The townhouse was a great location and size for our family of 5! Walkable to River Run village and very quiet. The pantry was a nice surprise, usually we don't get that in a vacation rental! The one complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom was very firm and was not a sleep number as advertised in the portal. We actually didn't sleep well because of how firm the bed was and ended up sore each morning. We'd be likely to rent this townhome again if the mattress were replaced.

Ther place is very nice. My only complaint would be that the master bed was extremely hard. My wife could sleep on the bed, so she had to sleep with the kids. there beds were nice and soft. Strange why this was the case.

The overall stay went well okay. We usually book through Summit County Mountain Retreats, but this time the staff was very unresponsive. This is definitely new because we've never had a problem with this in the past. We had a few issues that nobody ever called us back on. The property itself was not very stocked and there were quite a few things broken that we took pictures of just to be safe. The location was convenient to go skiing and the layout of the property worked well for our party.

We had a great stay- the home was comfortable, and in good condition. I had thought the master suite was on the main level (must have gotten confused while I was shopping places) but all the bedrooms are upstairs. Good storage, amenities in the kitchen were useful, back deck overlooks the hot tub area with trees and birds- it was relaxing and enjoyable.

We stayed at Ski Tip for the weekend and loved every minute of our trip! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect—close to town but still offered that woodsy, secluded feel. The entire process from booking to your check out was very simple and the staff at Summit County Mountain Retreats were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Condo was clean and spacious for our party of 5 adults and 2 kids. Nice decor, comfortable bedrooms, garage & mud area w/ boot trays were great to have. Some minor maintenance issues need addressing (slow draining bathroom sink, hot water knob in half-bath, broken toaster, lower dishwasher rack) and kitchen was not as well-equipped for cooking meals for 7 as other condos we have stayed in but we made due with what was there. Liked having washer/dryer & loved the location - very quiet and short driving distance to River Run parking. We would stay again.

Very beautiful property! I loved how big and clean it was when we got there. There were plenty of games for the family and a nice deck for entertaining. The beds were super comfortable with high end feeling linens. The location was great! Only a few minutes from the ski school and restaurants.

Everything went smooth and easy from start to finish. Perfect spot to make you feel like you’re far out in the mountains but actually close enough for food and fun!

Overall, we had a great stay but
The first thing we noticed when we arrived was that the carpet had many stains, both upstairs and down.
There were 4 humidifiers in the townhouse but only one worked.
The washer/dryer worked but they were very loud.
We would stay again.

We had such a fantastic time on our trip and the townhouse had everything we needed. We enjoyed spending as much time as we could out on the deck enjoying the nice weather. Even with the close proximity to the road, the noise was not bad at all. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the open concept and the cozy living area. The host was kind and left board games for us to play. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the sleep number upstairs in the master bedroom. Everything was clean and tidy, the place smelled nice when we walked in. The townhouse is in a great location and a short drive to lake Dillon with plenty of local activities. The hot tub close by was closed due to COVID, but we were able to make reservations for the local Keystone pool 5 minutes away. There's some local hiking and gorgeous views close by. We absolutely loved this townhouse and will try to book again in the future! Thank you!

We had 4 people staying here. We were all comfortable and the place had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was newly redone with beautiful stone counters and SS appliances. The large deck was great for a cookout. Very quiet there with beautiful hiking trails close by. We had a minor problem with a sink in one of the bathrooms, but it was promptly repaired. Jetted tub in. The master was nice after a long hike.

Very good location for our family of 5 to enjoy the summit county area. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The unit is located next to the complex hot tub so it was easy to walk from our deck right into the gate for the hot tub in the evening.
The only suggestion we have is to have the carpet professionally cleaned in the kitchen/dining area. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Our stay was great, the only thing that was not great was the awful smell in the dishwasher. It smelled like an old fridge that had been turned off and closed up for weeks which for us made it unusable.

Shuttle runs every 20 minutes. Saturday night fireworks can be seen from back windows. Loved all the natural light and forest view. Kids loved the bunk beds and there were kids movies, book, and games as well. Amazing place!

The location and layout of the place were great! We loved the living room and fireplace and dining table. The garage and mud room were convenient. This was one of the best overall condos we have rented, except for the cleanliness. On day 1 it seemed like most of the dishes were not clean, and when we looked in the dishwasher there was a bunch of food in there (corn flakes? cookie crumbs? fried chicken? hard to tell) and the dish soap dispenser was still filled. I think the cleaning service must have unloaded dirty dishes and put them in the cabinets! The floors were also a total mess, including the carpet and the slate tile floor on the first level. I was able to sweep up a ton of stuff myself. The dishwasher never smelled right the whole week. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, but the brown soap was very messy. We went out and bought more soap. The community hot tub was absolutely filthy on Sunday, with murky water and clumps of hair floating around. We complained Monday. It was closed Tuesday and then reopened. We would rent again, but please get a new cleaning service!

We stayed in Ski Tip over Christmas break. The townhouse was great for the two families - four adults and four kids. The bedrooms were super spacious and comfortable. The dining table could sit us 8 with space to spare. The living room was super cozy and large enough for us to mingle and relax after skiing.
The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals.
As several other guests mentioned the carpet is a bit worn down, but it’s only in one small area between the kitchen and living room.
Overall we loved this property and can’t wait to be back.

Over the years we have come to realize that fall is our favorite time of year in the Rockies. This year only confirmed our perception.
Efficient service from the management team made booking and arrival easy and convenient.
Our townhome was comfortable, spacious and relaxing. Updated appliances and
well appointed furnishings enhanced our satisfaction. We very much enjoyed the quiet location and the roomy, spacious deck.
On the downside was the carpeting which was stained, dirty and badly in need of professional cleaning and/or replacement.

Rental was very nice and the layout was great for a group of friends. Plenty of seating and space to spread out. The carpet is pretty dirty and has some pretty bad wear and tear, but otherwise the condo was really nice and well taken care of. The deck was nice with plenty of seating for a large number of guests. Parking was confusing as the checkin instructions, website, and types document received upon checkin all said something different, however our extra car was still there in the am and hadn’t been towed, so I think we followed the right directions.

Great condo to stay in in Keystone. Loved the location and the space. It easily for my family of five along with my sister and her husband. The bunk room was a hit (especially the books and games available to play) as well as the dog food that was left in the pantry to feed the fish in Keystone Lake. There are little trails nearby for short hikes and a fun creek to play in. Would definitely recommend as well as stay again!

We had a wonderful stay . Your place was beautiful and well stocked . We enjoyed grilling outdoors several nights . The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels for our 10 day stay . Our only upset/ warning for future guests is to be sure not to pack any food or pantry items in the vehicle. We had a bear tear off our tonneau cover on my husbands brand new truck . Luckily not a scratch on the paint ( unbelievably ) This was only discovered at 4 am on the morning we were about to depart . We could have and wish we had parked the truck in the garage . Folks be careful ! Otherwise we loved our stay ❤️

We're an adult family of 6 on first visit to Colorado. We found this beautiful rental online and were not disappointed! The staff of SCR were helpful and we had no problems checking in upon arrival, they addressed one small problem after arrival without delay. This unit was clean, with new appliances, all the necessary kitchen amenities and furnishings were current and comfortable.The location is perfect, right down the road from Keystone resort and an easy drive to Breck, Dillon, Loveland Pass and other ski locations. Our only suggestion is to make the fridge easier to access! We highly recommend this unit and SCR-you won't regret the choice!!

Summit County Mtn Retreats staff were very responsive and helpful. The condo was very clean and updated. It’s location was great so we could ski Keystone, Abasin or Breck, if desired. There was a very close, shared hot tub that was very enjoyable. The condo was spacious for our 8 guests. It says it can sleep 11, but I didn’t want to have my adult guests share the bunk beds, as they were full size beds. I would 100% rent his condo again in future! We all loved our stay.

We rented this condo for a family ski trip. We had 5 adult children with us for a total of 7 people. The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The management responded promptly to requests (brought us more laundry detergent within 2 hours of call). The location was an easy walk to the shuttle pick up and next door to the hot tub. It was very nice to have 3 bathrooms and our own garage.

We rented this place for a guys golfing retreat for Labor Day. The place was as advertised, clean, neat and had everything we needed. The same group stayed within a half mile of this place last year for a golf trip. Only two things we had a problem with both properties: you would think that these developments would build a garage large enough to accommodate a pick-up truck because I can't imagine that there are many compact cars that haul people there to ski in the winter time, and neither property had fans or ceiling fans.

Communication and checking in were wonderful, the condo is in a beautiful area, and beautiful inside too. We have stayed in this condo more than once, and would definitely go back! among the many things we appreciate about this place is having a garage, and a fully solstices kitchen. It is near walking trails and close to the downtown keystone area, which you can walk to or take the bus.

We are Hikers, Bikers, and Fishers. We do not like to eat out that much. So this place fit out needs to the "T". 3 bedrooms with large beds in each allowed us and our two adult children to sleep comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances were fantastic! out of the 7 days we were there we only ate out once. We Grilled and cooked at the Condo. It allowed us to prepare food to meet the needs of sensitive food requirements of each member of the family.

Overall, the property location, cleanliness and amenities were great; however, we were VERY dissatisfied and uncomfortable with the re-roofing of our unit while we were there. The crew was there when we first arrived and had their equipment blocking the driveway, garage, and entry way. We had to bring our bags in from the extra parking area and walk over their equipment! This was approximately 5 pm so they weren't around too much longer that evening. However, the re-roofing crew returned on the 3rd day of our stay and began pounding at 7:30 a.m.! ....not what you want to wake up to on your vacation! When asked when they would be done and cleaned up for the day, they said 5:30 or 6 p.m. which was okay for us since we had planned a long outing. However, when we returned at 6:30 p.m., they were still working and, again, their equipment, wood, saw dust and nails/tacks littered the driveway and was like navigating a land mine to get into our condo and we had to leave our car parked in the extra lot again! The crew did not clean up and leave until 7:30 p.m. The property management company should, at minimum, inform guests ahead of time that this type of repair/maintenance will be going on during their stay and, at best, schedule the repair/maintenance during vacancy. The property was great...the property management, not so!

This property was perfect for my husband and I and our adult children when we scheduled a family ski trip to Keystone. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked, and definitely exceeded our expectations. It was closely located to the River Run gondola, restaurants and other mountain activities. Our family stayed four nights the week before Christmas. The property was perfect for our family - we had grandparents, adult children, and grand children in the party. We skied, sleded, hot tubed, and played board games and cards. The property is very well-maintained and managed. The Keystone Transportation buses both on-call and scheduled service made it very convenient for skiers to come and go as they needed without worrying about parking. Strongly recommend this property.

Great condo! Stainless steel and granite counters in kitchen were amazing to cook on, the humidifiers provided in each room were so helpful, as we were not used to the dry mountain air. Our condo was very nice, had xfinity on demand, netflix, and amazon prime on the downstairs TV and all the appliances and kitchen items we need to cook a thanksgiving meal. The shuttle was easy to use and great to get around especially in the evening, when we didn't want to drive in the snow or ice.

This town home is extremely well designed. The beds are good quality. This townhouse has about double the size as compared to 3 bedroom condos we have stayed in. We especially enjoyed the back porch which is quiet and secluded.

Very comfortable bedrooms, spacious living room, close to town and beautiful Keystone Lodge. Older MB shower smelled bit musty with mold that could be cleaned up. Kitchen fully functional and had plenty of pans, dishes, utensils, however, Blender was broken. Patio cozy with grill - we did not have time to use. Great experience in beautiful setting. We would definitely go back - property management was available for questions.

I was so impressed with our condo at ski tip ranch. We had 8 people and everyone had plenty of room! The kitchen was stocked with every cooking necessity and the rooms had plenty of extra bedding(not common at rentals) as well as extra towels. It was a nice bonus to even have a garage to put one car in. Our family likes to ski and the shuttle was 30 seconds away from our condo. Great location, beautiful condo,would loveeee to stay here again in the future!

This was our first time renting a condo for a family vacation. We did everything by phone and the staff was AWESOME! Kate & Julia were so sweet and answered ALL of our 50 questions!
The check-in process was super easy. We arrived early that day and had to wait until 4pm, which was actually the check-in time. This was completely understandable, as the company wants to ensure the home is completely ready for it's guests.
The home itself totally met our needs. It was clean, comfy & cozy....and we loved the décor. It was nice having a heated garage to park in too. After a long day on the slopes, it was a great place to curl up and relax. If you want a quiet place, nestled away from the hustle & bustle of River Run, then this is the BEST choice. Not to mention, the beautiful mountain views!
Complaints? If we had to picky, our only comment would be about the dishwasher. We had to rewash a few of the dishes prior to using them.
Overall, we had a fabulous experience and created some great memories! Thank you Summit County Mountain Retreats!
