We loved the views from the 5th floor! The place was clean and we were pleasantly surprised with how many kitchen utensils were provided. The space was cozy but just enough room for the 2 of us.

The condo itself was very nice. It was clean and well equipped with amenities. It was quiet and had a wonderful view of the mountains. Having 2 bathrooms was great also. Doesn't seem like much but if you have to go while someone is in the shower, it's huge. The entrance to the lower garage was not clear because there is a new building being built next to it and you have to drive through a tiny amount of construction. For this specific unit, use the first elevator that you come to after you enter the parking garage. They have luggage carts which help a LOT. I have 2 complaints that are of NO fault of the condo owners or the rental agency. One: They can't seem to fix the elevator. If you are on the 5th floor it matters. They reset it a few times while we were there to get it working again, but not a permanent fix. I got a message a week prior that the elevator wasn't working. Maybe they couldn't get a technician out there in the last couple weeks to take a look at it. Who knows. Keep in mind, all the condos in the building are worth $650,000 or more. Some in the millions. Second, they built this particular condo without air conditioning. I have no idea if others do or do not have air conditioning, but I suspect they do not. Seems like poor planning on the developers part. The pilot light on the gas fireplace alone will heat the room up. Then factor in this is on the 5th floor it makes it even hotter. Luckily the owners had a couple box fans available to use. But as someone who sleeps hot, I slept like **** the 3 nights we were there. This is NOT a reflection on the individual condo. I believe the entire building is this way. So if you are staying in the summer, keep that in mind. I am normally not critical of the places I stay because I know that hurts them, but this isn't about the owners or the individual condo. It's more about the entire building and what it is lacking. Also, their web based app should include the ability to message them directly.

Great stay. Very close to the hill. Murphy bed was perfect for our family. TV’s are big and easy to use. Good amenities but need larger coffee cups.

Overall, this stay was as described, and is conveniently located near Keystone village. It is worth noting that there is 1 elevator serving this building, and it becomes VERY busy during peak times, meaning you may wait up to 10 minutes to use it. More so, the placement of the stairs does not make using them particularly intuitive or easy. Lastly, we were a bit turned off at the $15/hour fee for early or late check in/out requests, particularly since the agent asks you to notify them if you plan to leave before the stated checkout time, though they do not offer to compensate you. That being said, we do recommend this stay for the location convenience and amenities.

The property was very clean and in a great location. The only issue was no hot water in the showers, since it was a shorter weekend stay, we chose not to reach out as we were on the slopes all day. Would totally stay here again.

Great little unit that was clean and had everything we needed. Good for a couple and a kid or two. Heated garage space was awesome to have. We really enjoyed the steam room/hot tub/pool are as well. Best part is you can walk to the gondola in less than 5 minutes

I had such a great stay. I was really pleased with the level of communication by the rental company making sure I had everything needed to enjoy my stay. The condo was so clean it felt like it was brand new as if we were the first to ever stay in it. The condo looked exactly like the photos and description. I enjoyed the location how it was a short walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Cute, clean condo with a large master bedroom and a lovely view. Good size for 2 people, but would feel pretty crowded with 4 adults. We did not use the Murphy bed, since the space would have been extremely cramped and we would have needed to find room for the dining set. The king bed, though, was very comfortable! Great view of the mountain, although the patio area is tiny. Hallways of the complex are dark and give an "old" vibe, but we appreciated the quiet, and enjoyed using the hot tub and playing foosball in the lobby. The kitchen was great for cooking up a yummy dinner, and check-in was extremely easy. All in all, a decent stay at a good price for the area.

The unit is very well equipped and with two bathrooms easy to spread out. There were only two of us but it easily could have supported more people. The bed was a little soft and balcony small.

We were seeking a quiet late spring getaway and booked this Keystone condo few days ahead of our stay. We found this large top floor one bedroom to be very cozy with an excellent view looking east to the continental divide. There were a few wear and tear items that we promptly reported to the property management firm and they were right on it. Excellent service. Parking at Red Hawk features one underground parking space with easy access to the newly renovated elevator. We would certainly book this condo again in the future. (Though ski season is over, we noted that this condo is walking distance approximately 2 blocks to the River Run gondola.)

Summit county mountain rentals always provides a nice place to stay every time I use them. Redhawk lodge was a great place to spend 4 days on the mountain. I rented this solo so it was perfect for me and I had more than enough room for my stuff. The kitchen seemed to be stocked well and even had salt and pepper and a few other spices. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a affordable place close to the slopes.

We had a great time staying in this condo. It had everything that we needed and have come to expect on our stays with Summit County Mountain Retreats, that starts with easy self-serve picking up keys on the way into Keystone to set the tone for a great stay.. Our only "complaint" this stay is it is more difficult to get to the restaurants in River Run Village with the starting adjacent construction project, but that is not the end of the world. This condo also has a great view!

The condo is beautiful and mostly well appointed. Little hiccups like no oven mitts and took us 10 minutes to find a cutting board because it was stored under the sink next to the trash can (yuck). Technology was a decade + old. Wished we had brought our Bluetooth speaker. Then it was bedtime and I regretted booking the condo. The bed was so overly fluffy that I had the worst nights sleep I’ve had in years (and I have a baby, so that’s saying a lot).

Our stay in this condo was great overall. This unit faces to the east with a great mountain view. Wish the balcony was bigger to allow more space to sit and enjoy that view and fresh air. Condo furnishings were in good condition and the furniture was comfortable. Check-in and check-out was quick and easy. We would stay in this unit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Condo was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Entire property was Very well maintained (pool and other common areas very clean) Management company was very helpful. Enjoyed the quiet less busy location of the property at the end of the Keystone resort area. Condo had all the extra touches (humidifiers, fans, iron, cleaning supplies, luggage carts, pool towels etc) that makes for a very enjoyable stay. The Snake River and walking path along it directly behind the property was an extra bonus.

Perfect Getaway, with only one drawback. Only one elevator goes to the top floor, and there are only two small elevators for this building. Not really a problem unless you’re checking in or out during prime times. At these times, expect a very long wait for the elevator. Just plan ahead and don’t wait until the last minute to check out! BTW, there is no stairway access to the parking garage.

From the price to the check-in/check-out process to the location, we loved everything and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The outdoor heated pool and two hot tubs were also great. Most places have one single super-crowded hot tub.
Okay, the only single small drawback that we didn't love: the elevator is really slow, so when it was busy you could stand there awhile. But patience pays off.

Our stay was very good. The condo was very comfortable. The location to lifts were okay, you had a pretty good trek to get to Summit Express and Gondola (which was down). The only issue was the elevator that took us to the 5th floor was down and so logistically we were somewhat challenged to get to our condo. Overall it was an excellent retreat for us.

The check in process was so easy. The directions on the check in and finding the condo were spot on. The instructions about where to park needs to be reworked. We went through the first gates and road the little block twice, we finally parked and went inside. We thankfully found someone playing pool that told us you had to go to the far end of the building to find the garage. After that, everything was smooth sailing. The views from our condo were awesome! Once after a rain, we saw a complete rainbow arched from one mountaintop to another; it was absolutely breathtaking! The condo was well supplied and comfortable. We loved that it was so quiet. We wondered many times if we had the entire floor to ourselves it was so quiet. Staying in Keystone was definitely a plus because it was less crowded than Dillon, Breckenridge, and Silverthorne which made our stay so much more relaxing. I would definitely stay in this condo again!

We’ve stayed in 2308 Red Hawk Lodge for 6 years now. It’s truly our home away from home. We love the location and it fits our needs perfectly. Summit County Mountain Retreats has been great to work with along with the owner of the condo. We hope to go back every July for years to come.

This unit had everything we needed and manager was very responsive. Clean, comfortable, and walking distance to all the restaurants and watering holes. beautiful view to wake up to every morning. Pool and hot tub were perfect early evening relaxation spot. Short drive to get groceries and traffic was never an issue. We will rent this unit again!

We loved our unit! Beautiful eastern view of the mountains. Comfortable bed, top floor with vaulted ceilings. Only a couple issues: low water pressure in showers & one morning there was only luke warm water, but it was fixed by evening and no problems after that.

My family stayed here mid-March 2021 and had a great time! The views from the balcony were beautiful, and the condo was nice and clean. The location was great; short walk to the gondola, village shops, restaurants, and a nice walking trail. Something to keep in mind (due to COVID) the pool/hot tub must be reserved. The kitchen was fully stocked, along with extra trash bags and paper towels (although one thing I couldn't find was a pair of scissors). The bedroom bed and murphy bed were both very comfortable. If you keep the murphy bed down, it does get a little crowded. We had to get creative with the table placement. A minor thing, the legs were removed from the chair in the living room, so we couldn't sit on it without it leaning quite a bit. The underground parking garage was convenient, especially when it snowed! Overall I would definitely recommend this condo in Keystone!

The only items that would help would be some better details about the building. There was a
north and a south building, however, none of the materials mention what building you are staying in.

Excellent vacation rental! Super clean and close to EVERYTHING! This condo was perfect for a family of four. Walking distance to the gondolas, groceries, cafes/restaurants even Starbucks! We loved having the river and trail right behind the property. The pictures don’t do this place justice! We will definitely be back!

This was our second trip to Keystone. We love the area! The condo has a great Mountain View, my main reason for choosing this particular condo. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The condo is on the 5th floor, it got pretty warm in July. There were 2 fans provided. They helped some, but it was a bit uncomfortable at times. I suggest a ceiling fan be added. No one wants to be hot & sweaty in a vacation rental.

My girlfriend and I had a great time at Red Hawk Lodge #2308. During the summer months, the Keystone community is very quiet and laid back, which is exactly what we wanted. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Was way better than any hotel room you would get for the same price. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Such a beautiful location! It was just my husband and myself and we had more than enough space. Super comfy bed and the condo property itself is really nice. We must have been there on an “off weekend” as we literally had the entire complex to ourselves. Be aware that the downside to that is most of the stores and restaurants in the villages were closed. The rental company is great to work with and very responsive.

We had a wonderful week at Keystone. This condo is in a great location! We walked to the village for breakfast and to catch the lift to the top of the mountain. The unit was great for our family, especially since it has two bathrooms. The view is beautiful, although the balcony is quite small.
My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. There were a few minor items that needed repair, but the unit was well-equipped and we would stay here again.

Stayed at the condo the night before the Slacker Race. We had 5 girls and this condo was perfect for a quick night in the mountains! The master bed was amazingly comfortable, however the Murphy Bed was a bit hard for older adult women, but would have been fine for kids! The views were incredible, the amenities of the building we great!
Did mark it down 1 star, only due to the directions for parking and getting to the room. It just stated to park in the garage in the building, which we thought was the first entrance you arrive to, to however it is not, it is the second, but that was not in the directions. Also, once you go down in the garage, it doesn't tell you which side of the garage to park on, therefore we parked on the side that the elevator didn't take us to our room, therefore we had to carry all of our luggage outside and across to the other building to get to our room.
Overall, wonderful and would definitely stay here again!

We were on the 5th floor, but we could only get to the 4th because the elevator was broken. We had to carry 4 days worth of clothes,food and bicycles up stairs. My wife fell ( we are in our 70's) carrying bags up. The view beautiful except the sliding doors so dirty and smudged we couldn't see it. There is virtually no breeze unless you keep the door to the hallway open. This unit is not well maintained and it is very small with too much furniture. The king bed was very very soft with a queen comforter instead of a king.The management co.refunded us $34 for our trouble.

It was awesome, location is just too good, appartment was perfect, balcony had an amazing view of mountains, overall was fantastic. Couple things that can be done to inprove would be, concentrate a little on cleaning bed, the queen bed that goes on the top wasnt cleaned, it had hair and the queen bed was not made at all.. second balcony had all papers with tape and was dusty so we had to clean up and remove paper and tape blocking the view. However these were minor things compared to the other things that we all loved. Location is prine and close to major must see places.

This unit is located on the top floor (5th). So convenient to get to the slopes.. out the parking garage and across the parking lot. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and heated pool. This is located on first floor of the complex. The u til was clean and in working order just tight for our family of 5, but would still recommend.

We loved this condo! The location was even closer to River Run Village than it looks in photos. Such a quick, easy walk to the gondola, as well as the shops and restaurants. The view of the mountains from the living room was amazing. The rental was perfectly clean and well-stocked. The Red Hawk Lodge complex was very nice as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Check-in was easy even though we arrived after 3am due to flight delays. One of our key cards did de-magnetize the first day so be careful of that. Only possible complaint with the condo itself is that the showers had curtains not doors and the bathrooms felt mysteriously drafty to us. That's a REALLY nit-picky thing though and I'm embarrassed it even stuck out to me. This place was great.
