The location was great. Unit was ok. The closets were stuffed with fan, blankets & other items which did not allow for room to hang clothes, there was no dressers to put clothes away, the unit did not have a broom or vacuum cleaners to clean up a bit. We were on 5th floor of building & elevators were so slow - on average it took us 15 minutes to get to 1st floor to leave building. And, there was only one elevator for building which was ridiculous considering number of units in building. Units did not have their own washer & dryers so that was not helpful. There were fans on top of building that were so loud it was difficult to sleep.

The set up was perfect for our family of four. The kids had their own bed and bathroom across the living space from the grownups. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the fireplace and view cozy. The elevators took forever and the gondola still felt like a hike for the kids carrying all their own gear. Hot tub was nice. Nearby restaurant Zuma was excellent. The hosts were responsive, but not particularly helpful. We never got working ski locker keys or a noisy heater fixed. Overall though, a great place for a family vacation.

Overall good experience, however not as good as a prior stay at the adjacent lodge. The accommodations were nice and clean, but smaller than expected. Rooms were very crowded with furniture, especially the bedrooms. Though advertised to sleep more than 4, we found it a bit small for 4 people to enjoy comfortably. We did not have access to ski storage as the provided keys did not work. Management company reached out to HOA but the issue was not resolved. The hallway ventilation system was blowing cold air the entire duration of our stay making it very cold. Upon arriving at the hot tub one evening, there were no towels for our use though we were told not to bring towels from the room.
The location was great, good restaurants were close and walkable to the gondola.
We will return to the location but will not rent this unit again.

I had some time in between switching homes, and figured why not stay in the mountains while the leaves are changing. Couldn't have asked for more! Great view, great apartment, and the management company is very organized and clear with everything. Will definitely do this again in the future.

Everything went very well until I saw I couldnt park 2 cars in the garage in off season. There were several spots open and I had to go out and move my car to a ski lot.

Customer service was easy, and we wished we would have stayed longer. The views were beautiful and the place was quiet at night.

Great location in River Run. Great access to restaurants and shopping, plus a very nice pool and hot tubs. Would definitely return.

The unit was clean and close to everything. My only complaint would be the balcony. It only had one uncomfortable chair so we couldn't sit out and enjoy the view.

The individual condo was great, clean, everything you need. BUT, before you book, make sure the elevator is working as it is on the 5th floor. There is a coin washer dryer in the building, but the dryer takes double the amount to dry a small load, so don't count on doing a lot of laundry.

The unit at Dakota Lodge had higher end finishes. Nice furnishings, and plenty of room to spread out. The view is gorgeous. The hot tub and pool are on site. Love the covered parking, and luggage carts. Close to eating and coffee shops. Would stay here again.

From the moment we entered this condo it was freezing. The fireplace won't light up and heating baseboards were not warming up enough. I've made two calls to maintenance and been told that the order for a technician has been placed. The technician shows up at 8 PM next evening. He hasn't been able to fix the fireplace and brought extra portable heaters. We have been able to warm up living room but temperature in both bedrooms still has been around 60 degrees. We are told that the building has an old electric heating system that is not handling load sufficiently. It is a great location and penthouse has a nice view but we will never book this condo again.

The apartment was clean and had a good amount of linens and towels. The clock on the wall needs its battery changed and the propane tank on the porch was empty. The Wi-Fi password was incorrect. Otherwise the facilities were excellent and I would be happy to stay here again in the future

This is a lovely property and the rental company was nice to work with. We have rented a few times in Keystone area and so far this has been our best experience (not that any others have been bad). The location is great. The unit is clean and has everything we needed. Like a lot of rentals with pics - the pics do make this look larger than it is. But that is not unique to unit. The room with a single king is small. It is perfectly doable for a couple, but no dressers and the space to all sides of the king is only a foot or two. That bathroom is quite spacious. The room with multiple beds is larger but bathroom is smaller, which makes sense.
Kitchen is very well equipped. Appliances work well. The grill on the patio is very nice as well.
Some mild complaints about the complex just as an FYI:
the parking garage is nice to have in winter weather - but know it is super dark 24/7. There are some lights always on and some that kick on when you move, but at best it is dark and worst it is very dark. This might bother some people
The heated pool is meh . . . we went in Oct which we know is dead off season, but pool was dirty and it was not above 60 degrees.
the internet is trash. I mean it is probably common for so many rentals but it is like 12mb when it works, which is not always.
we had a few questions for Summit county and they were answered super fast. Also, the check in process is easy and the check out process is super easy. That makes a difference!

We booked the condo for a girl’s trip in CO. The condo was as described and the three of us had plenty of space to spread out at the end of a day of hiking and sightseeing. We did not cook while we were there, but the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels for all of us, which was good since there is no laundry in the unit. The condo is located in Keystone, which is a quick and convenient drive to Breckinridge. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in the beautiful Keystone area! Would love to return to River Run village when it is not an off season as most restaurants and shops were closed. However we enjoyed the peace and quiet- and it was a short drive to shopping/dining in silverthorne, breck, and frisco! This condo offered gorgeous views and cozy furnishings. It was a bit crammed with a toddler but we were able to adjust some furniture for our sons packnplay. Mgmt was helpful with any issues throughout our stay however WiFi was unreliable despite their attempt. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall very happy. Great location - walked to the gondola every day for skiing. Cooked in almost every night - happy with kitchen facilities. Condo showed some sign of wear and tear near the end of the ski season.
