Upon arrival, guests can park one car in the heated garage and not have to worry about the elements. Please note, the homeowner leaves one vehicle permanently parked on one side of the two car garage. There are an additional 2 parking spots in the driveway for guest use. Once inside, the spacious mud room gives plenty of space to unload, hang up your outerwear, and even throw some items of clothing in the private washer/dryer.
On the second level, guests can cook and socialize with ease in the full kitchen with breakfast bar seating for four. The kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, granite countertops and a wine cooler. Behind the breakfast bar is the dining room table which seats six and can be expanded to easily seat 8 with additional folding chairs in the master bedroom closet. Accompanied with an antler chandelier and beautiful mountain views. Next to the dining room is the living room, featuring a new sectional sofa, a mounted TV, gas fireplace, ceiling fan, and board games for the family to play!
The second level also consists of two guest bedrooms. The first bedroom features a full sized-bed and ample storage for clothing. The first guest bathroom is placed between the bedrooms, has his and her sinks and a large soaking tub. Each bathroom is equipped with a blow-dryer and starter essentials. The second guest bedroom looks out onto the Settler's Creek Village and the mountains looming above. This room has queen-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, a desk set up with a computer monitor, and window seat; perfect for reading and unwinding after a long day on the mountain.
Up the stairs to the third level, you'll find both master suites and a comfortable loft with seating that overlooks the living room. The first master suite features a king-sized bed, mounted Smart-TV and a hallway to access the en-suite Bathroom. The bathroom is complete with a jetted tub, standing shower, and a double vanity. Down the hall is the second-master suite, featuring a private balcony with views of Settler's Creek Village and mountain tops and a queen sized-bed.
