Overall, it was a solid one-night rental for us. Typically, I wouldn’t have any complaints, but the one thing we noticed is that the front door had issues closing. In fact, when we finally arrived to the unit, the front door was open. The only other thing was that we had difficulties actually finding the place. Self-admittedly, it was late at night when we arrived, but the directions weren’t very clear.
Other than those two things, the place itself was great. It worked perfect for us and was conveniently located close to the lifts.

Perfect. Great location for my trip. I was solo and this was the perfect place for me to walk to the lifts and ride and come back to a dip in hot tub topped it off. Easy access to the keys and information as well.

Slopeside 2 bed. Only problem we had was the freezer froze up. Other than that it would definitely be a rental I would use again and refer to my family and friends.

This rental was a great location right on the resort. The location made it very easy to ski in and out.
The condo was clean upon arrival however, had a weird smell which lingered the entirety of the stay. The kitchen is also not very useful if you need to cook a meal which made it difficult because a lot of restaurants were closed or difficulty to get to due to the extreme weather. The condo did not have a oven but had a small toaster\air frier on a cart. If you want to eat in, this is not really place for you. A night you could hear every footstep above you. In fact during my stay, it sounded like a herd of elephants were staying above me.
The property staff was responsive if sent an email or message through the app. The one thing that was extremely frustrating for someone who has to travel 2.5 hours from the airport is they will charge you an $15 a hour to check in early which is not explained anywhere in the listing.

We loved our stay in this condo. We were minutes from many different towns and hiking trails. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need to cook at home. Could not have been happier!

Great little studio steps away from the slopes. We were 4 people staying here and would recommend bringing some extra utensils as there were only two spoons. Room was basic but rates were very good for the location and everything exceeded our expectations.

This was the perfect size, set up, and location for some skiing with my nieces. So close to the lifts and the hot tubs too! Truly a perfect set up for ski in/ski out. Loved it!! Super helpful staff too and easy check in process.

We had a great time plenty of space, storage lockers are good for two people max. No issues with the stay!
I don’t like to nit pick, but I do believe there is a safety issue worth mentioning. There are no gutters on the roof above the patio, so the back patio freezes solid with ice and can be slippery when that’s the best place to unbuckle and get out of boots. I think maintenance for this unit should really consider a way for that patio to not freeze up, couple of scary slips and I’m 30. Would look into

Very nice place to stay at. It had everything we needed. Area? Terrible. No restaurants in walking distance that were open. Discovery area for beginners at Mountain house? Closed. Granddaughter wanted to learn to ski so went up the only open lift at this area. She was so scared she started walking down. Ski patrol “Wes” came to her rescue and took her down the hill on a sled. A true hero to us! God bless you Wes! He told us of the beginner hill at the top of River Run; why no signs posted is stupid. She could have started on that one. Instead we had to leave before we knew of this. Bad advertising for your guests all the way around. I guess those who stay at the Mountain House side don’t matter. Disappointed Keystone! For what you charge for lifts and such? Inform your guests!!! Give Wes a huge raise! He went over and above to help!

Apartment is cute and cosy, all you need to rest after a day's skiing and get ready for the next day! Bed's and pillows comfy, bathroom fine and kitchenette great. Would have liked more spoons for a family and the hairdryer smelt of burning when we tried to use it. My family didn't forgive me for forgetting our swim things for the hot tub - next time we visit! Selection of games and puzzles was a welcome addition for children (and adults!).

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again...however it was quite difficult to find where we were actually staying. Had to pick up the key somewhere off site and the address didn’t register on GPS. also had to call someone for help finding once we did pick up the key. Lastly, the AC didn’t work, so it was a warm nights rest. Other than that, great spot and has its own parking garage. Like I said, would stay again.

It was a small but cozy vacation rental that was close to the lifts, rentals and good. The parking was tight if you have a big car but would definitely rent again.

I've stayed in this building before, and all of the units are well-located for getting from/to the slopes, but this rental unit in particular is really convenient with being right by the entrance to the building and having a walk-out patio right by the hot tubs and the steps down to the mountain base and the bus pickup locations. I appreciated that I was able to check-in late at night because my flight wasn't going to land until Midnight. I didn't need to reach out to the management company for anything, because there were no issues.

Great place!!! Walk out the back door and you are 15 steps from the top tubs! 5 min walk to lifts. Great spot will definitely stay here again

The unit was perfectly situated in the corner, ground floor with a view of the lifts and mountain range. Very clean and extremely cozy. We absolutely loved our entire experience.

Overall for a short stay, ski in/out this rental is good. The bldg itself is old, the unit has everything you need. The bathroom floor and toilet stayed wet and damp our entire stay. Great location for Mountain House skiing.

Overall, it was cute and small accommodation which is right next to the learning area for skiing and snowboarding. Do want to note that they only supply a limit about of necessity such as paper towels and toilet paper. Double check all the cabinets before you go to the grocery store. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this location!

We had a WONDERFUL stay at this condo. The size was perfect for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable. Location cannot be beat when skiing with kids. Ski school is EASY walk, can see beginner slope from the condo. Had all of the accommodations we needed. The outdoor access was such a benefit. Couldn't be happier, will be back!
