were a bit funky- it took awhile to get temperatures just right. Overall, a great place and we will return.

We stayed for 3 nights in the summer of 2018. This was an amazing condo. Very nicely decorated and furnished. Very clean and spacious. The management company provided very detailed guidance for everything that we needed or wanted to know. Windows and padio face dense pine forest to the south-southeast. So it smelt wonderful and was very shady all day. It cooled down at night to about 50 degrees, which with the windows opened, is better than an air conditioner. Very short walking distance to slopes, lifts, and the village. Price was very reasonable for the high-end quality of the condo. Would definitely rent again.

Overall good experience. The location is excellent for skiing. The elevator was in need of repair did not work all of time. The beds were harder than we liked and not comfortable for us (if you like a firm bed this is your place)!

Very well appointed condo with nice fluffy linens. Couldn't have asked for a cleaner unit that was uncluttered and tastefully decorated. Not on the slope view side but has a nice private view of the woods with afternoon sun. Common areas were high end and well maintained with complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Comfortable ski locker room with ski slope access right out the door. Very pleasant stay!

It was great. Appreciated the fact that they gave us a key to use the parking facilities until the room was ready, but it was inconvenient to have to go back to the office for the key once it was.
The only other problem was that the temperature on the showers was very hard to regulate.

The rental is AMAZING. Our family of 5 adults stayed very comfortably in this condo. This is a TRUE ski-in ski-out. We were able to take a quick break at lunch and come back to warm up/eat lunch in the condo every day. The ski lockers on the first floor were great - there were boot dryers in the locker. Keystone resorts has a shuttle that runs through the resort. There is an "on-call" driver who can pick you up at the Lone Eagle front door when you need to be shuttled within the resort to go to dinner, another location, ect. The kitchen is well equip to make great meals - wine glasses, utensils, bowls, pans. The only thing I was lacking for me was a glass 9x13 dish, but I was able to make do with what was in the kitchen. Only downside of the stay was that the property management was not very flexible (though they indicated they would be on the phone prior to arrival) about the check-in time and check out time and we couldn't get the late check-our or early check-in. The property management office is not located near the Lone Eagle, so when we needed to check-in we had to go over the highway back to the office to check in - this proved to be a little more difficult since we took a shuttle from the airport and did not have a car. I was a little disappointed with the management because of this. But nonetheless, during our visit we had a great time. Overall, we were very pleased with choosing the Lone Eagle and would stay there again.

The property and check in experience were exactly as described. Property was well appointed, and lacked nothing for our family stay, especially in the kitchen. (We enjoy cooking when we're skiing - and had everything we needed.) Only challenge was regulating the shower temperature in the master, but not enough of an issue to call maintenance. Highly recommend this property!

From the champagne and chocolate happy hour to the perfect ski in/out experience, this was a perfect experience. Well appointed, room for 4, maybe 6. Not cheap, but factor in heated parking, lunch in the unit and ease of getting to River Run, it's a great place to stay.

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The fireplace was wonderful, and we rarely heard anyone else although the place was packed. But, the location is exceptional, truly ski in/ski out to the condo terrace, where you can sit around the fire pit and watch skiers go flying by. Excellent security and nobody bothering you

Keystone is our favorite place to ski, and we have stayed in units all over the resort. This was our second time to stay in the Lone Eagle, and Lord willing, we will never have to stay anywhere else. The convenient location and beautiful amenities make it every bit worth its price.

We have stayed in several condos for vacation and this by far was the best. The condo was nestled against the base of the mountain. Pleasant walking trails were nearby and the village a very short jaunt away.The location was far enough off the main road that it was very peaceful.
The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. If we were to decide not to try out so much of the local fair, the kitchen would have been outfitted just perfectly.

Just a couple of observations...
1) The heat did not seem to work very well
2) No trash bags (just the one in the basket)...quite annoying
Also, recommend adding WIFI...a router only costs $20-$25 and it makes it sooooo nice, especially for phones/ipads/etc.

Overall, it was a fabulous experience. Our only issue is the limited elevator space/capacity made for some frustrating trips in an out of the unit, particularly when loading and unloading baggage.
Hot tub area needed better servicing with towels. We will definitely return.
