Wonderful unit in the Arapahoe lodge. Very spacious and has everything you need for an extended stay. Only summer downside is it can be a bit warm and stuffy in the afternoon on hotter days, but the fans provided did a sufficient job of keeping it comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice place just had problem with temperature and had to open door at night. Was worried crows may come- in while I was sleeping. There is sharp wood next to the toilet paper cut my hand there. May need to file down the wood and add screen door to bedroom. Some better thermostat control also needed.

Loved being on the top floor. Condo was ideal for the 2 of us. We like being so close to the gondola. Would choose to stay here again.

This rental was fantastic for a short ski holiday. It was right at Keystone for fast and easy access to the lifts. The condo was clean, attractively decorated and had everything we required.

Bed did not seem like it would be comfortable but ended up sleeping great. It was actually very nice. And I loved having fans available in the closet. The pool and hot tub were perfect. And it had a Squatty Potty!!! Very clean. Being able to just pop downstairs and across the courtyard for breakfast was a huge plus. I know being shoulder season it was not busy, but it was quieter than I expected by far. Would def stay here again. Also the instructions and directions were 100% spot on. Thank you.

Nicely appointed unit in good location. Bed comfy and nice bathroom. However a 4:30 check in and 10 am check out were unreasonable—and if you wanted to request early/late you would be charged $15 an hour. Really? And this was during summer when property almost empty.

This rental is everything you would expect. Clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and beds. The location is perfect in the center of Keystone village. Food, shops, and good restaurants right next door.
Breckinridge is only 15 minutes away as is Lake Dillon, Frisco, and Silverthorn. You will find really good grocery stores, nice shopping centers, and good hikes, all very close.

Keystone what a great place to hang out and chill. Quiet, peaceful beautiful clean bed is super comfortable. Fireplace is amazing full kitchen is wonderful easy check in experience we will be back next time we are staying longer for sure.

We loved this rental and will absolutely doing it again next year if we can! Perfect location, walking distance to the lifts and above the little grocery/convenience store in river run village. It was clean and perfect to use during lunch breaks when taking a break from the mountain!

This condo is located in the heart of River Run with easy access to the Gondola, ski school, ski rental shops, restaurants and amenities. The condo was everything we needed to make our ski holiday easy and relaxing for our small family traveling with a young child. Highly recommend!

I booked this beautiful condo unit at Arapaho Condos in Keystone for 2 nights for my daughter, 2 young grandsons, and myself. The unit was newly renovated and had everything we could possibly need. The views of the courtyard and mountains slopes were magnificent. The one bedroom, one bath, and couch pull out was so spacious, warm, and comfortable! The owners really made our stay “A home-away-from-home” experience. I highly recommend this unit and plan on renting this same unit numerous times in the future for family and friends. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer. My deepest appreciation!
