We enjoyed our stay at Keystone. The price was very reasonable based on rates at other mountain areas we looked into in about a 100 mile radius. The location was great overlooking the village square. The property itself could use a minor refresh but for the price we paid was a good value.

Excellent stay in 8162 Silvermill. The process for checking in is so easy. The unit is very clean. Sadly we stayed the week after Keystone closed its slopes and River run was basically deserted. This is not a reflection ob our rental or the process.

The condo was nice and a perfect fit for our family of four. It was really close to the lift.
We arrived late at night and were a little confused by the parking garage since it services three different buildings by different elevators, but we eventually figured it out.
I never did find the main entrance to the condo building. Thankfully this unit was near the back stair case and on the second floor, so we just used that the whole time.
Everything in the condo was great. The only small inconveniences were that the cabinet door under the sink was coming unhinged, and the guest bathroom toilet runs. We turned it on and off until we figured out how to wiggle the handle just right to make it stop running.

Everything was great and we were very comfortable. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, equipped with everything needed to cook. The only complaint was the fireplace did not work with a sign it was broke. Only 1 out of 3 hot tubs were in full working order, so we did not utilize as it was always full. Both elevators were working which was great.

Stayed at Sillver Mill, we were 2 adults, superb location within river run village, close to all amenities. Loved having the outdoor hot tubs and ski lockers in the ground floor. The apartment itself was a 2 bedroom, fitted with all necessary kitchen amenities, fireplace, and great views from the balcony of a ski run and the village. It was clean and cosy. Would definitely stay again.

The unit worked really well for a ski trip with our family of 4. Unit was very clean and everything was in working order. Kitchen was well equipped. Could use some new non-stick skillets and a new toaster. Proximity to the ski lift/gondola was great. Required only a 200 yard walk. Several restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Hot tubs were convenient, but would benefit from a better water maintenance. Unit provided good value for a family ski trip. We would stay here again.

This condo exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we stepped in, we were impressed by the clean and well-maintained interior. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset.
The location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and nearby amenities. The ski storage and hot tub facilities were very convenient. The condo's layout was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room for our group.
The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the cozy fireplace added a charming touch to our evenings. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the condo made us feel right at home.
Furthermore, the communication with the owner/property manager was excellent, making the booking process and check-in seamless. They were responsive to our questions and provided helpful recommendations for local activities and dining.
All in all, our stay at Silver Mill VRBO condo #8162 was truly memorable, and we can't wait to return for another fantastic getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Keystone, CO!

It was an ideal one-night stay just to get some skiing in after a biz conference. The accomodations were great. Check in was a little confusing but that could be because of not reading instructions. I enjoyed the stay and would do it again for sure.

We absolutely loved our stay at Silver Mill 8162. The location in the River Run was ideal and mere steps from the gondola. The ski lockers, though not huge, were sufficient for what was needed. The manager and owner kept in constant contact throughout our trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice, clean unit with hood amenities and a great location. The beds were comfy and having two bathrooms for our family of four made life easier. Love the balcony looking into the village was sunny and good for people watching. Kitchen was well appointed.

Perfect for a week of skiing. Walking distance to Keystone Gondola as well as restaurants and general store. Nice amenities such as ski locker, hot tubs, sauna, pool table. Would stay again.

This is a very convenient location for skiing at Keystone. It is really a short walk to the lift/gondola. Very comfortable. I would advise bringing your own coffee and filters ... there were only a few small filter packs. There is a small store across the square which was convenient. Several restaurants which had takeout available.

Silver Mill was a very nice, clean condo. It was comfortable for the most part (I wasn't a fan of the sofa/chair). Bedrooms had comfortable beds and were laid out in a way that provided plenty of room to move around. All in all, the whole condo was a great value.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Keystone this summer. The check in process went smoothly and the condo itself was clean and comfortable. It made for a great home base as we hiked all across Summit County. We had a blast and would definitely do it again.

The condo was perfect for our stay. The location in River Run Village is ideal, the heated parking was very convenient with 2 feet of snow falling, and all of the amenities were as described and very nice.
There were plenty of towels and very comfortable linens. The check in process was seamless and well explained. The ski locker kept the snow and water out of the unit.
The owners have done an excellent job of comfortably appointing the condo, SCMR made the entire process very easy, and Silver Mill is a well thought out and comfortable complex.
Absolutely nothing negative to say, and highly recommend for groups of 3-4 people!

Loved meeting Koda at agency. Wish there was keypad for door instead of having to return to office for keycards.
Silver Mill elevator had issue so it was very cumbersome when bringing things in and at check out. Guests indicated it had been out for over a week, which is unacceptable.

We went early season & experienced fewer crowds, allowing a wonderful stay. The condo was directly behind the River Run Christmas tree, so it was great location. Size & accommodations were very clean & condo was perfect size for our family of 4.

The rental was clean and well-cared for. Beds were excellent--so comfortable. The resort staff was extremely helpful and responded to questions/requests in a timely manner. We had a great vacation.

We stay overnight in keystone 4-5 times a year. We wanted to be close to warren station as we were attending a concert this visit. We also ski and have a couple kids. This condo was in a great location, clean, and the right size for what we needed. We requested sheets for the pull out and the staff was quick to attend to our needs. My kids were able to walk around the river run strip and play outside games. The only thing that may be an issues for some is a little noise from passer by, but that didn't bother us.

Walking distance to the lifts, ski school, restaurants, convenience store, other shops, bus stop, etc. The location is just about perfect. I really liked that we didn't need to worry about parking or lockers for our ski equipment. Seemed everything was well taken care of and plenty to do in and around the condo.
I understand the comments about deep cleaning since there are stains on the carpet as soon as you walk in. I don't remember anything else needing attention though. Actually, they had everything well stocked and clean other than the stains you're greeted with.
Management was fantastic during working hours. However, when we called late at night after seeing reports of road closures, they were not very responsive (asked about possibility of staying longer if the roads didn't clear up). When they did respond, they just told us there's nothing the could do and that another guest was on the way...
Ultimately, this wasn't an issue since the roads were driveable, but it was frustrating to not get a timely response.

Good location in Keystone Village...located directly above Starbucks, so in the warmer months when sleeping with windows open there is morning “Noise.” Same goes in the evenings in the warmer months you will hear a lot of village noise with the windows open...still good location just a couple of things to be aware of:) The unit could use a good “deep clean”; the frequently used surfaces (counters, toilet, sinks) were very clean but places like baseboards, shelves etc were very dusty and dirty and walls could use a good wash down. Beds are very firm and linens are nice. Overall good location and a much better option for a family than a hotel. Great covered parking and the hot tubs located just below unit were clean and usually had them all to ourselves. Great communication with property management.
