About the property

This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps 7 with a two queen beds and a twin-over-queen bunk bed. It features vaulted ceilings, kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, two living rooms, private laundry, and heated garage. Recently installed new appliances, flooring in two of the bedrooms, and new carpeting on the stairs!
The private balcony offers beautiful mountain views, while the patio backs to treed space offering serene sounds of the stream rushing by during the Summer. Enjoy the quiet location or take advantage of the nearby shuttle and be anywhere in the resort within minutes. This property is walking distance to the shared pool, 2 hot tubs and scenic walking trails.

Upon arrival, guests can park one car in the heated garage and not have to worry about the elements. There is one additional parking space in the driveway. The entryway can be accessed via the front door or the garage and offers plenty of space to unload, including a closet with hangers, and a laundry room with a new washer and dryer. The first floor also features a spacious living area with a Roku tv, board games, DVD player + DVDs, sectional couch, and a full guest bathroom with a shower.

On the second level, guests can cook and socialize with ease in the full kitchen, with new refrigerator and breakfast bar seating for three. The kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and granite countertops. Behind the breakfast bar is the dining room table which seats six, accompanied by floor-to-ceiling windows and treed views. Next to the dining room is the living room, featuring a mounted TV, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, vaulted ceilings, and access to the private patio with grill.

The second level also features two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a queen bed and a private balcony with mountain views. This bedroom includes an Apple TV, a dresser and a closet. Across the hall from this bedroom is a full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo. At the back of the hallway, you'll find a second bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, extra blankets, and a spacious closet.

Up the stairs to the third level, you'll find the main bedroom and a loft with a desk area that overlooks the living room. The main bedroom features a queen-sized bed, vaulted ceilings, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is complete with a jetted tub, standing shower, double vanity, and separate toilet room.

Pets are NOT allowed on this property. This is a zero-tolerance policy, and you will be asked to leave immediately if this rule is broken.

beautiful townhome by the creek

Home was as pictured, clean, and an excellent location for hikes. Beds were comfortable, and the upstairs living space was perfect for watching a movie as a family at night. Our kids enjoyed the pool which is a short walk down the street.

My skiing family members like going to Keystone after season. This 3-story condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could have asked for. It took us less than 15 minutes to get to A-Basin.

nice condo with some maintenance issues

Overall very nice unit and convenient to access. Heated garage, clean, and worked great for our family. There were some maintenance issues including a dishwasher that was not attached and kept coming out from under the counter and dish tray non-functional, refrigerator water and ice not working, coffee maker broken. These items were shared at the beginning of the visit but only the coffee maker was addressed.

great getaway, but needed more details

Our family loved our getaway to Keystone! This property was located conveniently to the main Keystone village & ski lifts. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us to spread out. We did arrive in the middle of a snowstorm so it was a bit challenging to get in & out of the driveway throughout our stay. There was a lot information provided, but many details were left out - like addresses and names of shuttles that would get to this location. We made it work, but it would've been easier if that information was originally provided.

This is our third year we have selected this unit for our Keystone vacation. We stay about two weeks and have always been happy. While everything is great, I would only have two suggestions:
1. We were given one extra garbage bag for the kitchen which was not nearly enough. Also the dumpster corrals are a decent hike from the unit and can be difficult to open.
2. For this size of unit the hot water heater needs to be turned up. It barely gets hot enough for a comfortable shower. We had to plan showers in the morning accordingly to ensure everyone had a "warm" shower.
The new bus stop for the Orange route is SO convenient to the condo. Again, overall we love 6563 and will absolutely be back!

great thanksgiving

Myself, my wife, our son and daughter and their spouses along with my son-in-laws father from Italy stayed here over Thanksgiving. We enjoy walking and it was an easy 15 minute walk to the lift area. The condo was very nice, clean with good kitchen utensils. The space was good for 7 adults and easy access to everywhere on this end of the valley.

cozy stay

This stay was one of our favorite stays! The rooms were just the size we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with the appliances, utensils, and food storage. The creek behind the house was peaceful to walk by and/or listen through a window. It is walking distance to the Keystone Resort, but expect it to take you 10-15 minutes each way -- there is a path the whole way -- we enjoyed the walk. The only "negative" thing is when we stayed it snowed and iced over, we walked our trash to the dumpster and it was just icy walking up to the dumpster. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying in this home with my family of 7 again.

beautiful townhouse in the woods

We really enjoyed our stay at settlers Creek #6563. It is a beautiful unit and the setting is quiet and peaceful. The only disappointment we had was that the master bedroom only had a queen size bed, which is odd for this nice of a unit. If it had a king, we would come back more often and stay longer.

We enjoyed staying in Settler’s Creek very much! The location was perfect, the condo was spacious, and the rental agency was very easy to work with. This condo had more than enough space for 2 couples. We enjoyed cooking breakfast every morning and grilling out at night. The property was very clean and well taken care of. We would definitely choose to stay in the property again!

We had a great time staying at this place! With 3 levels there was plenty of room for everyone to gather but also get their own space if necessary. Very close to the resort with easy access to the shuttle.

My only complaint is that the hot tub did not work during our stay, but otherwise everything was perfect.
