The instructions for accessing the unit were very clear which was Great as we came in late due to accidents on 70.
The unit was really lovely, nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix a quick breakfast, except a little creamer for the coffee.
The unit was very hot on our arrival. We opened the screen door for comfort.
The view was exactly what we needed on our get-away from the city and
the grounds around the property were nicely landscaped.
Very affordable.
We would definitely stay there again.

I stayed with my husband and adult son. Plenty of room, beds were really comfortable, AC was great on the warmer day, enjoyed sitting on the balcony and seeing the mountains. Good location. Great pizza from Pizza 101!

Stayed in Pines #2158 in West Keystone from 5/19-5/23 and had a great stay in a beautiful 2 bedroom condo. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious, well-equipped for every need, and the view from the living room was unbelievable! All for less per night than a hotel room!! We've used Summit County Mountain Retreats multiple times and have never been disappointed by the various accommodations weve stayed in, but this unit is our new favorite!

Loved the stay. Nice home. Thanks for the fully equiped kitchen with spices. I would have loved for some oil or cooking spray of some kind, but that is extremely picky and perhaps we should have bought it ourselves.

Loved the rental! It was well decorated and WARM!! We only stayed 1 of our 2 nights because the below 0 temps, high wind and the upcoming storm. I loved that the we could control the temperature of each room. That was a blessing! We are bummed we didn't stay longer, and plan on coming back this season!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Pines. The condo was spacious and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. It's on the first floor which was nice after a long day of skiing. The ski locker was right outside the door. Very close to the bus stop that takes you to Keystone if you don't want to drive there. Beautiful mountain view from the living area. Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was very hot and turning down the thermostat didn’t help. Also the blinds on the front window were see through there was no privacy so anyone could see in. The unit was nice and roomy but we weren’t comfortable with anyone looking in the living room.

Unit was beautiful and very well equipped. We were not satisfied that we only had 4 towels for our 4 nt stay for 4 guests. Especially since we had to use our single towels for use in the pool/hot tub area. Had to request another towel for each of us and then go pick them up from the office. If towels are not available in the pool complex there should be at least 2 for each guest in the unit. We also did not appreciate that a check in an hr or two earlier was going to cost $15 per hr, especially since we were advised at about 2:15p that the unit was clean and ready to go. Friends who had traveled from Baltimore, MD just wanted to relax with a soda in the unit upon arrival,rather than wait 2 more hrs. Would like to have enjoyed the pool & hot tub for an hr later than 10a on the day of departure, but again the extra charge was disconcerting. Especially since the complex seemed to be nearly empty.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us and we are happy to hear that you enjoyed the unit. We stock our units with enough towels to match the sleeping occupancy. If we knew you were provided with less, we would have been more than happy to drop additional towels. We also keep the extra towels under the sink or a closet in the bathroom. Early check in and late check out fees are very common in the industry we operate in as it is time not reserved in the property.

The location was lovely and so easy to get around from the rental to the village to shop, ski and eat. The only downside to this rental was in every piece of paperwork I signed in huge bold print it said that no pets were allowed even service animals. There were dogs all over the property, like barking at my children, and there was also animal hair on the throw pillow in the rugs and around baseboards. So this caused me to have to constantly lint roll all of my family’s clothes. Other than that it was a wonderful trip and stay that my family enjoyed.

Our group of 4 had a great experience at this spacious 2B/2BA unit that had everything we needed. Loved the view from the main living area and fireplace (wood provided). Good access to the shuttle to the resort and the pool/hot tub complex. Very comfortable beds. Good location if you want to ice skate at Keystone Lake, go to the Nordic Center, or visit Dillon or Frisco for a change of pace. We'd book again.

Place was very clean, comfy beds, use of complex amenities like pool and hot tub are great. One thing is that there are no pool towels at the pool and you have to use the bath towels so you run out of towels quickly.

This condo was just perfect for us. We enjoyed the view and location first and foremost. The trails just near the property were gorgeous. The pool facility was unbelievably nice. Everything about the condo was comfortable and well appointed. The app with all the important info was super useful -- and the restaurant recommendations were awesome.

Our only real negative feedback was that the floors were pretty dirty. It was clear that housekeeping had not vacuumed, which seems to be a pretty basic expectation and something that should be addressed with the cleaning team. Other than that, the only drawback was the the third floor neighbor who obsessively watered balcony plants, making it often impossible to sit outside -- nothing you can do about neighbors though!

Overall this was a steal of a deal. We will absolutely be back and have already widely recommended this property.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was stocked with pretty much everything we needed. There was wood and matches for the fireplace, family games in the closet, even sleds! As noted in other reviews, the sound proofing could be better. We could hear every movement of our upstairs neighbors, but we brought a white noise machine for our bedroom and slept great despite the neighbors.

The pool and hot tubs in the condominiums were very nice but the sauna and towel service is STILL closed. I was hoping to find a gym/fitness room to run on a treadmill during our stay but no such luck.

I was worried, based on photos, that our view might be a little lackluster since the patio is tucked in between two others; we were pleasantly surprised with how nice the mountain view was from just sitting in the living room.

A toilet was not working when we arrived but maintenance came to fix it, immediately. The guy who worked on it was friendly and helpful. He even called someone (maintenance supervisor or owner or something) regarding a broken window treatment. Unfortunately, the person he called was rude and started criticizing us on the phone because "it just filters the light. It doesn't obstruct the view. They can deal with it." And on that note, the maintenance guy left and we spent the week with a broken window treatment. In all honesty, we didn't mind, it was just the fact that someone had been so rude about it.

Our water was shut off on the last day of our trip but we made plans ahead of time to go out for the day, so it didn't inconvenience us too much.

All in all, we had a great time. Check in and check out was a breeze! Everything was clean, cozy, and well stocked.

We spent a week here skiing in January 2022 with our family of four and highly recommend this property. It is beautifully renovated, had all the cooking and kitchenware we needed to cook meals, and was very spacious compared to other Keystone condos. We loved the mountain view from the living room. The complex pool and 2 spas were open and clean. It is right on the bus route and we took the bus every day to ski. The check-in was also easy and all we had to do was pick up the key from the lockbox. Would definitely stay here again!

We were in CO to view the aspens turning color for fall and chose this condo for its location. We always stay in Keystone as it is close to everything we like to do! The condo was perfect : clean, spacious, comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The bedrooms are large and the beds very comfortable! Two bathrooms that were very accommodating to our needs. The living area has a fireplace and large windows and deck to see the view of the mountains. We were very satisfied. The area is great; large pool and hot tubs are just a few yards away and indoors! The only thing I would recommend is that it is listed as a ground floor condo, and it is, but you still have about 8 steps to get into it— this could be important to those who need a true ground floor with zero entry. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time. There were four adults in this condo but there was plenty of room. The condo was everything it advertised. It was exceptionally clean, very roomy rooms. The beds were all very comfortable. I didn’t want to get out of the king bed in the mornings. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds.
The condos were very quiet and peaceful. The views from the patio and the entire living room, dining room and kitchen was idyllic with the mountains. We were there as the leaves were changing so the beauty of it was unbelievable.
The amenities were excellent. Two big hot tubs and a huge swimming pool. They were all very clean and inviting.
We did have to contact the management company and they responded promptly. We never had a problem getting in touch with them and they were always helpful.
We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at The Pines. The building was on the far west part which opened up to an amazing grassy area where the view to the mountains was unobstructed! We have ben coming to this area for over 35 years and this by far was our favorite stay here! The whole unit has been updated to such a high degree. It was very clean when we arrived. We loved everything and felt like every detail was thought through for our stay. The Snake River was very close by; just a short stroll and down some steps to the amazing river. We hope to return here again for sure. Thank you for thinking of all the details to make this a true "home away from home" stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a week of skiing fun. The location was perfect - super close to Keystone, and not far from several other mountain resorts. The house itself was warm, nicely decorated, and had quality furniture, appliances, and kitchen utensils. It would be fantastic if the unit had it's own washer/dryer, but pay laundry was available in the pool building (although going back and forth from there in the cold is not fun!) Two other very minor drawbacks were that the TVs were small in all the rooms, and the couch and chairs in the main room were not very cozy for an evening of snuggling by a fire and relaxing. Other than that, everything was great. Easy instructions for everything in the house were provided. Oh, and the view out the living room window is spectacular!
