This spacious, family-oriented home has 3-bedrooms, 3.5-baths and an additional Den with full bath and 2 beds which all together accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. The Den creates a second living space allowing for quiet evenings and uncrowded sleeping arrangements. The main floor offers a large open luxury kitchen and dining room area with plenty of gathering space around the gas fireplace and flat screen Smart TV. There are two private balconies, a patio with a private hot tub, 2 stall in-garage parking and ample opportunity to enjoy the mountain air and surrounding alpine vistas.
The home is located an easy 7 to 8 min walk to the Keystone Peru lift at Mountain House or if you prefer a short 3 min walk to the convenience of the Keystone Ski Shuttle. The shuttle trip is a quick ride to the River Run shops, restaurants, and Gondola. If walking is not your thing, you can also take your own car for the ¾ mile drive to River Run and/or the Mountain House base areas where ample free parking is available.
You will be a 2 to 3 min walk to multiple restaurants, a local gourmet coffee shop, a pizza shop, a sub shop, 2 ski rental venders and a full-service convenience store.
The home’s main level features a sunny open floor plan with a fully stocked updated kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a double-oven. The dining area provides space for everyone. The formal dining table seats 8 and a breakfast / game table seats 6. Additionally, 3 guests can sit at the breakfast bar. The living area includes a flat-screen Smart TV, gas fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. You can enjoy the ski slope mountain views from the cozy spacious living room or from the private main balcony that can be accessed through the living area.
The 3 formal bedrooms are located upstairs from the main living area. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a Smart TV, a walk-in closet, a private balcony with spectacular mountain views and a spacious en suite bathroom. The master bath includes a large walk-in steam shower and a double-sink vanity.
The second bedroom upstairs has a “Nectar” queen size hybrid memory foam bed, a walk-in closet and mountain views. The third bedroom has a bunkbed that is full-over-full. The 4th bonus sleeping area is located in the downstairs Den area.
All bedrooms upstairs have dressers and closets for clothing storage. The second and third bedrooms share a full bath featuring a shower/tub combo. For your convenience, all bathrooms are stocked with an initial supply of toiletries.
In the shared hallway upstairs, you will find the in-unit washer/dryer with an initial supply of laundry detergent.
The finished downstairs Den / 4th sleeping area offers a second living space with a large comfortable sectional couch, extra-large flat screen Smart TV and an additional full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The bonus sleeping area has a full-size bed and a twin bed for additional sleeping options.
